Eberlestock X1A1 Pack

There are three well known mountaineering pack companies with rifle scabbards I paid top dollar for the first two. My eberlestock x1 was a gift, and it is by far the best, and most well thought out. It's predecessors failed not by being bad packs but poor rifle packs. The eberelstock places the rifle closer and more solidly held against the back, and when removed doesn't unbalance the pack. I also play in the rough hills of eastern Oregon, and slips and falls happen in rough terrain, I feel like my rifle is better protected by the x1. Thank you for building a superior product.

If you are tired of lugging your rifle and pack w/all the stuff in it, check out this pack...You can scabbard your Gun or Bow and keep moving w/o having your hands full. It allows you to move freely and be able to use your hands as needed.If you're the diehard type, you can carry two guns and switch from a shotgun to rifle, or two different caliber rifles. That's my story and I'm sticking to it. It's the best pack I own now, and should get the job job even better than before....

Took this pack hiking in AK it is very comfortable and a great size for a day of hiking. Me and my group were chased by a moose. I was able to pull my 12 gauge very fast luckly we were able run behind some downed trees so I didn't have to shoot it but knowing its there if I need it is awesome!

Used this backpack for my hunting safari to Africa. It has more than enough space to carry everything you need in a variety of circumstances and it serves as a great gun rest for those long distance shots. Would definitely reccommend it.
