I really like the look of the bag. Not crazy about the way handle only locks in the full pull out position. Could be a defect but don't feel like going throught the trouble of returning/exchanging it. Might get the larger piece if I can make sure the handle locks in more than one position.

Awesome. Bright and exactly like the picture. My daughter loved it. I would definately recommend this company to anyone looking for a suitcase.

I get and got many compliments. People can't stop telling me that is a cute piece of luggage. Very small for a 20" but thats ok, I still love it and it's for carry on when I travel for a short time. I own the larger version of this bag too but in black. My friend loved my KVZ luggage so much she bought one too.
