I have a 2008 MacBook Pro 15" and this case works perfectly! It's a great color, fleece on the inside and neoprene on the out. Could be a bit thicker. Shape is nice for carrying in hand.

Dakine Girls Cosmo Back Pack
The reason why I bought this pack, was I wanted something small and light weight that I could easily take with me on an outing instead of my purse. This is exactly what I needed. It easily holds my 20oz Klean Kanteen, camera, phone and all my other purse items.One of the reason I was a little weary of buying this pack was I wasn't sure exactly how the insides looked like and if it was big enough to fit my needs. I am happy that after buying it, it does in fact. But, I have added two pictures to show exactly what the insides look like since I couldn't find any online when I was purchasing.
The back opening has a little zip pouch for change or possibly personal stuff and an open area for water bottle, camera, etc. The front opening has three narrow pouches for pencils and pens, a larger pouch to the side with a zip mesh pouch on top of that. There is also a larger pouch behind all those possibly for small papers. There is also a zipped up area on the opposite side. So, there is plenty of places to put things.
The back doesn't have much padding so it is a bit bumpy to my back depending on what I put in it. But, that doesn't bother me. I am just glad to have this for use of hiking or going on a boat ride and now having to worry about all my stuff getting lost because it is on my back.
IMPORTANT NOTE: The straps on this Dakine pack ARE LONG ENOUGH FOR ADULT WOMEN! I looked everywhere on the internet, & nowhere was it mentioned how long the straps are, so here you go: they can be adjusted to a maximum length of 31" as measured from the top of the strap to where it's attached at the bottom, plenty long enough for even this plus-sized gal (I even have 2.5 "extra" inches of strap when I adjust them to the length perfect for me.) I had bought a 'girls' backpack once before, but was disappointed because the strap-length was really designed for girl-size bodies, not women.

So i basically needed something to carry my stuff when i go out. It can fit a small notebook, my sketchbook and pencils, my phone and mp3 player, a small novel, and my camera. It also has little pockets for cash and stuff. There are enough compartments to keep everything organized, which is nice.It can't fit textbooks though, so I wouldn't buy it for school.
I haven't had it for very long but it seems pretty durable.
Overall I am very happy with this product.

I bought the Dakine Girls Cosmo Pack because it is small but looked like it would hold quite a bit. I took it traveling and it held my wallet, lotion, keys, Kindle ereader, pens, small tablet and a bottle of water and more. Just what I needed. This was my second purchase of a Dakine Cosmo backpack. I got it for carrying essentials on the back of my wheelchair. It is just the right size to carry some emergency supplies like a spare inner tube, some small tools, tire changing levers, and some medical supplies. I've had the first one for 7 or 8 years, and other than fading from exposure to sunlight, it is just like new. The zippers get used almost daily, and have never jammed, even though most of the time I reach behind my back to zip and unzip them. The only reason I got a new one is to go on my new wheelchair!
JanSport Adrenaline Series Kilowatt Backpack
The backpack does hold just about all you can imagine packing for school. The straps are comfortable and don't rub my shoulders like my previous bag did. However, almost immediately some of the stitching on the front came loose, and the straps make a faint squeaking noise if you walk fast with a heavy load. You can load it full of heavy items, but as all backpacks do it will hurt your back if you carry too much. Overall, I'd recommend this backpack for anyone needing to carry a heavy load for shorter distances.

This is a sturdy backpack and good for the price. I've always thought JanSport had the best backpacks and this one doesn't disappoint. I wanted something attractive that wasn't too flashy. I'm a law student and I carry around ridiculously heavy books, so in addition I needed something sturdy. This backpack does not disappoint. It holds up very well.It has two main zipper parts. The first one is the "main large one," where I put all of my books. The second one is smaller, and has a pocket to put your cell phone as well as another place to put pencils or anything else. I usually also put my lunch in this part, or something smaller than a regular textbook or notebook.
There is also a very small little pocket at the top near the top handle. It also zips up and I use this to put my car keys and my sunglasses in. You could also probably put an iPod or something else up there.
I gave this four stars instead of five only because I wish there was a smaller zipper pocket on the front of the bag. My other JanSport bag had more smaller compartments and I do miss that. All in all, however, I love the style of this bag and the color, so this is a great bag for the price.

Disney Princess Medium Backpack 14" in Pink
I bought this bag for my daughter to use for Kindergarten. It's small enough for a Kindergartener but will still hold standard size notebooks and folders + lunch bag. Seems very sturdy (but I guess time will tell). The 2 small zippered pockets on the front can hold pencil case and lots of other small school supplies. Very happy with this purchase !

Manhattan Portage The Empire Jr. Small Messenger Bag
I've been a commuter for about 10 years now, and this is my favorite of the 4 bags I've gone through. I've used it about 5 times/week for at least 4 months. It's extremely comfortable I've had almost no problems with it at all, no matter what I carry it it which is much appreciated. The back area is well padded and breathable. It has a mesh back on the pad that keeps my back from getting as sweaty as some that just have the nylon directly against your back. The shoulder straps are perfect. There is a side slit to access stuff a bit more easily. I really appreciate the safety stripe and bright color I mainly wear dark clothes, so it's nice to not have to worry about that with this pack. As much as I love black and olive green, it's nice to have an orange pack with a reflective stripe every day at both rush hours. I've not had to weather any huge storms since we're in the middle of a drought, but it's gotten me through two light storms with perfect dryness. It's go an outer pocket that you can carry a jacket in, some waterproof pockets that are smaller, great reflective straps and a flap that's big enough to cover the whole thing. The closure velcros shut and folds over under the flap for extra protection and security. Like I said, this is my favorite pack so far. My only suggestions the inside lining is black, which makes it harder to find stuff when I'm changing in the dark-ass closet in my office. I'd like a ligher colored lining, like yellow. I'd like more inner pockets, which I suppose I could add. The handle on top is awesome, but if I forget to fold it down into the window, it rubs on my neck the whole ride. But, compared to all my other packs, this is FAR beyond good. Each pack has a serial number too, so you can register them and get a follow up if you ever have any problem. I'd probably give this a 4.5, or 95%, but I'm the only review, and really want to stress how much I love this pack. VERY high quality.My wife uses a small Portage bag as a purse, and also loves it.

These little luggage tags are the best ever! I bought some at an airport store about 8 years ago and they're still like new. Right size for a business card to slide right in. This bag is bigger than you would think. It is very well made, although the inner lining is a bit stiff and "crinkly", but that's fine. It fits very well, and best of all, holds the new macbook air 13" vertically like a glove. I have a very thin sleeve on the macbook by waterfield, and it fits perfectly. Very useful pockets/etc on the outside. The bag itself is dark grey, *not black*, but it looks perfect. Love it. !!

I've been looking for a rolling tote that would fit under the seat on a plane. I really did not want one that would have to go in the overhead bin. Most of the less expensive ones have received negative ratings, either because of odor or shoddy construction. This one, although a bit more than I wanted to spend, seems to be very well made. It looks like it will fit easily under the seat and is sturdy enough to be jammed in the overheat bin if necessary. It stands up by itself, a feature that many of the rolling duffels lack. The handle snaps open, another feature I was looking for. The inside is completely lined. There are a number of exterior pockets. The zippers are YKK brand and seem to be quite sturdy. And it comes in Purple!
"The Purple Executive" Briefcase
This bag is really soft leather. I would have liked it with a bit more padding for a laptop so its not so crushable, but I love it. Used it on travel as a carry on for things I needed to present my meetings and it was great. Also stands out so not to get swiped so easily from all the same colored bags in meetings as well.

As a law student, I needed a back pack with the capacity to hold thick large books, notebooks,etc. It is hard to find a backpack with that capacity. I can also put my laptop in this bag. Sometimes it does get a little overstuffed and hard to zip but overrall I don't think there is another bag that can beat it.

We ordered this for my wife as a replacement for a beloved backpack she has been using for years and which finally bit the dust when the zipper broke. At first we tried to find an exact replacement, but that proved impossible as that model hasn't been manufactured for years now. Based on the description, pictures, and reviews here, we ordered this Fat-Boy as well as the Teton Bookbag Backpack.Be aware that apart from a few minor design differences (colors, zippers, stitching, etc.), these two bags are virtually identical, obviously made in the same factory in China. After examining both, we went with the Fat-Boy, chiefly because of color and what we interpreted as slightly heavier duty hardware. Honestly, I think that we would also have been quite happy with the Teton.
I am pleased to report that my wife is extremely satisfied with the Fat-Boy. She is a grad student and uses it to haul around books, notebooks, lunches, and the miscellaneous small stuff routinely going back and forth from home to school. (The laptop has a dedicated carrying bag.) The Fat-Boy is heavy-duty and well designed with lots of functional compartments and features, including the dedicated cell phone pouch on the front of a shoulder strap, which she loves. In short, this backpack is so good that it is easily eclipsing the memory of her old one. Highly recommended.

I purchased this backpack for my son after looking for a backpack in retail stores in the area and being shocked at what they were asking! My son is 9, and can be a little rough on backpacks. I also like for them to be tough enough to last more than one year! Sothis one looks goodit isn't cheap plastic/vinyl material, has plenty of pockets, and looks well built. Great color selections, he was able to chose one he really likes, now we just have to see if it can withstand months of torture! Ohand this backpack was $25.97 when I purchased it, and the tag on it says: "suggested retail: $60". It's good quality.OKso here we are about 2 years later. My son has used and abused the heck out of this backpack. School, camping, car trips, etc, etc, etc... And he finally managed to do something to ithe tore one of the side straps that control how far it expands openwhich actually doesn't affect the bag too much. So he can still use it, there are no holes in the bag itself, zippers all still work perfectly. So this was an awesome bargain. If you aren't sure, BUY IT! It is sooo worth the money! I will be buying another one to replace this one! Very satisfied!

It is a very good bag if you have to carry bulky things which are not very long as the bag becomes bulky on the front but is kind of on the smaller side. Otherwise, I think the color scheme is nicenot too bright but not dull and there are ample pockets to keep things organized. All in allgood for its price.

Deuter Descentor EXP 22 Snowsports Backpack
My first one was stolen, now I got the same one again. So I guess that says it all: I just love this backpack. It's perfect for boarding, sits really well. But I also use it as a day pack and even though the protectors might not be needed here, I love the pack. It can be expanded in case you need to take a bit more with you, and is super flat when not extended.The quality is the best I've seen from Deuter, and it's my third Deuter backpack.
