Sanrio Hello Kitty Large Backpack with Hello Kitty Signature Bow and Hello Kitty Lunch Bag Set
fits. The lunchbox is a perfect size for her lunch and snacks. Reccomend this highlyBought this for my 3 year old niece who LOVES anything Hello Kitty. It's the perfect size to fit on her little back; she's very petite. Backpack looks exactly as pictured and has plenty of room for a baby doll, toys, or books. Bought this and one of the TY Hello Kitty beanie babies and she was very happy. This is the cutest thing. My daughter is 17 months old and as soon as she opened it, she wanted to wear it. It's really soft and the straps don't bother her at all. This was very cute.My granddaughter is 18 months and loved it. She carries it around like a purse. it is very soft and well made.I bought this for my daughter for Christmas this year, and it is unbelievably cute! I am so pleased.

Upon receipt, the bag looked nice but quite honestly, was waaaaay too small inside. I was only able to put a 3 ring binder in it with 0 clearance for other items. The fit was extremely snug. The size was proportionate to the kids size but as far as functionality, a big zero. In this day in age, with children bringing home projects, books, endless papersno way would this have serviced our needsplus the lunch bag that was included would by any means fit inside once packed with a lunch. Again, nice look, nice idea but not efficient for school kids.Regarding the size, but I personally consider it a plus. It makes sure they don't overstuff it and hurt their growing young backs. Even now, the end of year, they had everything stuffed in them (all books/homework/extras) to bring home, and it was great! It was no problem to just carry the lunch bags (another plus--the lunch bags are the perfect size!)
I also am hugely thrilled with the eco-friendly aspect--huge plus for me! My kids (3rd grade/girl and 2nd/boy) have used it for three years now, and I am just now replacing it because some of the clasps were broken off (slammed in the car door during carpool, not quality). I considered using them for one more year (the actual backpacks are completely in tact--seams and all, even with all the abuse this age can dish out--and, did I mention, I have a SON!!), but I thought I would get them something new finally. It is very difficult because they still look perfect.
Our nettings have held up this whole time until last part of this year my son hooked one of the pencils on something and ripped it.
I love these bags and will continue to seek out this company. The price is higher than, say Target, Wal-mart, etc., but the quality/chemical-free features are completely worth it.

i intended to give this to my eight year old for christmas to use for school like some people claimed. the size was ok but the material was so thin i doubt it would last more than a couple of months of regular use. i know it was not expensive but the same money buys a decent canvas/cotton messenger bag at the local military store. i am thankful that the return went smooth.Read Best Reviews of Fleurville Kids Messenger Here
My daughter was thrilled to get this backpack as a back-to-school gift in late summer and now half way through second grade, it's served her well so far. It's very well made, attractive, and includes a lunch sack. Bright and cute! It is a little softer than a typical backpack, but that does not detract from usability. My daugher can easily wear it as a backpack or a messenger bag as it was intended. At age 7, she's able to make the quick adjustments herself based on what she wants to carry over one shoulder or over both.
It easily holds a couple of folders, 2 workbooks, lunch (in the provided lunch sack), her mittens, a hat, water bottle, afternoon snack and two elementary-level library books easily. Would not hold say two-three text books with these other items, but could hold just three large texts alone without the rest. My daugher has also stuffed a sweatshirt or cardigan inside during those cooler/warmer days of fall pretty easily (non-mitten/hat-wearing season).
Perfect for a kindergarten to fourth grade student! If a kid needs to carry more than this by age 9, then it's too much as boys and girls this age should not carry more than 15% of their body weight, which is up to 10-11 pounds in most cases.
Would highly recommend to friends and other kids for sure!!

I bought this bag for my son and was slightly reluctant because of the reviews stating the size was too small. It was a great price, so I ordered it anyway. My son started 2nd grade and was happy to take this bag with him. He carries a regular sized folder for all his work and papers and also carries at least 1 small library book with him. It's the perfect size for his standard folder. The quality is great and I think it has a nice appearance. It was fun for us to look up what nations the different flags belonged to. I started it out as the backpack style, but he also likes to carry it messenger style. It's nice that it's versatile.
I think it will definitely hold up to some abuse and make it through the entire school year easily. I'm really happy that I purchased this bag even though I thought it would be too juvenile. It's a pefect fit for my 2nd grader!

Simple and small, but very useful. I can put my laptop in it and this size suits me well because I am not very tall. I used it for some time and like it very much.No frills but enough space without being one of those gigantic backpacks that is almost as big as the kid. Also took to embroidery well -my wife embroidered by daughter's name on the back. Super cute.Just what was needed for a rising super star in High School! I am a woman who is not athletic and I take public transportation to work everyday with my laptop, lunch, and books in tow. This backpack definitely does the job.Pros:
-Very lightweight, so the bag itself doesn't add much to your load
-Streamlined size best for crowded spaces and limits me from carrying a bulky load
-Decent design and padded straps make a good carrying experience
-Laptop sleeve easily fits my 14" laptop
-Side mesh pocket, top mini pocket, and two front zip pockets give good organization space
-Attractive color that is neutral but not as plain as black
Cons:
-There is light padding in the back, but none on bottom, so I have to be very careful not to plop down the bag and damage my laptop. This does NOT provide complete laptop protection
-Middle pocket has inner pockets for accessories and pens, but these are made of somewhat flimsy material and my things get mixed up easily
-Does not expand, so I do not recommend this for students or others who have to carry a lot of folders/books. At MOST I can fit my laptop, one textbook, one notebook, and my lunch. This bag is not built to carry that much and a bulky load will feel very heavy.

I order this bag to replace another Samsonite backpack I had been using as a daypack. This bag was a nice size but appeared to be cheaply made much lower quailty than the other bag I have. The fabric is thin and the bad is flimsy. In the end, I returned the bag. This is for my 5th-grade son's school bag. Everything is good except that it's a bit smaller than expected. But still a great deal for this price.Travelpro Luggage Crew 9 Rolling Garment Carry-On Bag

Generator Rex with Rex Salazar, Bobo HaHa, Agent 6, Captain Callan, Providence Agent - 16" Backpack
The construction is standard kids backpack, so if you're looking for it to last more than one year you'll be disappointed. As far as a kid pleaser though, this purchase was a complete winner.
Even though the front puffy picture display is plastic, it looks like it will last. The side elastic pockets are nice for little items he plays with on the bus and the front zip section is perfect for an extra change of clothes for the days he just can't stay out of the mud or snow.I did not know there was a show called Generator Rex until after I named my son Rex. I had a standard diaper bag for him until he was 6 months old and found this. I bought it because it was so cool (my favorite color is orange so it immediately caught my eye, not to mention the big REX on the front of it), and have been using it as my son's diaper/on the go bag for the past 2 years. I take it with me everywhere we go. It has started falling apart from all of the "love" it has received, so I just bought another one. I highly recommend for the durability alone!

I've had this backpack for 4.5 years and have used it frequently. I've worn mine out, and I'm about to get another one. This backpack is very compact when folded up into its own front pocket, but very roomy when expanded. It's GREAT for traveling. The pocket also handily fits my bird field guide, and I can reach behind me and pull it out, look something up, and then slip it back in the pocket.
-1 star for lack of sturdiness and durability. It's not good for carrying anything heavy. The seams are coming apart. Also, the nylon waterproofing stuff on the inside is flaking off, but nylon just does that, unfortunately.

I really like the ability to open up the day pack portion in the winter for extra clothes. I normally hunt with large durable backpack becasue I like to be able and add a coat or undershirt in the bag on cold days. Being able to colapse or expand makes it universal for trips in the woods. This hunting pack was well worth the spend.I received this package today it looks like a very well made pack, but somebody forgot the sew on the buckles to hold up the rest of the backpack.
Bumble Bags Jessica Messenger Backpack

This is an older version of the Jessica bag. It is not the one currently in production from Bumble Bags. I purchased it, then returned it after receiving the package. There is only one magnetic snap to close the entire bag. It does not have the internal zipper, stroller straps, back zipper pocket or bottle holder pockets that are available on the updated models. Don't waste your money on this!Read Best Reviews of Bumble Bags Jessica Messenger Backpack Here
This bag is very pretty. I get lots of compliments on it. I love it for quick trips out and about. However, I've resorted to my old backpack to hold everything needed for the day at daycare. There is no zipper under the flap, closes with just one snap, but if you have even a little too much in there it will not snap and things can fall out! It was on crazy sale, so I do not regret having it and use it on the weekends, but if I'd paid full retail for it I'd probably be disappointed. After seeing somebody with the petunia pickle bottom, I knew I needed a diaper bag that can convert into a backpack if needed. But when I found out the price, I just couldn't afford it so I was on the search for something similar. That's how I found this bag. I got it at a really good price and more than half of what the petunias cost. I love this bag. It fits everything and still small and compacted. I love that there is a separate section for the diapers and wipes and changing pad. I don't have to go thru all the other stuff to get to it. Which makes it easier to do with one hand if you need. I've used it for over 2 years and still great. I just recently had another baby and received the petunia bag as a gift and I just love this one so much more. It's not as stiff, not as heavy and just easier to carry. I used the petunia for 2 months and now i've switched back to my bumble. I just don't think I can ever part with this bag. Its definitely, my first love."The Purple Executive" Briefcase

Dakine Corridor Pack
This was, above all, meant to be a backpack for your Laptop. It's a very high quality product, but not quite perfect. Somehow (I'm sort of unsure about this, but it seems to have happened from placing the backpack on top of my wet umbrella) my books got wet. No water in the laptop pouch. Not enough to damage them, but it's still a bit unsettling to see water on this inside of this supposedly water resistant pack. I should also note that only the outside is water resistant, the inside pouches are separated from some synthetic slightly felty material that doesn't seem to absorb water but would definitely be permeable.
Well there are two main pouches on this, both supposedly water resistant. The pouch for your laptop is right on the top, so your laptop drops in and is right against your backwhich can be slightly uncomfortable, however it is very secure. Your laptop is very safe, it's suspended in its pouch about an inch from the bottom of your backpack so it's protected from drops straight down, the front (if you have books or anything in it), and the back (this has a lot of padding)not particularly protected from falling on the top or the sides, in fact I'd consider it very vulnerable in these areas especially for a 17" laptop.
Due to the separation, if your pack is standing straight up, even if your water bottle were to burst your laptop would be safe as it doesn't actually touch the bottom of the pack.
This is probably more suited for >17" laptops, as my Dell XPS (with upgraded battery pack, sticks out about an inch from the back) barely fits. It's so tight that the seal on the upper zipper stretches open around the corners. I haven't taken it out in the rain with my laptop inside, so I'm not sure if it would leak or not with the seal stretched.
On the positive side there's plenty of room for books. I can easily fit 2-3 large textbooks + my notebooks in this, along with various other electronics and pens. The side pouches are not seemingly suited for water bottles or anything of that sort, so unless you want to put it inside the bag there's no convenient way to carry them.
All of the straps and whatnot can be detached in a few minutes, but are secure enough to keep the pack on you while horizontal (possibly climbing, as this pack is more designed for outdoors than school). Overall it's pretty comfy, the pouch for your books isn't very convenient though as you have to completely open it to get anything large out. It's a very slim pack, not bulgy at all. Has plenty of space and specific compartments for pens/cellphones/small chargers/ect. There doesn't seem to be any specific pouch for large headphones or a large laptop charging cable, so those end up taking the place of books.
There's probably something cheaper out there that does the same thing. I paid $120 for my black Dakine Corridor, it's nice but a bit on the expensive side. I believe the red ones are something like $40 less, which makes no sense to me.i use it to lub around my HP dv7. being a 17 inch labtop it fit snuggly but it does fit. while wearing it does tend to make my shirts ride up my back and it has a wierd lump at the bottom when loaded. idk if its just how i using it or if its like this for everyone.I am hoping that I can get another one at the same price at the same location? I really hope so.

I needed a new bag for my laptop and other uni stuff, and after much searching, I settled on this one. It was a bit more than I was willing to spend, but it's worth it.The pictures of the bag make it seem smaller than it actually is (I'll upload some of mine at some point), but it is quite roomy inside, especially the front pocket, which is deceptively large and takes up the bulk of the storage space in the bag.
The laptop compartment doesn't have a soft, fleece lined interior, but it does have a nice thick padding on the back side. It fits my Lenovo ThinkPad T530 in snugly, so if you have a 17" beast of a laptop it may not fit, contrary to what the specs state (then again, the T530 is thicker than the average laptop so this may contribute to this). The front pocket I imagined to be small, suitable for chucking in a tablet and maybe a couple of pens. You can certainly fit a tablet in there, but it might get a bit lost (my MOTOROLA XOOM Android Tablet (10.1-Inch, 32GB, Wi-Fi) certainly does), as well as a lot of other stuff... I've got a bag of lollies and small tub of potato chips in there for those extra long lectures when a snack is required, and have put a couple of extra bottles of drink in there as well. It can probably fit one or two textbooks as well. There's also a small pouch on the inside of the flap, which I use to store the power adaptor for my laptop, along with two pockets that would fit a phone or some kind of small portable music player (I have a Nokia Lumia 800 which just fits in them, so phones like the Lumia 900, Galaxy S III and so on won't fit owing to their width) and four slots for pens. There's a little pocket up the top for small things (a set of keys or something along those lines), and two side pockets for water bottles complete the package.
The shoulder straps are nice and easily adjustable I've adjusted them up while walking along and they stay put, which is always a bonus. They have a thick padding on them so they're nice and comfortable to wear for long periods of time as well. The back area as well has thick padding, which helps protect the laptop as well as provides a comfortable area for your back to be rest against.
The only thing I would really change about this backpack is the laptop compartment I'd love to have it padded with a fleecy lining. Although it has a nylon lining, the padded lining would probably be a bit more gentle on laptops, particularly those that might show up scratches easily (glossy and aluminium ones spring to mind easily). Worth a buy, especially if you do have a laptop and other "stuff" that you take to uni and etc. regularly.
