Samsonite Luggage Viz Air L TSA Backpack

Samsonite Luggage Viz Air L TSA Backpack, Black/Silver GreyThis pack is great for mitigating the fact that going through security checkpoints is a necessary hassle. The storage arrangement makes it very easy to access the areas you expect to need to be able to to remove potentially suspicious items, such as laptops, tablets/phones, liquids, and even unique styli or pens. This backpack offers an excellent variety of organization options, is very lightweight and comfortable, and fits easily into small spaces. As for laptop protection, I was a little concerned at first when I noticed that it seemed that my laptop had too much space to be shaken around inside the backpack. However, this proved to be a non-issue due to the huge amount of padding inside (which can even be increased if you carry any spare clothing). While this is called a TSA Backpack, I highly recommend it for international travelers.

I was VERY disappointed with this pack, which has no internal padding to speak of, and virtually no usable internal dividers or pockets. I've been looking for a replacement for my Samsonite Xenon pack, which I have finally worn out after four or five years of extremely hard use, but this pack definitely isn't worth considering. For a student who carries books / notebooks and a laptop, I can't imagine choosing this pack after seeing it in person. I suspect that every time one of the zippers was unzipped, everything in the pack would try to dump itself out. This one is definitely going back, even though I am otherwise a committed purchaser of Samsonite luggage and backpacks.

The Element Rolling Computer Backpack

The Element Rolling Computer BackpackAs Advertised This backpack arrived in a timely manner, was packaged appropriately, and was exactly as described on the product page.

Manufacturing I have been using it for one month. It works perfectly. The wheels run smoothly. The balance is great--even with my 17 inch laptop and 4 college books, this backpack stays in the upright position without falling over. The balance bonus is great when a student has to rifle through while inside the cramped quarters of a classroom. Because it stays upright without needing to be propped up, this may assist small members of your family if they need to hide behind it for firing "cover" during an alien invasion.

Overall Construction After one month of daily use, the backpack shows no signs of seam, material, or zipper flaws. All parts work smoothly. The water bottle mesh side pocket can be adjusted for varying sizes. It could probably house a bad mother of a forty if you were so inclined. I do not recommend taking malt liquor to schools of any kind as being drunk in academic institutions is surprisingly boring.

Design There are more pockets on this pack than I realized. The placement of said pockets is Vulcan logical and are as easy to access as drunk pictures of Lindsay Lohan. I was pleasantly surprised to realize how much storage space is in a bag that, in itself, is not unusually large. Because there are so many, I'm able to more effectively organize my work and school administrative tools/gadgets/ray-guns. The hidden inside pockets allow for the storage of valuables thus making them less obtainable to pickpockets or tiny robot thieves.

Sesame Street Sesame Street (SDEWB)

Sesame Street Sesame StreetThis backpack is adorable and has plenty of room for all the supplies (smock, change of clothes, tisssues, lunchbox) that my 3 year old will need for pre-school! She's so excited to have Elmo on her backpack she can't wait to start school!

Great sized bag for the cost (purchased it for my daughter for Christmas), and it has withstood daily use by a toddler for preschool. It comfortably holds two changes of clothes, extra shoes, lunch bag, two sippy cups, travel potty seat, wipes, and 8 pull-ups. I also toss it in the car when we are on the go and she's happy to carry it herself and I get to reclaim my purse!

I got this backpck for my 3-year-old, whoc is obsessed with Elmo. He absolutely loves the design and the size. It looks sturdy and seems water-proof, though we have not yet put it to the test. The size is a little bit big for a pre-schooler, but my son wanted a "bog boy" backpack and so is thrilled with it.

Augusta Sportswear Small Tri-Color Backpack. 1916

Augusta Sportswear Small Tri-Color Backpack, Navy Black White, One SizeThis bag is pretty awful. I usually give mail order products the benefit of the doubt. I can't see touch them or operate them so, I'm purchasing on faith. Faith that the seller is honest in their description and the product is solid and good. usually I'm not disappointed. Not so this time around. Even for the low price this bag is poorly made and designed. I've only had it 1 1/2 weeks and it's already tearing at the seam along the shoulder straps. And there are too few inside pockets, just 2 large compartments. Really... just a bad bag.

It's small, but it's great! I use it every day! It has the right amount of pockets, and it's so cheap!

Purchased this to use as a diaper bag. Decent quality for the price. We keep it packed full with stuff and have not had any issues with the zipper or anything.

High Sierra 22" Wheeled Backpack

High Sierra 22' Wheeled BackpackWhen I travel I always travel for a week at a time, and stay at a condo,

where there is a clothes washer. So taking a lot of clothes is not nessessary. This backpack is large enough for 3 skirts,1 pair of capris,6 summer tops,1 zip-up hoodie,1 beach towel, bathing suit,underwear,2 pairs sandals, and a bag for personal care products. The small detachable backpack is perfect for the liquid bath products and extremly convenient when checking through security at airports. By having the two zipped together before bording it is one bag, therefore you can have an additional carry-on. When you get to your seat just un-zip the little pack and they both fit in the over-head bins, and you keep the third bag at your feet! The airlines have lost my checked luggage on two different trips, taking the joy out of traveling. So when I found this piece I knew I would not have to check luggage again unless I wanted to!

I did not use the big bag as a backpack but I looked at the straps and they are made with quality materials, and I know I won't hessitate to use it in that cappacity. My daughter is planning a trip through Europe next year and has already asked to borrow mine. Shhh,,, don't tell her, but she is getting one for her college graduation!!!

My husband bought this bag for a 25 day trip to Europe. He packed enough clothes for the trip. The size made it great for traveling during the trip. The suitcase is a perfect size for fitting in the overhead bin. The dayback is the perfect size for keeping with you on a plane and to use as a daybag while sightseeing. The suitcase with the backpack zipped on fits nicely in European taxi cab trunks. The bag is two years old and is holding up beautifully.

I just bought another one for my use.

This is a great travel bag for folks who like to travel, carry on their luggage and not be overwhelmed by a bulky suitcase.

High Sierra AT3 Sierra-Lite Carry-On Wheeled Backpack with Removable Day Pack

Buy High Sierra 22" Wheeled Backpack Now

I bought this suitcase upon the recommendation of a friend who has an older model. I love this suitcase. I tend to be an over-packer and this holds much more than a tradition small suitcase. I usually travel for about a week at at time and have managed to fit: 2 pairs of jeans, 3 skirts, 2 dresses, 5 t-shirts, 5 tank tops, 2 sweaters, 3 pairs of sweatpants, panties, socks, 2 pairs of shoes in the large rolling part. The zip off day pack is FANTASTIC for holding full size toiletries. I manage to get full size: shampoo, conditioner, 2-body washes, toothpaste, toothbrushes, hair brushes, and medium sized make-up bag. I can also put a couple smaller books in there. The front zip pocket on the day pack holds my iPod, camera, contact lenses case, glasses case and batteries. As you can see, it holds a lot of stuff. It is incredibly durable and have had no problems with zippers busting or seams coming apart like I have had with less expensive suitcases.

I have not found a better suitcase for the money.

My biggest problem had been finding a bag that would hold supplies for my three young kids when traveling, especially on long layovers. This is a great solution a rolling carry-on with an attached daypack that zips on and off. Same concept as a diaper bag + an extra bag with supplies that we use at home and in our car, but on the go.

PROS

* You can put the whole thing through the security scanner and separate the daypack once you get to your seat.

* The main 22" compartment can be wheeled like a normal carry-on or be converted into a backpack. Very useful if you're pulling other luggage, pushing a stroller, carrying a baby in a carrier and/or don't have any hands free. You could put extra diapers, formula, bottles etc for the trip in the main compartment and/ or several days' worth of clothes.

* The main compartment of the daypack (12" x 14" x 4") opens on top but holds plenty. The front of the daypack has a zippered section for credit cards, a cell phone holder with a Velcro flap, three pen holders, a pocket (wish it had a zipper), and a key clip. A small zippered compartment on top is ideal for small item but cannot be locked. Overall, it's the same size as a large purse (12" x 16" x 6") so it works well as a bag that you can keep by your feet.

* The daypack can double as a detachable diaper bag. It can hold four 8-oz baby bottles, 2 water bottles on the side mesh pockets, a 4-tier Beaba Stackable Formula & Snack Containers in Sorbet, several super-absorbent diapers such as Huggies Overnites Diapers, Size 3, 76 Count (Packaging May Vary), a pack of wipes, and a small change of clothes.

* All zippers on the carry-on and day pack (except a small one on the day pack) are heavy-duty and can be secured with locks such as the Sharper Image TSA 3-Dial Combination Lock (TSI-9024). The metal zipper pulls are substantial, not flimsy at all like typical backpacks where locks are easy to break.

* High quality retractable handle with rubber grip adjusts to two heights 33" and 40", so it can be used by either children or adults.

* Comfortable padded handles on top and sides of the carry on are riveted for extra durability. A plastic handle on the bottom allows you to lift it up easily if horizontal.

* Rubber piping on edges provides added protection against wear.

* Rear padded flap hides adjustable, padded backpack straps until needed and provides cushioning for contents; it folds down and secures with Velcro when used as a backpack.

* Smooth rolling wheels and sturdy supports allow the bag to stand upright.

* Built in ID tag in back.

* I'm also thinking that a car seat could be strapped onto the main compartment with a Traveling Toddler Car Seat Travel Accessory (or a similar $5 climbing strap) if the bag is full I'm trying this on my next trip. The day pack would be detached and secured to the extended U-shaped handle with a separate built-in strap.

* Once the kids are older, you can use this bag for yourself or maybe sooner, actually.

CONS

* A little heavy at 10 lbs, but lighter than many other carry-ons. When stored, it is 9.5" deep when collapsed at it's widest point, with the day pack placed inside.

* The inside of the 22" main compartment (13" x 20" x 7") does not have any pockets or separators, except for a zipper to access the handle mechanism and the hard bottom. Two adjustable straps help hold the contents in place. There is a fairly large but shallow 12" x 16" pocket for magazines or other items on the outside of the carry-on, when the day pack is not attached.

* For some reason, the zipper that attaches the daypack to the main carry-on is not as thick as the others. I'm hoping it will hold up over time, although I don't plan to put too much weight in the daypack.

If you need a larger travel bag, the matching High Sierra 32" Drop Bottom Wheeled Duffle is an excellent choice. We have two that have been used for several years for cross-country travel as well as for overseas; it's great for families and couples, holds tons of stuff, has the back pack feature and is extremely durable. It can be used with two compartments or opened up into a giant one. We've even fit a Phil and Teds Portable Traveler Crib Black inside with all our clothes. It collapses when empty and stores easily, which is useful on cruises or wherever space is limited.

Anyway, two great alternatives for parents, now that the airlines are placing so many restrictions on gate-checking larger strollers and charging for baggage. In all, this two-in-one convertible carry-on is a pretty good deal.

I bought this bag based on features along with the recommendations here, and after using it on one trip last week I'm glad I did!

I had been looking for something to use mainly on domestic flights, particularly to conventions and similar events out of state. I really needed something that didn't have to be crammed into overhead compartments (the main bag goes in easily!). I also have been trying to speed up and simplify my travel experiences, and a flexible package like this is in near-perfect alignment with that goal. I say NEAR perfect because this one almost gets there.

Others have pointed out what they like and dislike so I won't repeat their reviews, but offer details on what kept this rating from being 5 stars for me.

First, the lack of internal compartments in the main bag. My best luggage tends to have two pockets that either have elastic trim or flaps that close. These are very handy for separating things, and quickly pulling out the customary quart ziploc bag full of liquid items when needed (I prefer the ziploc not be on or in the other contents due to previous spills).

Second, while I love the fact that the daypack connects to the main bag for toting, and it unzips easily, zipping it back on can be a pain. I wish the zipper seam had been extended a bit more. NOTE: later the zipper snagged and broke. See update below.

Finally, there are little nagging things. The daypack straps need velcro or something added to tuck the dangling ends away. Splitting the daypack's main compartment in two would also be helpful for separating my netbook from other materials.

Update:

I had to bump this down a star after my third use. The zipper used for attaching the daypack to the main unit broke loose, and now I can no longer join the two. That feature was one of the main reasons I bought this. The zipper appears to be a little too cheap for this purpose.

It's been a little over a year and so far I don't see that I have any options to get this fixed...

Lewis N. Clark 1592 Hanging Toiletry Kit

Lewis N Clark Hanging Toiletry CaseIt came exactly as described and I have no issues with it. It stores quite a bit of stuff and it is easy to organize your stuff within it. I would avoid large bottles though, because they make it too bulky. It can be a little cumbersome to close it when it is full of stuff, but it stays closed and it doesn't affect how well it works.

It's the perfect size for me. It holds a lot. On my last trip, I had 6.75 fl oz shampoo, 1.7 fl oz conditioner, 10 fl oz shower gel, 6 oz apricot scrub, and another 1 oz apricot scrub in the middle compartment alone. I had everything else including a regular-size loofah in the other compartments. I love how the compartments are different, one is mesh, one is see-through plastic and the third is opaque which opens on all 3 sides. I would rate it 5 stars, but I prefer a simple hook to hang it and velcro strap to keep it closed instead of the plastic fasteners.

This is a little bigger than I was expecting, and also basically rolls up into a ball. I wouldn't buy this again, but it's cheap and gets the job done. The many compartments are nice, but would like something smaller than laid flatter in my suitcase.

After scouring the Amazon listings for hanging toiletry cases, this looked like my best bet for my under-the-seat carry on. Let me preface by saying that I do not check baggage all of my shoes and clothing go in the 'suitcase' rolling bag that goes in the overhead bin, and everything else goes in the bag under the seat.

I was looking for a bag that would hold a lot of items and would roll or fold up to be as compact as possible so as not to waste any precious space in the under-the-seat bag.

I was successfully able to fit all of my non-liquid toiletries and even my mineral cosmetics into this bag with room to spare. This was great because now I don't have to have the seperate make-up bag, just a small brush roll for makeup brushes. The only thing that made it feel more bulky when rolled up was my glasses case, which was no big deal, since it doesn't really NEED to be in there.

I especially like the clear, zippered pouch in the middle. It's perfect for cosmetics. I just wish it was detachable in some way, but that doesn't make it unmanageable.

I also love that once unfolded, every single item in the bag is clearly visible, and that the zippers are located at the top of the pouches so there is no chance for items to spill out once the bag is hanging open.

While there is no hook for hanging, there is a loop at the top that snaps together, so you can hang it from virtually anything, and if needed a coat hanger would do the trick.

This bag really freed up a lot of space for me. It's been on a couple of road trips so far, and I can't wait to take it on its first plane trip in a couple of weeks.

I love how compact it becomes in a suitcase, it even fits everything I usuall take with me on a trip I am very pleased with my purchase.

Nubrella Hands Free Umbrella

Nubrella Hands Free UmbrellaIf you look at my hundreds of reviews you will see that I rarely write one star reviews. That is because I generally avoid products like this. However, my wife saw this on Shark Tank and ordered not one but two because she was convinced how great this would be. She was dead wrong. Here is why:

1. This product comes with minimalist instructions that do not tell you how to properly position it so you are not being hit in the head while you are wearing it. Amazingly, the company's website has no such information either. Hmmm. That made me suspicious. Eventually I did find a You Tube demo, but even when "properly adjusted" this still grazed my head and was not comfortable to wear. No wonder there is nothing on the website.

2. I tried this in a driving rain storm after I adjusted it. While it did keep my head and shoulders dry, my pants got soaked, which does not happen with a regular umbrella because when you hold it over your head, it does more than just protect your head and shoulders. In addition, visibility was nonexistent. It was like driving your car in a rainstorm with no windshield wipers on. In addition, while this is hands free, the trade off is that the handle is pressed into your stomach for support. Not very comfortable when walking.

3. If you open this in the house before you go outside, good luck fitting through the doorway. I barely made it.

4. My wife was led to believe that this would be great for bicycle riding and running in the rain. No way. I tried each, and it was virtually impossible to do either because with such vigorous movement this kept bumping into my head, and the handle kept pressing into my stomach. And of course I also could not see where I was going.

5. This is not something that you can easily stow on a crowded train or bus, and I seriously doubt that airport security would let you bring this on a plane. This is also not something that I would want to bring into a business meeting.

Bottom line: This product is expensive, cumbersome, and does not work as well as a regular umbrella to provide maximum protection. Hands free is nice--but not when I am getting soaked from the waist down, can't see where I am going, and have a handle being driven into my stomach. There is no way I would recommend it. I have read the positive review, and can say only that I vigorously disagree.

IMPORTANT: Getting a refund from this company is not simple. I returned the product via UPS with a cover letter including my cell phone and email address, but heard nothing. I then managed to speak to someone at the phone number listed on the website, and was promised a refund. However the company deducted over 25% of my purchase price for shipping (even though I paid shipping to return it) plus a restocking fee (none of which was mentioned at the time of purchase). These are the kind of companies that I try to avoid no matter what they sell. Fortunately after I disputed these deductions, my credit card company issued a full credit.

Update June 1, 2012: This product is no longer listed on Amazon. Out of curiosity I looked at the website to see if there were ANY positive testimonials from customers. You guessed it--not a single one! In fact there are NO customer testimonials of any kind. Just some slick infomercial style videos. That pretty much tells you what kind of product you are dealing with.

I've used this twice in the rain, and here's my review so far.

Ease of Use:

The Nubrella website (at the time of this review) doesn't clearly demonstrate HOW to wear it. In a TV interview, the inventor explains that the straps from the back go under your arms to lock the Nubrella into place.

It takes some getting used to. It didn't rain for almost a month after I received mine, so I wore it inside a lot to get a feel for the fit -and to shoot and share pics. I immediately noticed two issues:

The fit It rested on my head until I contacted Nubrella, and was informed about the strap placement (read above).

It collapsed As soon as I began to walk, the handle in the front banged against my body, causing the Nubrella to collapse. I felt that there should be a locking mechanism.

But after adjusting the straps, then properly placing my arms in with the secondary straps (from the rear) underneath my arm pits, and the upper straps (with fabric/padding) on top of my shoulders, it finally fit properly.

So after a long wait, it finally rained!

Test One: Night/Light Rain/Times Square (NYC) heading West

I could not SEE well. Visibility at night lacked due to the raindrops sticking to the plastic. I got bumped into by one person, but that would have happened with my full-sized umbrella anyway, which is much less streamlined. I also had a backpack on which always gets soaked in the rain, but this time it remained dry!

Test One Conclusion -

Pros: My backpack stayed dry

Cons: I couldn't see well at night

____

Test Two: Afternoon/Heavier Rain

This time I took my time and made sure that I was wearing the Nubrella properly. I walked around with it indoors, and it did NOT collapse. Good. Now the real test.

I went to the grocery store. You have to take time to put it on right. Once on, it's great. This time I could see clearly, as it was daytime. At a pedestrian light, I stopped and used my iPhone, which stayed completely dry under the Nubrella. Headphone use is also better/safer.

There were a few circumstances where in order to avoid puddles, I needed to fit between some tight spots. With a normal umbrella, I'd tilt or collapse it. The Nubrella has to be removed, as it IS something you WEAR. So that was inconvenient, but not a deal breaker.

The Nubrella allowed me to carry groceries with both hands. When I arrived at a corner that's always windy, I only noticed the wind because I saw someone else's umbrella blowing around. That's the corner where with my normal umbrella, I collapse it and get soaked or fight with it, despite it being one of those 'wind resistant' umbrellas.

As a New Yorker, I was a little put off by the fact that I had to walk SLOWER than normal with the Nubrella. It could be due to an improper fit (by my error, not Nubrella's), but if I walked at my normal fast speed that day, the Nubrella would bounce around a lot. When I walked slow (or what is probably a normal pace in other parts of the world), it was fine.

One of the straps kept falling down like a bra strap. I had to constantly re-adjust it. Any one-size-fits-all contraptions will not fit everyone perfectly. However, Nubrella is very quick to respond and sent new straps to me. I have yet to test it with those new straps, as once again, it just hasn't rained much in NYC.

The humiliation factor is what some worry about. Well, I can't lie and say I didn't notice people staring, but since I'm an adult -who cares?! One guy loved it. A kid looked in awe. What matters to me is that I am kept drier than I would be with a normal umbrella, and I am. The Nubrella is also more streamlined, so it wasn't in the way. In the midst of a very crowded NYC street, I think any umbrella's in the way, so at that point I may wear a hooded jacket or get bumped around as I did in test one. But I'd rather get bumped than accidentally poke someone with a normal umbrella.

The final part is that the Nubrella opens wide so that it can drip dry easily in an open space.

Visibility from the rear was an issue simply because I chose the black one. If you buy this for biking or any related transportation purpose, you may opt for the clear one.

Test Two Conclusion -

Pros: Once it fits, it works. It kept me drier and warmer than a regular umbrella would have. I could use my iPhone under it. The company (inventor) is VERY responsive.

Cons: You can't quickly collapse it when you come upon something that it won't fit past. I suggest the clear one, as the ones with fabric in the rear obstruct your view.

Further testing in different weather conditions will determine my future updates to this review, but so far, so good. I actually look forward to stormy weather now!

----

Test Three: Afternoon/Very heavy rain/Crowded weekday in NYC

This is likely my final review. It rained very hard this week, so I used my Nubrella, joyfully. In fact, I ran an errand that could have waited JUST to test it. This time I had the new adjusted straps from Nubrella. It worked perfectly. In fact, a co-worker saw mine, tried it, and ordered two!

I cannot imagine using any other umbrella in heavy rain. I have given this umbrella 5 well-deserved stars.

__

Minus one star (Feb. 23, 2013) because after having owned it for years now, I find myself not using it that often due to the strap fit. The key benefit of this umbrella is that it's hands-free, but I find myself always using one hand to adjust the straps despite having the new straps that they released. It's very challenging to adjust those straps to a perfect fit. While walking the straps slip constantly, and when wearing a jacket it just doesn't fit (me) at all without a strap re-adjustment. I really wish the company could remedy that by addressing the fit because I believe in this product and stand by my earlier positive reviews. However, I want to simply put it on and go. The lack of the ability to do that makes me more prone to just grab my regular umbrella during normal rain. But again, during torrential rain, I do prefer the Nubrella.

Buy Nubrella Hands Free Umbrella Now

Worst purchase I have made in years. Returned one of two and had to file complaint with my CC company to get refund. Would not return calls, could not get Nubrella to work and was totally disappointed. Have receipt they received product back but from that date have not got them to return a call, email or text. Real bad experience.

The directions included were not of any help, it showed you how to open and close the Nubrella but not how to adjust it. We never could get it adjusted and only thing they would say was to tighten strap 4" which did no good. No directions on putting the Nubrella back into the bag and that was a major chore. I tore my bag the first time I tried to put it back. Only goes one way I guess and I don't know if we ever really found that way.

Bought two and tried to be fair by only returning one because of the torn bag and I tried to get one to work. Have never used it and probably will never be able to. Wanted one for a wheelchair person but that was totally out of reality.

Oh Hum real bad experience.

One day I was struggling on the steps outside in the rain--I have to use a cane and I had a bag and my purse to carry, plus needed the umbrella.

My husband searched online for a solution to my problem, found this product and bought it for me. At first I didn't know what to think (what the heck is this?), but now that I've used it a few times it has been a God-send.

Now I can walk with my cane, carry my purse and still use an umbrella. Comments from people have only been positive, and it works well.

I don't put the straps under my arms, I just let it rest on my shoulders. It's easy to open and close, and easy to lock shut.

All you do to work it is press the red button on the handle and rock it to the open position. The nubrella pops open. To close, just push ends together like an accordion, press the red button on the handle, slide the handle back over the bundled nubrella. It locks into place again to hold it shut.

It came with instructions. I read them twice, tried it, and had no problems.

I love being hands free, it has made me much safer on icy or wet surfaces, as now I can hold onto a cane or even both hands on a railing if need be.

My thanks to the inventor.

Want Nubrella Hands Free Umbrella Discount?

Just opened it up was looking for instructions on how to adjust it and so on, what did come with it was very minimal.

However, after looking at it for a few minutes it was obvious how to make shoulder adjustments. Afterwards it fit really well, very comfortable. The handle does rest on my stomach somewhat but it is not noticeable (I have a beer gut and that has alot to do with it).

Haven't had the chance to test it in any significant weather, but so far so good, but I'm sure it will do the job.

Faux-fur Textured Zebra Print Laptop Sleeve Carrying Case for Acer Aspire One 11.6" Netbook

Faux-fur Textured Zebra Print Laptop Sleeve Carrying Case for Acer Aspire One 11.6' NetbookNice fit, but it's not snug and it has very thin padding. The design also looks nice, but it's more grayish than white. I'm overall satisfied because I wanted a small, simple cover for my netbook, to prevent scratches from my keys while in my purse, so it serves the purpose I wanted it for and it was cheaper than most other cases/sleeves. But if you're looking for heavy duty protection, this probably isn't the best choice.

The product is exactly the same as it appear in the pic and fit my new 11.6" Sony Vaio YB15(8 x 11.4 x 1.2 inches) perfectly. It's fashion and not very fluffy which is quite good. It protect my notebook from dirt and scratch quite well. Considering the price, i think it totally worth the money!

10 inch Pink Solid Color Top Flap Closure Neoprene Tablet Netbook Sleeve Bag Carry Case for iPad, A

10 inch Pink Solid Color Top Flap Closure Neoprene Tablet Netbook Sleeve Bag Carry Case for iPad, Acer, Asus, Dell, HP, Samsung, SonyThis case fits my Asus Transformer snugly. There has been no evidence of surface marring on the tablet due to insertion/extraction. Padding is enough that I wouldn't be worried if the tablet was dropped in the case from a few feet, though I'm not going to test it. While the tablet will fit into the sleeve when in "netbook" form factor (attached to the dock, which clam-shells closed) it is a tight squeeze.

This is a very pretty sleeve and would fit an iPad without a protective cover/case. I measured my iPad with it's case and front flap before ordering. The dimensions should fit an iPad with a cover. It opens at the top and you have to slide the iPad down in, which doesn't work if you have the top, folding cover on the iPad. It gets stuck, like trying to squeeze a pillow into a pillowcase which is too small. If it opened along the side, I would be able to wiggle it in. The material of the protective iPad flaps catches on the neoprene. Otherwise, it is seems like a good, protective neoprene sleeve.

This is a fairly good option for protecting a tablet when not in use. The Asus eee Pad Transformer is a little bit too long but the Velcro still closes. The foam padding seems a bit cheap but for the price seems adequate. Good deal.

EDIT: Today I noticed that the Velcro was installed crooked. See customer image.

The Velcro is good and it fits my Asus Slider tablet and my Kindle at the same time. There's not much more to say.

15.4 inch K-Cliffs Organizer Laptop Computer Backpack Schoolbag w/Headphone port /Air Mesh Padded P

15.4 inch K-Cliffs Organizer Laptop Computer Backpack Schoolbag w/Headphone port /Air Mesh Padded PanelI just got this backpack last week so if anything changes I'll come back and update.

So far I love this thing, it's roomy and yet has some pockets for organization and has LOTS of cushion! It seems to be made pretty well. I can't find anywhere the stitching or quality is lacking. The pictures aren't that clear about it, but there is a little pocket for an mp3 player at the top inside the main pocket of the bag and the headphone port is almost right underneath the top handle.

The only negative thing I can say is that for me the straps are either placed a little too close together, or they are a bit too wide for my shoulders and they press against my neck...

All in all, great bag at a great price, and the straps would probably be fine for a broader shouldered person.

Awesome backpack. I definitely recommend it. Has a lot of space and is very sturdy and strong. I even go to grocery stores with this backpack

I purchased this backpack for my son, who is not known for keeping things organized as he tends to be busy most of the time. It has all the pockets that he needs, room for a binder, cellphone, wallet,keys..etc. I would recommend this for anyone who is busy and needs something to keep all their essentials with them in one place.

I got this bag about 3 months ago and I loved it. Its supper cute but all of the handles fell off. The two handles ripped in half and the across your body strap fell off completely. Very disappointed... but I don't know if it will break for you but that's for you to gamble on..

Mountain Hardwear Scrambler TRL 30 Pack

Mountain Hardwear Scrambler TRL 30So far I enjoy it. It wasn't exactly what I thought it would be but I think it will do exactly what I need. The padded straps aren't that padded and the hip belt is kinda silly I wish I could take it off. But all in all I think I could hold about a weeks worth of clothing in there.

Olympia 18" Rolling Backpack

Olympia 18' Rolling Backpack, Lavender, One SizeMy son asked for a rolling backpack this year because he had difficulty carrying his backpack loaded with books last year due to their weight and his small frame. I bought two of these backpacks for my twins. They arrived separately and one box came all banged up, eventhough the backpack was a little dirty it was fine. Going on week two of use, I have no problems with them. Actually, I love them. They are roomy enough to carry several books, lunchbag and a sweatshirt with some room remaining. It is well designed that there is no problem with it tipping over. No issues with the pull up handle either. Have not tried using it as a regular backpack because my kids enjoy rolling it around too much. Would have given it 5 stars but since this is only week two of use, I can't talk to its durability. Excellent buy at a good price. If it holds up, I will definately buy again.

This backpack is big enough for a binder and several textbooks. It's holding up well to day-to-day life with a kid. It's not the most attractive in the world, but it gets the job done.

Update 3/25/11 We had to replace it before the end of the school year. It didn't have staying power. By the time we threw in the towel, the legs on the bottom were broken, and the bottom seam was ripped out. We limped it along as long as we could. By mid-March, it was obvious that we weren't going to make it until the end of May.

Bought this for my 6th grader just before Christmas school break so it has really only been used for 2 1/2 months and the rolling mechanism is broken already. Backpack portion is great but the handle/ wheels fell apart and that is what I bought it for. Product should last longer than that and was hoping it would make it through the rest of the school year.

I had expended some money by now looking for a lasting strong back pack for my now fifth grader son. I read the comments for this Olympia 18" rolling and I thought that I had finally found the right one.

After merely 2 weeks and 3 days of use, the main zipper broke, the bottom's two corners had holes, the strap-clip to use as back pack cracked in 2 pieces....

Sorry, I am very disappointed no as much for the product as per those who selected this Backpack as one of the best.

This backpack is not worth the money we paid. We researched backpacks for a month before we found one we thought would work well. The bottom stands broke off within a month of use, and then it just tipped over every time we tried to stand it up. Within 3 months there were holes in the bottom of the backpack and things were falling out. We are very disappointed this backpack didn't make it even half a school year.
