The fold out changing pad is invaluable and has been a real life saver on our various outings. The inner section is HUGE and can hold way more than you should ever have to carry around at one time. The straps are sturdy yet comfortable. And the backpack straps are fabulous when you just need to have your hands free to deal with the kid. I would order this bag again!
