I bought it, with a budget in mind and a liking for the style. When I first opened it, there was a really strong plastic or some weird smell. It's fainter now but it still has the smell...of cheap materials. The handles are really poorly made, they're thin straps basically that are inside, so while yes, when you don't need it (I hope you don't), it can be hidden...but when you need it, the zipper needs to be open to use it and it looks so weak that it'll rip within a few weeks of using it. It hasn't yet, but we'll see in the future. If your laptop's heavy, I recommend you not to use the strap. Use it as a laptop case, not carrier. However, one good thing for me about this item is the size. My laptop's big and fat, 15.6" and it fits it perfectly. It'll be wayy too big for the smaller laptops it's shown for though. I recommend it only if you have close to 15" laptops, not any smaller.
There's no pocket for any wires etc, which if thats not what you were looking forshouldnt matter. Over allpretty good.I ordered this item for my daughter who is attending college. When she received the item, she said that it looked much better than the picture. She was very pleased. This particular sleeve also has a handle which makes it much easier to carry on trips and for traveling on the plane. Great Buy!!It is just what I expected. Zippers work well perfect thickness to protect your laptop. Would buy another one without second guessing the item.I bought this for my Granddaughter so she could carry her laptop in her backpack and it works fine for her.
