Phineas and Ferb - Semi-Aquatic - Large 16" Backpack Featuring Agent P

My five year old started Pre-K back in August of 2012 and he absolutely loved Phineas and Ferb, so of course, I bought him a Phineas & Ferb book bag for school.

Within the first month, one of the plastic strap adjusters broke, so I had to tie it at a comfortable length so it wouldn't come loose, but would still be comfortable as my son got bigger through the year.

The bottom of the book bag is becoming more "see through" and is thinning fairly quickly.

Otherwise, this bag is large enough to fit a few folders and notebooks and the stitching has held up very well.

While this bag certainly served its purpose, I won't be buying another one next year. I'll be finding a more sturdy one for a highly active 5/6 year old boy.

Within three months, one of the straps of this backpack broke. And within four months, one of the side pockets broke from the bottom and is unusable. This backpack is not durable, and I cannot recommend it to anyone.

My son loves Phineas & Ferb so it was natural he'd want this backpack. We also wanted a rolling backpack as he has to cart around some heavy stuff for school.

You can tell this product wasn't going to last long when it first arrived. You can just tell it's made with cheap materials. In just over a month's use a backpack strap has torn, a zipper has broken and the webbing for the water bottle holder has ripped. We have ordered a much higher quality product from Land's End to replace this with. So even if you kids love Phineas & Ferb DO NOT BUY this backpack!

Great school backpack. My son loves it. The size is perfect and was able to hold all of his back to school items. The little pockets on either side are very convenient for odds and ends. The quality seems pretty good as well, and I expect to get a few years of usage out of this product, which I don't think is always the case with school backpacks.
