The bag is too bulky. It seems like it was designed with too much padding which decreases the amount of space available inside the backpack. I would recommend other Tucano bags like the workout (not the workout expanded).

Cons,
top pocket(intended for ipod or iphone?) opening is too small, my hand is hard to get in and get out, needs to be one or two inch wider.
the strap desgined to hold the two padded shoulder straps together is not adjustable, why?
