my youngest daughter absolutely loves this backpack. it arrived in plenty of time for me to pst it to her in england for her birthday.

I really cannot rate this item as a toy as it is a backpack. There is no educational value. It has only been used a few weeks so far so good on the durability. Overall at this point I would rate it 5. I can only rate it a 5 because my daughter loves Monster High.

I ordered this backpack for my daughter. The bag I received was not a backpack at all....it was a messenger bag. It also had a completely different picture on the front. I guess quality control isn't working too well. I used Amazon because the monster high backpacks have been hard to find, and now I end up with something useless to my child and the holiday weekend means no time for a replacement.
