My high school aged daughter had this bag less than two months and it has completely disintegrated! And of course it is too late to return it. She has been careful with it because she loves the Doctor Who theme and it fit everything she needed for school. It's the most expensive backpack I have purchased and it is a piece of junk!

I got this cover 3 days ago. I did a lot of research on it, the speck satin shell, and the incase perforated. I chose against the speck because it did not have vents in the bottom and I was really concerned about a case causing my new macbook air to overheat which is apparently a common complaint. I think the incase design is a good bet, but in the end the fact it is ugly, has a lot of holes for dust, a $60 price tag, and several unprotected spots led me to choose the incipio feather.

This is a very good case and great, unique color. Snaps on easy and stays on. Only gave it a 4 out of 5 because it's a fingerprint magnet and kind of hard to clean. It has a matte, sort of rubbery-ish feel which makes it very easy to hold onto without fear of slipping out of your hands. Overall, good buy. And FYI description says it comes with a micro-suede pouch, but it doesn't.It has been very difficult to find protection for my MacBook Air ... the only cases with shoulder straps were big and bulky, and none of the sleeves had shoulder straps (come on, manufacturers, would it be so difficult to put a couple of D-rings on a sleeve so we could add a shoulder strap if we want one?). While this obviously doesn't have a shoulder strap, it is sleek enough (no added bulk) that I just drop the Air in my purse and I'm on my way. This backpack is great for a student looking to carry their laptop and a book or two around with them. It is not especially roomy, but I do not have any books that will not fit in it. All of the different pockets and such give you lots of versatility with arranging your stuff and the faux fur lined laptop section keeps my MacBook Pro from getting damaged. The laptop section also is vented on the sides so a hot laptop can cool down easier. This is a great backpack and Incase is a great brand in general.
This bag does Batman all grades of justice! The durable bag seems to hold a lot of my school books. The cape is a nice touch as well. The Bat symbol is very vivid and bright. I would totally buy again if anything happens to mine. :)
The top handle stitching broke within a month. Had to pay to ship it back to Washington for repair, going for a week and a half with no bag. After I got it back, the same thing happened again a few weeks later (this time on the other side of the handle). Sent it back again (again at my expense of cost and time). Once the seam bursts like it has, it starts ripping down the length of the rest of the seam, at which point it's only held to the bag by weak stretchy material that will soon rip itself. They would not refund the item (after 14 days from the date of purchase), only repair, replace, or maybe exchange. I only carry my macbook pro in it--I do not abuse the bag. I have reinforced the top handle of this third bag myself by wrapping it up in duct tape. The rest of the bag is good.

I got this some months ago but have only used it very moderately. At the beginning I was excited about this product because of the brenthaven brand name, the looks, and the quality of the product (or at least I thought). The deal breaker was the quality of the straps. The left strap got torned for absolutely no reason, which has opened my eyes to the cheap quality of the material (at least on the straps). The reality is that the fabric is very thin on the straps which is why it got teared apart. I can now see the padding inside the strap, and I'm afraid of using the backpack anymore because it could open a bigger hole on the strap. I hate dealing with returns especially when I have to pay for the shipping and everything, but I will definitely be contacting amazon and/or brenthaven about this. I purchased the MetroLite from Amazon over a year ago, but didn't start to use it on a regular basis until last summer. Overall, I really liked the pack and didn't buy it to haul a ton of stuff, but simply my MacBook Pro, a magazine, and extra glasses to and from work. I thought a thin backpack would help keep me balanced and ease my back pain -and it did -but didn't want something so large that it would knock into other commuters. So the MetroLite fit the bill perfectly.
I bought this a little bigger than the size of my laptop (it's a 13 inch laptop) so that I could put my power cord inside too. It fits great. The case is thicker than I expected. It has more cushion than the foam versions of these sleeves usually do, but it is still a sleeve-type case so don't expect thick, hard, case-type protection. The picture on the sleeve is pretty cool, but the resolution really isn't that great. It definitely does not have that bright "pop" effect from the star field that it appears to have in the picture on Amazon. The zipper is strong and works smoothly. It does have a strong "rubber" scent that has not gone away in 2 weeks. That's the only draw back and the reason I only gave this 4 stars. Keep that in mind, because if you are sensitive to rubber and will need to carry this a lot you will not be happy. for me, I would still buy it anyway. It's very cool for the price.
This bag perfectly fits my Acer AOD257. It's cute and stylish and is not overly bulky. It's the traditional neoprene quishy material like so many carry cases out there. However, unlike many cases that are more like a sleeve, this one zips to keep your computer in the bag which is nice. Despite the claim that you can hide the handles, tucking them in makes the bag a little lumpy and funny looking, but they are not so obnoxious that you couldn't just leave them out all the time. (or if you don't need them, cut them off.) Small pouch in front is not terribly roomy but the stretchy nature of the neoprene lets you put in a mouse and AC adapter as long as you don't mind the lumpiness. Product seems to be of adequate quality although the design on the front pouch is a professional iron on decal, so you need to be careful about stretching the fabric under it if you want it to last. I just shove my charger on the left side of the pouch to avoid stretching the decal. Overall this is a nice blend of practicality, simplicity and style.
they dont tell you the dimension and in the picture it looks huge but its actually really small meant for a grade school kid i got the back pack and was very dissapionted at the size

I bought this sort of thinking it'd be like a tote or large purse (yes, I know it says the dimensions on the descritpion, I'm bad with numbers.) Anyway, it actually has more in common with a wicker basket you might keep in the corner of the room for magazines or cat toys or something. It would probably make a good beach bag or market bag. Also, as soon as I opened the box, the entire room was flooded with the scent of freshly mown hay.

Its great. The only downside is there are no inner pockets for the power cords. so that has to be placed on laptop.
I am using this bag to carry my Dell Inspiron 15 laptop. I spent several weeks looking for a bag and finally came back to Amazon. The local stores only carried a few choices and nothing I liked. This was reasonably priced compared to others and has a multitude of pockets. I keep my laptop and its cords and several writing pads in the bag, and still have room for more. I like the design as well, not to feminine or masculine. All in all, it serves the purpose I intended beautifully.
I bought this for my 5 year old for Kindergarten. I read that it was on the smaller side and he didn't need a lot of room. His school puts everything that needs to be sent home in a Super Stacker Pringles can and that fit perfectly in there. He was able to put sweatshirts and things like that in it if he got hot too. The bag lasted all school year and that was with daily use and all the love a 5 year old Star Wars nerd could give it. Between school and acting out his favorite Star Wars scenes with it, it received a lot of abuse. Even after all that, it took a year for the first problem. The zipper split. With a little stitch cutting and resewing, I was able to fix it myself. Anyone that takes better care of their things will definitely find this will last a very long time.

I'm a designer and really particular. I was drawn to this case because of it's simplicity, matte color and being familiar with Belkin products. This case would have been perfect for my 1TB WD My Passport Studio, but unfortunately the manufacturing standards must have been very poor and the case is sewn a bit lopsided. Because I am the way I am, asymmetrical things drive me crazy and this case was very asymmetrical, especially when zippered shut with the cable and hard drive inside. It was a bummer because the stock photos show this perfect oven mitt looking case but it's not an accurate representation. Aside from the asymmetricity (if that's a word), another thing to note is the zipper. Unlike most hard drive cases out there that unzip to allow all 4 corners of the case to open, this case unzips half way allowing only 2 corners, so it's more like a coin purse which makes getting the hard drive in and out a bit tricky. Not a big deal but worth mentioning. The zipper also is under a flap of fabric, like on a jacket so it easily gets caught. And finally, it's a tight fit. If you include the USB or Firewire cable inside (there is a mesh pocket for it), it gets a little bulky. I ordered a few cases at once and ended up keeping the CaseCrown. I thought it was best overall. Check that review if you're interested.

I bought this bag for my husband to take to work and carry his laptop in and he absolutely loves it. It's practical but is also attractive and sleek. The inside has this fuzzy fur lining to place the laptop in, a big pocket for your lunch or books, and all of these little pockets and places to put things like your keys, cell-phone, bike lock, etc. There's tons of space in it too. We felt it was worth the money because we know he's going to use it for a long time.
This novel weightless backpack is quite useful. It almost packs into the tiny built-in stuff sack; small enough to easily put in a jacket pocket, purse or glove compartment, but too big for comfort in my pants pocket. It holds a decent volume about as much as a small bookbag-backpack or sling sack. A bag of groceries, for instance. Or a small load of laundry I use it regularly for five T-shirts, socks, underwear, and a pair of pants. Hard objects will stick out, into your back if you are not careful. But they won't break through. The material is strong, though very thin. I'm careful with it. It is pretty waterproof, which most small backpacks aren't at all. The straps are barely sufficient. You have to carefully lay the straps flat on your shoulders to avoid them cutting in. The strap adjusters work well, and are important for getting a bearable weight distribution. I can't walk far with it filled unless I have a heavy jacket to pad my shoulders, so it isn't for a day hike or anything like that. Just short trips where holding a bag would be heavy and inconvenient.
When i got this bag I noticed that it is a darker shade of red.But the shade looks a lot lighter online. I must also say that it is spacious and that the laptop case inside the bag is AWESOME!! HOWEVER, the straps are NOT STRONG!!!!! After using this bag for about two weeks one of the straps burst.
