I received my third Ameribag Healthy Back Bag promptly from Amazon this afternoon. These bags really do take the pressure off your back, and the straps have a pebbled surface which keeps them on your shoulder. There are two generous outside pockets, one zippered and one with a Velcro flap. The zippered outside pocket has another Velcro-fastened pocket just behind it for stashing receipts, tickets, and such. I've never lost an item from an Ameribag Healthy Back Bag. My pocket umbrella fits in the long, narrow pocket on the curved outside of the bag.The silver lining helps me locate everything inside the bag, so I don't lose things at the bottom. Just inside the bag, adjacent to the zipper is a short, elastic key leash, so I always know where my keys are. I slip my cellphone into the handy small pocket and can carry a small water bottle in the long, narrow pocket at the back of the bag. There are two large slip pockets, narrow ones for pens, and a zippered one for a wallet and/or credit card carrier. There's plenty of room for a tablet and/or Kindle, too. My big sunglass case AND regular glasses case will fit in the bag along with a small camera in its case. I can stash coupons and/or a guidebook into the outer pocket. I sometimes stuff in a couple of "Envirosacs" to grocery shop. The strap can be lengthened to carry in front of you or across your body as well as over your shoulder.
While Healthy Back Bags may not be the height of fashion, they are not hard on the eyes and are wonderfully functional bags for everyday use and travel. They are also big enough to hold a little bag if you want to leave this one locked up someplace as you go out. I got the black microfiber one this time, and it is very attractive and smooth. I have a distressed nylon one, too, and a medium size (which to me is huge!) which I take on longer day trips where I might be putting my sweater, souvenirs, and books when traveling. I've washed them on the delicate cycle or simply spot cleaned my others, and they've stayed fresh-looking. I love designer bags and own a couple of them, but for comfort and functionality, you cannot beat these bags! They are terrific!

I saw this bag at the Relax the Back Store and was pleased to find that Amazon had them at a much better price so I was able to get two (black, brown) for the price of "one." Unfortunately, months later, I find that the material is very hard to clean. Something as simple as a sunblock smear doesn't rinse or wash out in the machine. My bags, even after washing, now carry every stain, smear and sweaty mark they've managed to acquire in the past few months. I find this kind of strange but then I've never had a microfiber bag before. I'll keep washing them and hoping they bounce back to their original clean form but I'm wondering if I should have saved up for the leather versions.Material: 2-3 stars
Bag: 5 stars
The bag itself is really terrific. I love the pockets. It is really comfortable on back surprisingly and I can switch from side to side if one side hurts. It's amazing how much I can stuff inside of it and the way it is organize inside means that I can FINALLY stay organized, too.Excellent all around bag. I use it daily work, travel, etc. In addition to the usual "stuff", I carry my Kindle.
timi & leslie Convertible Charlie II Diaper Bag
The bag is awesome, the amount of room it has and the organization in it is wonderful. It fits everything so well! And you can't tell by the picture but the way the zipper part is done you can load the bag up to the rim and not have an issue zipping it. I can't describe it but the top part gets raised up when it's full and the zipper never gets in the way. Genius design.
It comes with a small purse which I love. I carry my wallet and car keys etc in that and if I drop baby off at grandma's I leave the main bag and just take the little purse with my stuff in it. Again, genius design.
I love it a lot BUT THERES A HUGE BUT ... the bag is not nearly as sturdy as it needs to be for this purpose. Right when I got it one handle started falling apart. Now after 3 months use the inside buckle has ripped and the thermal bottle holder has fallen apart and ripped. I'm so sad about this. I wish it was made a bit sturdier. They thought of everything for the bag why didn't they think that lugging this big bag around requires something that can handle a little more wear-and-tear? I use it very gently but sad to say it's probably not going to last as long as I thought.
Would give it 3.5 stars. This bag looks amazing. No one knew it was a diaper bag. The inside is roomy and the pockets are great. However, the quality is terrible. After only a handful of uses (and I didn't overload it--I don't even carry bottles, just diapers, wipes, and money) the stitching on the outside was coming undone and the pockets inside were ripping out. The handles are almost off. I am returning it to Amazon as Timi and Leslie were not at all helpful in solving the problem. I asked them for a replacement and they said I could only deal with Amazon. Not even an apology. Wish it was of better quality because it is awfully cute.

I wanted to use the bag for a few months before writing a review. I agonized over ordering this expensive bag, but my husband convinced me into ordering saying that I would be using this exclusively for at least 2 years. So after many weeks of drooling over the pics and doubting about the quality after reading the reviews I took the plunge and ordered it in mustard when my baby was 8 weeks old. He is 5 months now and I use this every day and love it. The bag is huge and fits a lot of stuff and it looks expensive and stylish. For some it might look more like a small travel bag than a handbag. I'm 5'6" and a size 10 now. I usually wear it on one side by the 2 handles and it reaches above my hips and for my size it is perfect. I usually carry changing pad, 10 diapers, a box of wet wipes, 2 onsies, 1 small blanket, 2-3 burp cloth and 1-2 bottles of milk and still there is space for more stuff. The small matching purse is very useful for credit cards and cash and stuff. I love the keychain holder inside the bag. It is near to the zip so I need to open the bag only slightly to access it. The front zipper pocket is not too small for a smartphone. I have used both blackberry and iPhone. I have not used the stroller straps so cannot comment on it. The bottle pouch was good and I used to hang it over the stroller handle. But I spilled some milk (expressed milk) in it 2 weeks ago and haven't been able to get rid of the smell yet. So not using that right now. We'll be taking an international trip in 2 months (23 hr flight) so will update the review after that. ThanksUPDATE:I've been using this bag for around 7 months now and I still love it. We recently took an international trip (32 hrs one way. (flight + layover)). I had jam packed my bag with all usual supplies + 12 bottles, 2 manual breast pumps, more onsies, diapers, 5 jars of gerber baby food and a few small soft toys. (I overpack in case we miss a connection flight in between). It was quite heavy but the stroller straps was a huge help. I was worried that they might break off due to the heavy weight of the bag but they held well.
CONS: It was heavy and was a bit difficult to find stuff from inside when it is so heavily packed (That might be the case with any bag i guess). After the rough use I have found a small spot on the bottom part of the body where the skin is torn off.

This bag is large and fashionable. May be a little too large for some people...I however love big bags and like to have space for all my stuff. I have a 4 yr old and a 20 mth old..lots to carry. The material is great and looks beautiful. Make sure not to over stuff it as it can get really heavy. Looking forward to traveling with it!Extreme Pak Yellow & Gray Daypack Backpak

Thanks to the seller for getting it to me so quickly. I'd definitely order this product again and from the same seller.
Kailo Chic Women's Pleated Laptop Tote
The bag is definitely large enough for a 15 inch Dell laptop with room to spare for books, lunch, binder, etc. I often double it as a work bag to lug home those fun weekend projects.
I wouldn't recommend it for anything larger than a 15 inch laptop due to the length of the bag.
The material is very durable and it's awesome print always warrants some kind of compliment from my girl friends. It's crafted well and I know I'll get years of use out of it. I'm not terribly abusive to bags, but I do USE them.
It's easy enough on the shoulders, but I can see if you were hauling 10+ pounds, it could get a little uncomfortable.
I would recommend this attractive bag, and have, to all my friends looking for a snazzy functional piece of luggage.

I am very happy with my new laptop bag. I use it everyday to walk to my office and I overload it with all sort of stuff. I carry laptop, power supply, water, books, etc.. It is a robust bag and has a good quality. It has lots of internal compartments and it is very spacious and confortable to carry. If you decide to go for this pattern and color just keep in mind that the white parts will get dirty pretty fast!Read Best Reviews of Kailo Chic Women's Pleated Laptop Tote Here
I bought this bag 4 years ago, it has gotten almost daily use since then. Not only do I carry it to work several times a week but I also travel with it. It is super-cute, and I especially love the back pocket that unzips at the bottom so you can thread through the handle of your luggage and set it on that when traveling through airports, etc. SO much easier on my shoulders! Why don't more companies put those in their laptop carriers? The bag is reasonably lightweight yet strong and solidly-built. It has held up for 4 years of constant use, the only reason I am replacing it now is that my bunny chewed through one of the straps.Plenty of space, sturdy and great looking. It's a great bag for traveling. I only find the exterior material a bit difficult to clean. The North Face Men's Surge II
Some people are saying this daypack is a waste of money and to purchase the Surge I instead. I would have to disagree
I am a college student and I also enjoy getting lost in the woods so this pack serves my every needs
A. Lets start with the first large compartment (laptop compartment)
1. Its huge and has a tablet compartment attached to it. I fit my 15" Macbook in there with a case and use the tablet compartment for my charger usually
2. Sorry but this compartment does not have a slit to run a bladder hose through but you can always just run it though an opening in a zipper if you really wanted
3. This compartment also has a foam tube on the bottom (2inch in diameter) for protection(I just drop my bag to the floor even with my laptop in it when i set it down honestly)
B. The next large compartment is your main compartment,
1. For day hikes, I fill this thing to the top with food, clothes, gear, and usually one very large jacket for the night hike back.
2. For school i could fit my biology and physics text book in there (each is about 300 pages) plus my binders and notebooks with enough space to add my sweater on top, ITS HUGE!
C. Here's your organizational pocket
1. velcro compartment, attached to a pocket the same size which is zippered, attached to two other pocket, (could fit a CD case in each) plus other small compartments including a padded pocket for something more delicate like an iphone perhaps.
2. The front side of the pocket has a mesh zipper compartment which is nice because you can always see what you got in there.
D. Now in the front you can see two zippers, unlike the Surge I, on the Surge II these pockets arnt connected!
1. Two separate pockets big enough to fit 3-4 water bottles in each, this is where i keep my on-the-go snacks and other totally random useful things
E. Above these two pockets you have the flannel material for sun glasses and such, its big enough for me to fit my hand in there with my fingers stretched out as far as possible
DONT BE FOOLED! This pack has only 1 bottle holder (pictured) the other side is just a strechy pocket and it fits my first aid kit in the perfectly!
also the bottle holder keeps my 1L nalgene bottle in place and it never shakes, even when its full
This change they did doesnt matter for me, 1L of water is plenty and if i needed more, im sure i can find space in the pack to store a bottle for refill.
other things: the waist strap tucks away underneath the padding, it has a chest strap with a whistle attached, got a chain of daisy loops and its looks GREAT!
I've also made a bunch of my buddies kinda jealous
It's nice to feel comfortable on a 20mile hike and this pack does it! definitely recommended. perfect for the college student, biking to campus, with computers and books. Well made, durable. Light weight, lots of pockets, extra padding for the electronics.

I have been a fan of TNF for years now this is another reason why. This bag fits my laptop easily and tablet. I has enjoy extra room for cameras, clothes and all other extras. It is a little heavy on it own but that adds to the security that your laptop is protected. The pocket for power is perfect for all sizes of adapters and cords. Great for day trips, weekend trips or longer. I am very happy with it. It is a perfect size for me because I like backpacks that have lots of pockets and space. It fits a computer, tablet, books, pencils, a phone and much, much more If you like lots of space, I would recommend this product to you. I've had the black surge ii for about a year of regular air travel, and it shows very little wear. I love it. The pockets are arranged by someone who knows, and there's really nothing superfluous about it. I can easily stuff a regular change of clothes plus my dell 16" laptop and a couple books and hit the road. The balance is good, so even with just one strap it stays put.Map 3500 3 Day Assault Pack 2300 Cu in Volume - Foliage Green
I'd been debating over whether to ask for this pack for a couple of months, while I checked out user reviews and did some research online. Satisfied that "military assault pack" wasn't total BS, I asked my mom to order it for me. The price ($120) was absolutely reasonable for what came in the box. Let's cut to the chase. I'm not active or reservist military. But I know good 'gear' when I see it. I hike a lot, and I can say that the MAP 3500 is an excellent pack for most uses. It has aluminum stays in the pack to keep shape and also to give some sort of back support. Several compartments to store various items. The 'admin' area will do nicely for people who commute or work out of a pack during the day, such as students. Space for a couple of pens/pencils, etc.
To give you an idea of how tough this pack is, it is used by the Seals to train with, and they put weighted plates in it. I can grab this pack by the daisy chain, which is ordinarily not exactly heavy-duty on a pack, and shake the pack by this all over the place. No seam rippage.
Kelty is a very good company, and this pack is a very good deal. I've had it only a couple of weeks, but I am always finding reasons to sling it on and take it with me. The straps are velcro adjustable, and very well padded. They will fit a big guy like me with no problems. The only thing I deduct a star for is the waist belt is a few inches too small to fit me. Since it is a reasonably light pack, I only take away 1 star. I doubt most people will need the belt. But, it is removable. I might lose a few pounds later on and see if I can fit it on. But, as I said, not a deal-breaker for this style of pack. You likely won't be loading that much inside. I mostly have some books, daily odds and ends, and a jacket for when it's windy.
The pack is hydration 'ready'. That means, it has a sleeve where you can put a hydration bladder (such as Camelbak), and a pass-through port out of the compartment to run your hose. There is also a strap-secured sleeve in front of the hydration sleeve, where you could in theory stow a 2nd bladder, or anything else you need to keep secure, like a small laptop computer. I put my netbook in there in it's neoprene case. It fits well.
There are mesh pockets on the outside for drinking bottles or canteens, one on each side of the pack. They are cinchable, and can hold most commercially available bottles. The small to medium ones, anyway. I've found a tall bottle will ride better if you tuck it under one of the pack's compression straps.
I chose foliage because I have *A LOT* of black packs and bags, and foliage is very neutral. It doesn't present a bright image. Handy for if you are bird-watching or otherwise trying not to be very conspicuous. It's a nice neutral color scheme. I was also impressed with the variety of color choices Kelty offers for this pack. I notice a lot of 'military' packs come in 1 to 3 colors, no more. This one has several, and you should be able to find something you like.
As a hiking or daypack, this pack is *PERFECT*, in my opinion. It's not too big, not too small, and will organize what you need organized. It can stuff a lot of items inside. More than you'd think, given the profile. But, all in all, I really like it. I also like the lack of drainage grommets. I have some packs that have massive drain holes that all manner of insects and critters can get into. As long as you keep this thing zipped, it should be secure.
To summarize, it is a great pack, reasonably priced, and should be good for just about anything you might need a backpack for. Great for school, great for light travel. It's considered a 3 day pack, I believe. I know I can put 3 days worth of clothing inside, with room to spare.I bought my MAP 3500 a few months ago and use it 5 days a week for work, and I'm not just throwing it on the front seat of my car and dragging it to the office, but I walk to work at least twice a week 6 miles one way 12 round trip.
There's plenty of room for my laptop, iPad, books, lunch, water, a couple cans of coke, wipes, etc... and the nice thing about it is it doesn't look bulky while wearing it and its extremely comfortable, supportive and durable. I stuff it full or items for the day and am happy to report that there are no signs of wear and tear! I walk in rain and it wears nicely.
Where I live, it can reach up over 100 degrees for weeks at a time, and that's where the back panel comes in keeping it as cool as possible, off the back, in the heat. Lots of loops, straps and adjustments for comfort.
I can't say enough about this back pack. It's nice to know that there are still some companies out there that make good products and Kelty is one of them.

I got this pack for train-up before deployment. I got the Multi-cam version to mix with the new uniforms. I knew the Kelty name from my other 3 hiking packs and knew the quality would be good. When I first used the pack for a 2 day op, it fit well, was sturdy, and held my gear, water and MREs securely with the cinch straps. The outside pockets held 48 oz nalgene bottles very well. But what I really loved were the shoulder straps and back panel... Good air flow and moisture control! This has become my favorite pack for long day trips or overnights. I'll likely get another one in brown for everyday use.

This is the pack I've been looking for. Couldn't find just what I wanted and needed in the stores; nice packs but not just what I wanted. This pack is used to haul all the stuff you need for a day at the zoo or a cold morning at the soccer game. It's full of ponchos, water, sunblock, you name it. When the weather warms up, the jackets and sweaters go into the pack. The waist belt is removable for what I need; can be reinstalled if needed for a real hike. The ONLY thing I would suggest is larger zippers, but the ones that come with it now are not a deal breaker. Size wise I call it a day pack. A week in the woods and I would want an external frame and as large of a pack as I could move with. This looks like it will last a long time.Want Map 3500 3 Day Assault Pack 2300 Cu in Volume - Foliage Green Discount?
My husband bought a kelty map 3500 for use at work. When we planned a trip to the local zoo, I decided to take the pack with us. We bought the camelback bladder and put the kids clothes, snack, books, first aid kit. The bag worked so great, all the things fit nicely and it was not burden to carry, like my old diaper bags. The fact that I could drink fresh water whenever I wanted without having to buy bottles of water was so nice.I have now bought a pack of my own and whenever we go anywhere we take our packs with us. Everyone always comments what a nice idea it is to carry the pack with the water. I know that before I had the pack I would buy water and soda at very high prices, not anymore.
I love this pack.

Admittedly this review is published after an extended period of time from my original purchase, however I felt it important to give the feedback to any prospective buyers. The bag itself is fine, quality and style is better than average. I used the bag on one trip ( actually had it out of the box for three days) before i decided that it wasn't as versatile as I had expected and wasn't crazy about the color. I had chosen the bag for some short international trips, but found that it wasn't very functional. As a result I decided to return the bag and ask for a refund. It was about a week later that that I was notified of my refund, only then did I learn that the refund was $150 less than I expected. It turns out there is a 'restocking' fee, which is not uncommon with new technology, but honestly the first I had heard for a piece of luggage. So basically I lost $150 dollars on a purchase that I wasn't completely satisfied with, as a result, buyer beware. Before you click 'buy' make sure you love it, else your subsidizing their bottom line......

Black with Purple Trim Micro Suede Nubuck Sleeve Case with Accessory Pocket for 13 inch Apple MacBo
I bought this product so my Macbook Pro won't get scratched in my backpack when I'm carrying it around campus. Really, it's just a sleeve. It won't make your laptop indestructible, but it'll prevent minor scratches that annoy people like me. It probably wouldn't do much if you dropped your laptop off your balcony, but it would be unfair to expect any such protection from any product like this one. Like, duh.
This product fits a Macbook Pro like a glove. It's a bit snug, so much that the stitches seem a bit stretched, but the lining around the edges ensures the zipper won't scratch the sides of your Macbook Pro. I'm hoping the snugness just takes a bit of breaking in, and I'd rather have it on the smaller side so that the sleeve hugs my Macbook instead of letting it slide around. The bubble-style padding gives me much more peace of mind than a flat bit of foam protection found in many similar products. I like the color/style because it's black and boring enough to seem professional, but purple enough on the inside to make me smile. :) The colors are exactly as pictured.
The mouse pad is only a little larger than my cell phone, and looks like wallpaper from the '70s... but hey, free mouse pad/drink coaster.
