TrendyKid Travel Kool Danger Carry-On

TravelKool Danger Luggage, SliverWe travel alot and my 5 year old son needed a suitcase that he could easily handle himself. First, of all the design is perfect for my little traveler. He can easily handle the case himself due to the 360 wheels and adjustable handle. Eventhough, this is a small suitcase it has plenty of space for my son's things for our travels. Our first trip he loved running through the airport with his stylish suitcase in tow. Great Buy!

This was the only piece of luggage I could find for my 6 yr old grandson that was not too kiddish, but also not as large as an adult carry-on. He loved it!

Did i say great? Yes! It's great. My kid loves it.

Not it is only cute but resistant enough for international travel. We just arrived from a trip to Peru and the bag survived after checking it in! Just got a small dent/scratch -darn airlinebut the bag it's solid.

Perfect size for an almost 6 yr old kid and light and roomy enough to bring clothes for a 15 days trip. I highly recommend it.

It is tough finding a suit case for my big boy without it looking to toddler-ish. There were plenty of options for girls, but not many for boys. Thank you. This is perfect for my mature 6 year old!

Outdoor Products Ditty/Mesh/Stuff Combo

Outdoor Products Ditty/Mesh/Stuff ComboThey have a strange smell to them they has not gone away. If not for the smell then they would be good little bags.

Got these to use for packing purposes. They worked fine. Not nearly as nice as the Sea to Summit Mesh Bag, or better yet, the Outdoor Research set of 3 mesh bags, but they were still totally function and for half the price. The bigger stuff sack is pretty big too. I used it to carry dirty shoes and laundry in my backpack and as a laundry bag for carrying clothes to laundry mats. It could hold 10 lbs. of clothes for those trips There's also a handy carrying strap across the bottom which worked really nicely.

RE: the smell, they do have that manufactured-plastic smell to them, but it's not a huge deal. Definitely wouldn't have noticed it or commented on it, if it weren't for the histrionics of the previous reviewed.

[Black Swan] Military Camouflage Multi-Purposes Fanny Pack / Waist Pack / Travel Lumbar Pack

[Black Swan] Military Camouflage Multi-Purposes Fanny Pack / Waist Pack / Travel Lumbar PackThis item works good for small things. It has lots of uses. So far I've only used it as a purse. But I am excited to also start using it has a fanny pack for when I go walking or running.

Original rating 4 stars

Ok, it's been two and a half weeks since I have been using the pack on my daily walks and outings. I like the different compartments aas there are options to but different items varying in size. I also like that a few things can be taken off the pack and that it can be worn two ways. Over the shoulder and around the waist. Adjusting the the strap is easy but what I didn't like was the dangling strap left over. I wish it could be put somewhere or even in a loop. Other than that I like it and it was personal good for my personal use not sure about others.

**UPDATE: 6/19/2012

I was so loving the pack until today. I originally wrote my review 5/31/2012 the last day of testing out the pack. It hasn't been a month yet and the clip to snap me in broke. I did nothing diffefferent or carried anything different. I always put a bottle of water my keys and a slim wallet in my pack, same weight. But for whatever reason today I'm walking doing my usual routine and the pack broke on me. I had to carry it in my hands on the way home. The part that was snapped off can't even be fixed because of the way it is sow to the bag. I paid $24 for a 1 month pack. Maybe I got a defected one but who knows, I'm just not happy right now.

Filson Men's Original Briefcase Tan One Size

Filson Original BriefcaseThis was my first real briefcase, as in, transitioned from a Tumi backpack to big boy job briefcase. I'm a huge fan, and I wonder why I didn't carry this bag throughout college instead of my backpack. It works well stylistically for my business wardrobe as well as a casual weekend or trip. Roomy inside I'm glad I didn't get the larger version. Takes a few weeks to break in.

A great everyday bag. Small enough to carry all day, but enough to get your papers to work and back.

SwissGear Laptop Backpack with Sunglasses Holder and Audio Interface (SA1191)

SwissGear Laptop Backpack with Sunglasses Holder and Audio InterfaceThis backpack is roomy and well build. It feels comfortable on my back even with my heavy work laptop and it doesn't look bulky yet it gives me enough space for all my junk including my lunch. The side pockets hold my 16oz coffee thermos and my water bottle perfectly.

After giving away my other SwissGear SmartScan backpack, I was concerned because I couldn't find it anywhere so I decided to go with this one. To be honest I like this one even better.

Great backpack it's serving me well after about 4 weeks of use. Took it with me on my honeymoon trip to Israel, and although I didn't bring a laptop, it carried my camera gear, phone, e-reader, AC adapters, and all kinds of other items, with no problems. Straps are strong, easy to adjust, and there are enough different pockets to stow away all kinds of stuff. Comfortable to wear in a range of climates, from desert heat to cool mountain air. Audio hookup comes in handy if you want to plug in.

My husband and I bought this backpack when it was the Deal of the Day about 3 months ago. I have never been so happy with a backpack in my entire life! I was student teaching this semester, and I had A LOT of things to lug around. This backpack made it so convenient to carry my laptop, multiple binders and folders, lunch, and miscellaneous items such as wallet, chapstick, sunglasses, etc, to and from school! The various pockets make it easy to store and arrange everything you need. I highly recommend this backpack!

I bought this laptop bag (or one very much like it) in 2008. It held up great until this year when my husband started using, walking 4 miles a day 5 days a week with it. Now the zippers have failed and I'm prepared to buy it again.

I think the audio pocket is silly I keep my iPod in my pocket so I can adjust it or change without having to take the pack off and dig for it, but that's just me.

First off, I have been using this for two months now on a daily basis.

1. Holds my 15.6" laptop with the usual accessories like the laptop charger and your mouse etc.

2. Comfortable to wear it with all my stuff in it. Doesn't pull on you or stick to your back and cause you to sweat.

3. Has a lot of add-on features like the sunglass holder, a key ring on the front pouch, ipod holder (music player).

4. Highly recommended for anyone who has to carry a laptop to work and it looks good on your back.

I cannot comment on the life of this product because I have been using it for just 2 months, I'll be sure to update the review if and when it goes bad.

Magellan's SwitchGear Shuttle Organizer Travel Sling Bag

Magellan's SwitchGear Shuttle Organizer Travel Sling Bag RedWhen I'm being a tourist I don't like caring a backpack or a big messenger bag. This one is just the right size for my wallet, camera, sunglasses and a few other essentials. The outside zipper pouch will even hold a water bottle. Light weight and decent colors to choose from.

The roomy compartment provides space for everything needed for market trips, daily walks, and other activities when it is desirable to move about hands free. Generous strap provides for cross the body wear or around the waist without pressure on shoulder, relief from pain caused by tradition shoulder purses.

Buy Crumpler The C List Celebrity S Backpack for Laptops (CLC001-B00130) Now

I bought this bag for a trip to Peru in May 2012. I needed something that could carry my 11" MacBook Air and protect my DSLR camera. After buying and returning various other bags including the ThinkTank Shape Shifter (ugly, and too little protection for my needs) I settled on the C-List.

Here are some thoughts:

* The bag was bigger than I expected. Before my trip I was concerned it would be too big for flights on small aircraft used by the internal airlines in Peru but it was OK in the end but it is not going to go under the seat in front of you!

* Very strong outer shell and lots of movable padding inside. You'll end up leaving a lot of this at home of you carry a few lenses.

* The toned down appearance and limited external accessibility made me feel comfortable about security.

* Laptop compartment is easily accessible and well padded. It is a pretty snug fit so you may not be able to fit an 11" laptop in with a sleeve.

* Accessibility in the field was better than expected for a bag like this. It is no Shape Shifter in this regard but getting stuff out was not too difficult if you have a little space. Opening the larger C-Lists while seated etc might be more of challenge.

* The biggest issue I had with this bag was how to carry documents and little odds and ends. I had to carry another folder to prevent these blowing away when the bag was open. There is space between the laptop compartment (closest to you back) and the center closure with the mesh material that keeps your camera gear in place, but I would have liked some sort of expandable pocket on the inside. The small pocket behind the laptop compartment is only suitable for a few travel documents.

* On the side there are small pockets for odds and ends. These are pretty small and are difficult to organise. You might be better off with small mesh bags inside the camera area if you are not inclined to remember what you put in each pocket.

Eagle Creek Travel Gear RUCKUS

Eagle Creek Travel Gear RUCKUS, Night Sky StratusIt is a tough and nice looking backback. Nothing special on the shoulder support. Find going in and out of pack is difficult as you have to pull the over lip all the way up to get it to unzip smoothly.

Perfect travel pack. Had a 45L eagle creek that used to be my overseas companion but I was looking to downsize my load and this fit the bill perfectly. Been through almost 20 countries in Asia over the last couple years and is holding up like a true champ. Love the locking zippers and comfortable harness when i'm walking from the bus to the hostel. Small enough that I never have to check it, put it in the hold under the bus, can stay with me at all times for safe keeping. God forbid it ever gets snatched I will not hesitate to buy another.

16.5 Inch Newspaper Pattern Urban Lightweight School Book Bag Backpack Daypack

16.5 Inch Newspaper Pattern Urban Lightweight School Book Bag Backpack DaypackFrom reading the description, it stated that it had extra padding on the shoulder straps and back. I thought, "oh this is going to be a great bag to hold my books for college." Unfortunately, it wasn't what I had hoped for. Productivity wise, I would give it a three stars for the weak zippers. I find that the most important part of a book bag.

Style wise, I give it five stars. I love writing and being as editor of my university's paper, I found this bag a perfect early Christmas present. I have received numerous of compliments.

It's an amazing buy for $15. But if you were looking for a bag to hold textbook, don't put your money on it.

Words may not do justice, let me tell ya. The book-bag looks dope. I cannot say the same for the quality. The zipper broke the first time I zipped it open. The straps stitching was coming undone. I was not happy. Frankly, I was down right disappointed.

It's a nice backpack in terms of style. The quality, however, isn't exactly the best. I've only been using it for a month or two, and the threads where the two straps attach to the top are already starting to loosen. I'm in high school, and I carry my bag around the entire day. It usually contains a few notebooks, folders, food, and occasionally a binder, but NEVER a textbook. I'm afraid it just won't hold, and honestly, I'm afraid that the straps won't hold for the rest of the year. BUT for $15 what more can you expect?

Stansport Mountain Hauler Pack Frame

Stansport Mountain Hauler Pack FrameI purchased this pack frame for my wife since I have owned one of the early Kelty pack frames for 30 years. It has no sturnum strap to hold shoulder straps together. It needs lots more drilled holes for pin adjustments of various components. The webbing is B quality. That said, it is fairly light weighing in at 3 lbs. 6 oz. and the welding of aluminum tubing is very good. It also has optional hangers both high and low for the shelf or the shelf can be removed easily via the pin system. It will probably hold up OK for moderate use.

This frame lacks a sternum strap to keep the shoulder straps in place. I've done a lot of backpacking and know how critical a sternum strap is for carrying much weight down a trail and being able to control the load when moving around. So, I sent it back.

Too bad; a sternum strap would have made all the difference and how much would it have cost the manufacturer to add one?

Buy Stansport Mountain Hauler Pack Frame Now

I love the little shelf on the bottom of the backpack frame. I chose this particular model due to the fact it did have a shelf as most don't. A shelf helps position your pack properly and not have your load droop or shift. The padded shoulder straps are very comfy as well. Quite surprised at that!! There is a lot of thought put into this frame in that you can attach lots of goodies to the frame at different spots. I have a Swiss Military Weatherproof Knapsack that really fits well with a Swiss Army Blanket rolled up and sitting on the shelf under it. Granted you can't carry the kitchen sink with you with this frame, but you CAN wear it when you are on a bicycle and have it balanced while you ride. Would definitely recommend as an excellent external frame to build your own system on versus using an internal frame that digs into your back/kidneys. This is a very comfortable frame.

This pack frame fell apart on me after only two hikes. The plastic buckles don't even snap together correctly and then pull apart when they do. Not worth your time.

Want Stansport Mountain Hauler Pack Frame Discount?

Total waste of money. Second strap that would have had the female receiving end of the cargo tray strap buckles are missing. Needed it the day it arrived so I tied the straps in a knot so I could use it. After one day use the stitching came apart at the seam of one of the shoulder straps and the thin (barely cushioning) foam came out. Also there is no buckle strap at the chest to clip the shoulder straps together. Makes for a painful sternum after a few minutes use. Piece of junk! Do not waste your money!

Clark & Mayfield Marquam 18.4" Rolling Laptop Tote

Clark & Mayfield Marquam 18.4' Rolling Laptop ToteWhen I'm getting on a plane, I am usually loaded down with a heavy 17" laptop plus a ton of other stuff... Airline restrictions call for one bigger bag (like a rolling bag) and 'a personal item'... This is the greatest 'personal item' as I can roll this one until I get to the gate and then it transforms into just a tote. This way, I can roll two bags through the terminals... and saving my back! Great compartments inside help organize me too!

I ordered this after an annoying day of lugging my 17" laptop around three airports in a conventional laptop case with a shoulder strap. I have used it for travel and local meetings and found it to be easy to access, even in TSA lines, and easy to roll, even on a college campus. It's nice looking enough for business meetings and sturdy enough for travel.

I have a bad back at the ripe age of 23. I work in San Francisco and use public transportation to travel around during my day running therapy sessions with children with autism. I have to bring binders and toys, and a backpack was aggravating my back pain. I wanted something sleek, lightweight, professional, and classy. This bag is amazing. I have sometimes brought a MacBook but mostly use it for work supplies, lunch, jacket, etc. It is lightweight enough to carry easily down stairs but seems durable. I have received many compliments on it as well. I highly recommend it.

Map 3500 3 Day Assault Pack 2300 Cu in Volume - Foliage Green

Map 3500 3 Day Assault Pack 2300 Cu in Volume - Foliage GreenI got this pack for my son as a gift, so I'll let him do the review..

I'd been debating over whether to ask for this pack for a couple of months, while I checked out user reviews and did some research online. Satisfied that "military assault pack" wasn't total BS, I asked my mom to order it for me. The price ($120) was absolutely reasonable for what came in the box. Let's cut to the chase. I'm not active or reservist military. But I know good 'gear' when I see it. I hike a lot, and I can say that the MAP 3500 is an excellent pack for most uses. It has aluminum stays in the pack to keep shape and also to give some sort of back support. Several compartments to store various items. The 'admin' area will do nicely for people who commute or work out of a pack during the day, such as students. Space for a couple of pens/pencils, etc.

To give you an idea of how tough this pack is, it is used by the Seals to train with, and they put weighted plates in it. I can grab this pack by the daisy chain, which is ordinarily not exactly heavy-duty on a pack, and shake the pack by this all over the place. No seam rippage.

Kelty is a very good company, and this pack is a very good deal. I've had it only a couple of weeks, but I am always finding reasons to sling it on and take it with me. The straps are velcro adjustable, and very well padded. They will fit a big guy like me with no problems. The only thing I deduct a star for is the waist belt is a few inches too small to fit me. Since it is a reasonably light pack, I only take away 1 star. I doubt most people will need the belt. But, it is removable. I might lose a few pounds later on and see if I can fit it on. But, as I said, not a deal-breaker for this style of pack. You likely won't be loading that much inside. I mostly have some books, daily odds and ends, and a jacket for when it's windy.

The pack is hydration 'ready'. That means, it has a sleeve where you can put a hydration bladder (such as Camelbak), and a pass-through port out of the compartment to run your hose. There is also a strap-secured sleeve in front of the hydration sleeve, where you could in theory stow a 2nd bladder, or anything else you need to keep secure, like a small laptop computer. I put my netbook in there in it's neoprene case. It fits well.

There are mesh pockets on the outside for drinking bottles or canteens, one on each side of the pack. They are cinchable, and can hold most commercially available bottles. The small to medium ones, anyway. I've found a tall bottle will ride better if you tuck it under one of the pack's compression straps.

I chose foliage because I have *A LOT* of black packs and bags, and foliage is very neutral. It doesn't present a bright image. Handy for if you are bird-watching or otherwise trying not to be very conspicuous. It's a nice neutral color scheme. I was also impressed with the variety of color choices Kelty offers for this pack. I notice a lot of 'military' packs come in 1 to 3 colors, no more. This one has several, and you should be able to find something you like.

As a hiking or daypack, this pack is *PERFECT*, in my opinion. It's not too big, not too small, and will organize what you need organized. It can stuff a lot of items inside. More than you'd think, given the profile. But, all in all, I really like it. I also like the lack of drainage grommets. I have some packs that have massive drain holes that all manner of insects and critters can get into. As long as you keep this thing zipped, it should be secure.

To summarize, it is a great pack, reasonably priced, and should be good for just about anything you might need a backpack for. Great for school, great for light travel. It's considered a 3 day pack, I believe. I know I can put 3 days worth of clothing inside, with room to spare.

I bought my MAP 3500 a few months ago and use it 5 days a week for work, and I'm not just throwing it on the front seat of my car and dragging it to the office, but I walk to work at least twice a week 6 miles one way 12 round trip.

There's plenty of room for my laptop, iPad, books, lunch, water, a couple cans of coke, wipes, etc... and the nice thing about it is it doesn't look bulky while wearing it and its extremely comfortable, supportive and durable. I stuff it full or items for the day and am happy to report that there are no signs of wear and tear! I walk in rain and it wears nicely.

Where I live, it can reach up over 100 degrees for weeks at a time, and that's where the back panel comes in keeping it as cool as possible, off the back, in the heat. Lots of loops, straps and adjustments for comfort.

I can't say enough about this back pack. It's nice to know that there are still some companies out there that make good products and Kelty is one of them.

Buy Map 3500 3 Day Assault Pack 2300 Cu in Volume - Foliage Green Now

I got this pack for train-up before deployment. I got the Multi-cam version to mix with the new uniforms. I knew the Kelty name from my other 3 hiking packs and knew the quality would be good.

When I first used the pack for a 2 day op, it fit well, was sturdy, and held my gear, water and MREs securely with the cinch straps. The outside pockets held 48 oz nalgene bottles very well. But what I really loved were the shoulder straps and back panel... Good air flow and moisture control! This has become my favorite pack for long day trips or overnights. I'll likely get another one in brown for everyday use.

This is the pack I've been looking for. Couldn't find just what I wanted and needed in the stores; nice packs but not just what I wanted. This pack is used to haul all the stuff you need for a day at the zoo or a cold morning at the soccer game. It's full of ponchos, water, sunblock, you name it. When the weather warms up, the jackets and sweaters go into the pack. The waist belt is removable for what I need; can be reinstalled if needed for a real hike. The ONLY thing I would suggest is larger zippers, but the ones that come with it now are not a deal breaker. Size wise I call it a day pack. A week in the woods and I would want an external frame and as large of a pack as I could move with. This looks like it will last a long time.

Want Map 3500 3 Day Assault Pack 2300 Cu in Volume - Foliage Green Discount?

My husband bought a kelty map 3500 for use at work. When we planned a trip to the local zoo, I decided to take the pack with us. We bought the camelback bladder and put the kids clothes, snack, books, first aid kit. The bag worked so great, all the things fit nicely and it was not burden to carry, like my old diaper bags. The fact that I could drink fresh water whenever I wanted without having to buy bottles of water was so nice.

I have now bought a pack of my own and whenever we go anywhere we take our packs with us. Everyone always comments what a nice idea it is to carry the pack with the water. I know that before I had the pack I would buy water and soda at very high prices, not anymore.

I love this pack.

O Yikes Tangerine Raspberry Slingback Diaper Bag

O Yikes Tangerine Raspberry Slingback Diaper BagI have several diaper bags. This is my first book bag style bag and it's now my favorite bag. In the front pocket is a changing pad. Inside is a bottle/sippy cup case and another square case for snacks, makeup for you (mom), etc. also comes with a plastic wipes case. Pockets inside. Cell phone holder on the front strap, bottle/sippy cup pocket on the outside. Easy to get on, off, and adjust. Colors are pink, orange, brown, and black trim/hardware. I needed a book bag style diaper bag and a slingback in my opinion is more femanine and stylish then a 2 strap bookbag. Hip carry diaper bags have been getting in the way when trying to chase around, pick up, and carry my one year old, so this keeps me hands free and free of big bulky diaper bags sitting on my hip. Was leery to purchase since the price was so cheap (under $20) and cheap diaper bags are not always good quality bags. I would have paid much more then that for a diaper bag this nice. For someone looking for a large and spacious diaper bag this may not be the one for you as it isn't huge, but since I have so many diaper bags it's not a big deal for me to switch out to something bigger when needed.

Very nice bag plenty of space will be great when I travel. I just wish some of the zipper pockets were a little deeper but other than that it's a great bag. I would buy it again. Also, the bag is BROWN, pink & tangerine. Looking at the picture I thought it was an olive green color. I'm not disappointed or anything just an observation.

ClaireChase Guardian Computer Bak-Pak

Guardian Computer BackpackI like this bag size and look, but it is NOT the advertized dimensions, which I was able to guess from pictures, so I took a chance on ordering it; it is LARGER -at least 12x16x8. My Macbook Air 13 fits well, I am willing to keep it... I may order in black, but I am afraid of what will come in the mail....

The only reason I did not give this bag 5 stars is that the deminsions where not listed in the discription of the bag and my laptop barely fits. But it does fit and I love, love, love this back pack. It is very sturdy and well made and I know I will use it for years to come. There are a lot of pockets and compartments on the inside and out. If you are going to buy a laptop back pack and invest in a good one I recomend this one. My laptop is 15 inch screen so anything bigger wont fit this bag.

Timbuk2 Ram Laptop Backpack

Timbuk2 Ram Laptop BackpackI love Timbuk2 products and feel that they are some of the most robust bags out there. When the Ram design came out, I loved the idea of a convertible backpack/messenger bag that looked more urban. I bought the first Ram in mid-February 2012; by early March, the backpack straps were tearing off at the shoulder attachment points. I notified Amazon, and the Returns department immediately sent out a replacement bag. Well, it is just May 4, and the second bag is showing the same failure mode. Note that I wasn't even loading the bag that much (small laptop, couple of notebooks, pens). I just spoke with Amazon Customer Service, who immediately took care of the return shipping (thanks Stevie!). I am returning this bag and shopping for a different one. I'm very disappointed, as the design was perfect for me. I'd be interested to see if anyone else has had the same issues.

I purchased a Ram bag in February 2012 to use and really liked the ability to convert it form a messenger to a backpack. I travel frequently and like using it as a backpack when I am on the road. After using the bag for 3 months I bought another for a co-worker (I run an IT department) and they have also had good luck with it. For the past 5 months we have been issuing this bag to our sales team and they have been extremely happy with the bags as well. So far no wear issues.

I would say that the bag is expensive and the materials may not be quite as good as is typical for a Timbuk2 bag, but we still haven't had any issues with the 9 we have.

Buy Timbuk2 Ram Laptop Backpack Now

I bought this as a gift for someone who needed an everyday work and sometimes travel bag basically a briefcase to carry papers, occasional books, pens, etc. or various travel carry-on items. Will be carried everywhere by hand, not messenger-style.

The requirements were specific and this is one of very few bags that fits them:

Tuck-away backpack straps, duffel-style shoulder strap and grab handle this one has all the carrying options.

Not too large (even smallish messenger bags are too big) this one fits comfortably on your back. It could carry a midsize laptop too, though it's not being used for that.

Durable previous cheaper bags, while they worked ok, wore out, buckles gave way, threads tore. This one is well made, carrying points won't give way unexpectedly.

Reasonably attractive the design is basic, clean, and color combination is subdued but not drab black, like many such bags.

Price is on the high side like all Timbuk2 products but I think it will outlast, outperform, and look better than cheaper options.

I tried really hard to like this bag. I've been using multiple Timbuk2 products since 1998 and I'm quite disappointed by this bag. I know and appreciate the approach of this bag--backpack/messenger hybrid--but the materials, quality and build are really not worth the 130 that it's retailed at.

Such a shame. I had high hopes.

Smart Buy Business Nylon Backpack

Smart Buy Business Nylon BackpackI bought this backpack 4 months ago to replace a briefcase style bag.

I have been very pleased with it. The construction is of sturdy black nylon throughout.

I use the two exterior pockets in the back for small headphones and a paint brush I use for dusting.

The first compartment has pen holders stitched in, so I use it to hold a legal pad holder and other office type things.

The next compartment has two dividers in the bottom third of the bag. One of the dividers is mesh with a zip top, so I use this compartment to hold a cd case, antenna. cords, flash drives and spare disks.

This compartment also has a slot to hold an MP3 player and a rubberized hole for a headphone cord.

The final compartment is sized to fit a 17.3 inch laptop. My Dell fits just fine. The bottom of this compartment is thickly padded to absorb shocks to your laptop.

The bag's hardware is all hard plastic like nylon. This initially worried me, but I have had no problems. Each of the three compartments is double zippered.

You can carry it with the handle on the top (I hang mine on a coat rack at work), you can carry it on one shoulder comfortably, or you can wear it as a normal backpack(it has padding against your back.

My only beef with the bag, is that all the compartment subdivisions I mentioned are in the bottom of the bag, so if you are putting in a lot of stuff, the bottom will become over full, while the top still has room to spare. Putting at least some pockets in the top third of the compartments will solve this, and I plan to do this.

Still, I don't see how you could get a better bag for under $35.00. HP did a good job.

The backpack is very sturdy and well made, it does not stick out like other backpacks yet is has plenty of space and pockets to pack things in and organize your stuff. I personally like the fact that it does not have flashy colors but has a low profile solid black color.

This is a solid buy and it won't set you back to much. No con's about it.

Bought this as a Christmas gift for my son and he reports that it's great! Just right for his laptop and protects it well. Six months of constant use (and abuse!) and it doesn't look any different than the day it came out of the box. Very happy with this purchase.

Lucky Bums Kid's Dragonfly 15 Backpack

Lucky Bums Dragonfly 15 BackpackVolume 700 cu in, yes it is small. Best fit for 4' to 4'9". That would be a young child, not a teen. No reason to give it 1 star, it's a quality product. Comfortable and safe.

It's very well made but, beware, this is for a smaller child. A 3 ring binder won't fit in it very well...if at all. The good news is it will probably be the only backpack your child will need until they need to go larger.

The backpack would never be good for a shoolage child. I would say preschool and maybe kindergarten. If you need boots; snowpants or even a lunch it's too small.

My 5 year old son likes this backpack. It is slightly big on him, but overall I am pleased with the purchase.

This is a very nice backpack, but it is way too small for an 11 year old, although it says for 9-14. It would hold very few school books. I advise that any buyer seriously review the measurements. (Which I did not)
