It is a tough and nice looking backback. Nothing special on the shoulder support. Find going in and out of pack is difficult as you have to pull the over lip all the way up to get it to unzip smoothly.
Perfect travel pack. Had a 45L eagle creek that used to be my overseas companion but I was looking to downsize my load and this fit the bill perfectly. Been through almost 20 countries in Asia over the last couple years and is holding up like a true champ. Love the locking zippers and comfortable harness when i'm walking from the bus to the hostel. Small enough that I never have to check it, put it in the hold under the bus, can stay with me at all times for safe keeping. God forbid it ever gets snatched I will not hesitate to buy another.
