When I'm getting on a plane, I am usually loaded down with a heavy 17" laptop plus a ton of other stuff... Airline restrictions call for one bigger bag (like a rolling bag) and 'a personal item'... This is the greatest 'personal item' as I can roll this one until I get to the gate and then it transforms into just a tote. This way, I can roll two bags through the terminals... and saving my back! Great compartments inside help organize me too!

I ordered this after an annoying day of lugging my 17" laptop around three airports in a conventional laptop case with a shoulder strap. I have used it for travel and local meetings and found it to be easy to access, even in TSA lines, and easy to roll, even on a college campus. It's nice looking enough for business meetings and sturdy enough for travel.

I have a bad back at the ripe age of 23. I work in San Francisco and use public transportation to travel around during my day running therapy sessions with children with autism. I have to bring binders and toys, and a backpack was aggravating my back pain. I wanted something sleek, lightweight, professional, and classy. This bag is amazing. I have sometimes brought a MacBook but mostly use it for work supplies, lunch, jacket, etc. It is lightweight enough to carry easily down stairs but seems durable.
