Piel Leather Drawstring Laptop Backpack - Saddle
At first, I was worried it would not be comfortable because the straps are thin and I tend to have a bit of weight in the back pack; but this is not the case and it is very comfortable, even with a loaded bag. Visually, it looks outstanding and is made of high-quality leather. It will fit my macbook pro, but just by a pinch. I would not mind having the bag another inch or two taller. I also would like to see more padding at the bottom of the bag. The bag is designed to carry a laptop and should contain the appropriate amount of padding at the bottom. I've set the bag down a few times and have heard the "thunk" sound. Another mild complaint about the bag is that there isn't enough pockets. The two on the front of the bag are fairly roomy and function very well, but I would have liked to see a side pocket (for a cell phone) and another pocket inside (there is one pocket inside). I am a little bothered by the top flap because it isn't wide enough to cover the opening when the bag is full. However, from a style perspective, it might not look as nice if it had a wide flap...
In summary, I really like this bag and would buy it again (but I would never buy the same bag twice)... Sure, it has a few things that could have been done better, but it seems like a really durable bag and is quite comfortable to carry around, one strap or two!
KF Baby Diaper Bag Insert Organizer - 12 x 6.4 x 8 inch, Black
Anyway, I got this insert to fit into a nice 'adult' longchamp bag and it is perfect! The pockets are great and it fits perfectly with room on the side for my diaper pad.

Love this insert. I spent a hefty amount on several large handbags before having babies so instead of buying a separate diaper bag I wanted to make use of what I had. This insert fit perfectly and I love the different sized compartments...each serves a purpose. I didn't give 5 stars only because the material wasn't as great (tote bag material) but it gets the job done I suppose.Read Best Reviews of KF Baby Diaper Bag Insert Organizer - 12 x 6.4 x 8 inch, Black Here
How did I live without this for so long? I immediately pinged all my mama friends and alerted them that they don't have to be doomed to wearing the same diaper bag every day. This is a brilliant invention. It fits perfectly in my Longchamp with nice pockets for diapers, wipes, toys, extra clothes, and my wallet. I stick a changing pad along the side and can easily slide it in and out. I recommend it for anyone who wants handbag diversity during baby-toting time!Want KF Baby Diaper Bag Insert Organizer - 12 x 6.4 x 8 inch, Black Discount?
I wanted a more stylish diaper bag and saw this online so decided to get it. It's a simple organizer that will make finding my baby's necessities easier. Fit great into a Steve Madden handbag with open top. My Mom liked it so much she ordered one for her and a friend just so they could have their regular purses more organized! Great way to make your own diaper bag (just need to get a diaper changing pad now).Lewis N. Clark Tsa Lockdown Triple Security Cable Lock
I have been traveling for about 5 weeks and the three locks that I purchased were working perfectly until today, on a trip where I had just taken two of them along. I was flying from Munich to Barcelona and was asked by security to open my carry on case, which was locked. I was able to unlock it, and lock one of the loops, but the other loop would not lock. When I arrived in Barcelona, got my luggage and went to the Tourist Office at the airport, I had to open my carry on as my hotel information was locked inside. Though I had the correct combination, the lock would not open. The Tourist Office then sent me to Customs, which directed me to another Terminal, where no one could help, and I finally returned to the original terminal and went to the Air Berlin Information Desk for help. He informed me that if I had known the lock was defective BEFORE I came through the arrivals gate, one of the personnel there could have opened it; but once through the arrivals gate, you can not go back. I explained my desperate need, as I had been running around for over an hour and did not even have the address of my guest house, as it was locked inside the case. The man was good enough to offer to cut the lock which he did, surprisingly with an ordinary pair of scissors.
Now I am torn about using the remaining two locks, wondering if they will fail and again leave me running around strange airports for hours. . I left one lock behind in the Munich apartment where I am staying and am left with only one working lock and the fear that the combination will fail again. I will have to buy another lock on the market here.
This is extremely disappointing and has colored my view of these locks ordinary travel and after 5 weeks one suddenly doesn't work? I had read a review of someone who had this same experience, but not in the middle of a trip.
I am both disappointed in the failure of the lock and then concerned that an ordinary pair of scissors can cut through the wire loop.
I would appreciate hearing from the vendor about this.
UPDATE: 16 days later and on a Sunday, I'm getting ready to fly again on Monday. The second of the three locks has now failed. It won't lock on one side, and following the lead of the first failed lock, it will completely fail. So here I am on a Sunday and flying out in the morning and another failed locked. 67% failure rate and it looks like I'll have to replace all three before this trip is done.I'm a pilot for an airline that forces us to put our bags in the overhead bin with passenger bags, resulting in frequent stolen/mistakenly-taken bags. After the company refused to pay for my stolen laptop (taken when my bag was removed from the plane by a passenger), I bought several of these for myself and friends and have had no such theft since. The double loop configuration is perfect for our situation, and keeps the bag safe from all but the most determined thieves (determined enough to have gotten cable cutters through security, for instance). I'll post a pic to show how it works on the Embraer overhead bin.
One of the locks failed, by the way, and we had to have a TSA agent come to the plane with his key (007), which also failed to open the lock. We cut the lock off with a giant bolt cutter, and advised Amazon. The lock was replaced before we could even send the failed one back, and we've had no problem since. Kudos, Amazon.

I did not order this through Amazon but the lock is the same as the one I bought. Hopefully this will be helpful to someone. I purchased this about 2 months before my vacation. Tried it once, worked great. Went to try it out again, was frozen would not work at all! Contacted the company twice and they finally sent me another one. Worked fine. But like before, it froze the night before my trip. So I had no choice but to cut the lock off. What a waste of money this thing is. I didn't find it as flexible as I thought it would be either. The concept is good, but it sure needs some improvement. Not a happy camper!Read Best Reviews of Lewis N. Clark Tsa Lockdown Triple Security Cable Lock Here
Just a thought here... I love these locks and was surprised to see negative reviews. Then I remembered my FIRST use and want to share this experience. Here is what happened to me the very first time I was putting the lock onto my suitcase. I did not realize that I slid the RESET side of the slider instead of the opposite side... That resets the combo to whatever I happened to have had in the dial. This only happens when the lock has been opened with the correct combo in the first place. Having opened one side as noted above, if you had happened to move the numbers, then hit the reset side -you would have changed the combination without realizing it! Now I am just very aware of what numbers are in the combo when I close it and stay away from that red RESET button!
One more thing... I believe that you must lock the "short loop" side through the zipper slider holes (what TSA might need to get at) and the longer loop to something permanant on your suitcase. That way, when TSA opens the lock and forgets to relock it, you still have your lock. If you use the "long loop" to lock the zippers sliders, I'm not sure TSA can unlock that side. (And even if they can, you don't want them to lest THEY hit that RESET slide!)
If someone is going to break in, they will find a way. (I've had several regular TSA locks totally smashed upon arrival.) I'm just glad to still have my lock attached to the bag with this one -I've lost several other TSA locks in the past with either not putting it back at all or forgetting to close and lock it! And I know it was TSA because in both missing lock cases, the TSA white sheet was in the bag!

Ogio Drifter Backpack
I was looking for a bag that I could wear while riding a motorcycle so it had to fit snug to my back. This bag does that, but the feel of the materials makes me think I'll have to replace it in a year. While I don't mind using the backpack, I wouldn't recommend it to a friend.
Pros:
Looks
Padding
Handle
Price
Laptop compartment
Small top pocket
Cons:
Cheap materials
Not water resistant
Straps are long and there's nothing to take up the excess
Handle is too long/tall
Zippers go down into side mesh pocketsAs an avid Ogio buyer, I really liked the design on this backpack and picked it up around December of 2011. Upon receiving it I loved the design, the size/usability of the pockets, and the bottle holders on the sides.
However.. as a student, sometimes this backpack gets pretty packed. On finals week (have to carry around 3 textbooks to cram with), I had to stuff this backpack pretty hard, and by the end of the day one of the zippers on the main pocket stopped working (moves along the zipper without zipping). I was a bit disappointed, but wasn't too surprised since I would categorize that as somewhat abusive treatment of a backpack. However, the smallest pocket, happens to be just the size to hold a bike u-lock! So I had been using it for that purpose for about 6 months, before one of those zippers broke as well. The u-lock definitely wasn't being stuffed into the pocket, and had plenty of space.
Sorry Ogio, I don't think I'll be buying any more of your backpacks.

When it was delivered it didn't have the attached key fob piece inside the front compartment, but I didn't think that made a big difference so I thought I'd try it out. The "fits most 15" laptops" claim is pushing it a bit. The 'hidden' compartment for the laptops has the same curve as the top outside of the bag, but is a smaller diameter, which means my 14" Toshiba felt as if it barely fit. Having the built-in rain cover is nice, but it creates some annoying lumps at the bottom of the bag which means a non-flat surface for books and laptops to rest on. I thought about taking it out to refold it, but I could tell it was so rigid I didn't want to even mess with it. The cell phone pocket looks like it would fit one of the old Nokia's, but I didn't even try to put my Droid in it as I knew there was no chance it's not very wide of a pocket. The side pockets might be able to fit a small 16oz. water bottle, but not much bigger. The biggest thing was that the chest strap broke on me the first day I tried to ride with it. I need that chest strap to help keep the weight spread evenly on the shoulders and it's not sewn onto the shoulder straps, it has a small piece that will let it slide up and down. It didn't take much pressure to make it pop off. I could try to put it back on, but I'd rather have my $80 back and keep riding with my rucksack. I can also see how the other person mentioned their buttons popped off. The way they're attached is really good, but potentially loose.
If you just want a nice backpack with great features for commuting to school or work by car, foot, or metro, this would be great. When I ride my bike I need to pack whatever bag I'm using pretty full, and this just doesn't seem to fit my needs, which is sad cause I thought it would give me what I needed.
Side-note: the description for this bag is vague (mentions olive in the title but black pic and describes it as black). I contacted STM and just so you know the model number ending in -1 is Olive and -3 is the black one. The title is correct in this case.great backpack, really. Comfy, has awesome perks like a an anti-rain coat that you can pull out as needed. However, the buttons on mine, two of them, fell out within the first week of wearing it.

This is a great computer bag. It has plenty of room to carry extras. It has plenty of padding for protection. Also, if you must carry it in the rain, it has a rain cover built in on the bottom of the bag. Just pull it out of the compartment and stretch it over the bag.... neat.Read Best Reviews of STM Bags Convoy Medium Here
I got the black one, back when it was $45 bucks. I took it through college and I beat the living hell out of this thing. It routinely carried my 16" laptop (said only up to 15"), 400+ page heavy text books, my food for the day, a hoodie, and my tech gadgets and cords. This one day, I was having a bad day at college. Stuff was just going down hill all day. I locked my keys in my car, so I set down my backpack and dealt with that. I ended up running my backpack over with my car. Like I said... it was just a bad day. The pack survive without a scuff, but my Cheetos were crushed. Luckily, I had forgotten my laptop that day as well... *oi.*
I was only able to use the built-in rain poncho thing once. It worked, but what am I supposed to do with the thing when its wet? Stuff the wet covering back in the bottom? That's unpractical, it will soak through the bottom and get my stuff wet. It doesn't go back in that easily. Also, when I have some weight in the pack, maybe it's just me, but the shoulder straps cut off the blood circulation to my arms. I can't wear the full pack for more than 10min. without having to put my thumbs between my shoulders and the straps. The tops of the shoulder straps need to be wider and softer or something maybe. (I do carry a lot of stuff. lol.) Another thing; the iPad Org Board thing it comes with is pointless for me.
I love the two pockets on the sides, they hold 2 water bottles very nicely. There are literally pockets for everything! The zippers and snaps are mega industrial too.
Oh yea, let me tell you this one; the so called 'hidden' laptop compartment, must work very well indeed. The darn thing got me in trouble at the airport because I emptied out my pack before I went through baggage check, and I, myself, forgot to take the laptop out of the hidden part, because it was hidden! They sent it through the x-ray conveyer and were not to happy about that. Good or Bad? I don't know.
Anyways, this pack is super convenient for day trips and vacations. The downside is that my wife won't be seen with me wearing it, because she thinks it makes me look homeless...
...so I still have the backpack after about 2 years. It's still as tough as it ever was, and I'm quite happy that I purchase it. I have since stopped toting around my laptop and got myself an iPod Touch and downsized my pack to the "Mossimo Supply Co. Maya Twill Backpack Olive" backpack from Target, which this new pack is nice and stylish, but keeps ripping at the seems, unlike my reliable STM pack.

I jsut got this bag today and its pretty slick. The pull out rain cover is awesome and pretty snug, and there is a tuck away waist belt in the back lining. Its also pretty rugged, the laptop portion (the large back one) is lined with what feels like plastic sheets, the rigid kind, so that makes me feel pretty good when i put computer or xbox stuff in there.only thing though is it says the laptop thing is hidden... well it sorta is but don't count on someone going through your bag and missing it. Its pretty obvious where it is, but it can kinda tuck away under the zipper flap. Other than that the pads are thick and its an overall rigid construction. thanks stm.

This bag is huge and can be used for anything. I wanted to use it for baby bottles, but it was too big and bulky for the diaper bag. My son started middle school this year, where clear backpacks are required. I was happy to find this one on amazon that was well rated and affordable. However, it is only the sixth week of school and my son brought it home on Friday with a huge hole in it. It's right at the seam on the bottom, which points to lack of sturdy construction. I'm now looking for one to replace this one.Convertible Back Pack Purse, Mid Size Tear Drop Shoulder Bag, Backpack, Sling Bag. Genuine Leather
It's a great size, perfect to fit all my stuff in: wallet, sketchbook, phone, 3DS, pens+pencils+erasers, gum, etc... and is stylish on top of that!
Unlike other reviewers I don't notice any sort of foul smell, it has a faint smell of leather but beyond that nothing. It's sitting right beside me now and I don't smell anything!
The only drawback of the bag is that the lining isn't of great quality. It's a bit crinkly/plastic-like in SOME parts as if two different lining materials were used which is very odd.
All in all though the bag is just what I wanted and needed and I'm very pleased with my purchase. The backpack/purse is the perfect size. The base is about 8-10" across and it makes forma very roomy purse. The var4 pockets on the inside and outside help keep everything at easy reach. I wish I'd gotten the other colors also.
