This is a great product. Exactly what I was looking for. Its perfect for a small picnic for two. I got a little aluminum folding table to go with it along with a small cutting board. The silverware and plates are relatively sturdy, and the pack is much more roomy than I had expected. My only very minor complaint is that the cross-the-chest strap is a little difficult. I'd be much more comfortable with two straps, but its by no means a deal breaker. I'd definitely recommend this product.Read Best Reviews of Picnic Plus Fiesta 2 Person Picnic Backpack Here
Item as described. Item shipped fast. I love this! Very happy with this purchase. Comes with everything you need except the food. ;-)I have a larger one I bought at Trader Joe's and love it and have used it for ten years, but we had a spendinglimit of $25, so I bought this one for a niece. I'm not sure how the strap works, but it is nicely organized and like the colors...Hope she liked itMountain Hardwear Scrambler Backpack

My daughter will be 2 in November (2010), and when the school told me that she needed a backpack I was like I deer in headlights. All I could imagine was the big backpacks that I see in the stores. So as soon as I came to Amazon.com, I thought I would try searching for "mini backpacks." When this one came up I had to buy it because I have a bigger version that replaces the diaper bag.
It came, and I was instantly impressed. I showed my daughter, and she always wants to carry it. It's a perfect size for her, and she loves carrying it.
Not to big, not too small, and it is roomy enough to get everything she needs to have for school in it.

Would definitely recommend!I love the bag but the zippers are driving me crazy while I walk. It would have been nice if they came with a little rubber coating or zipper glove to supress the noise.

This is a really nice bag for the price offered by amazon as opposed to the original retail. The color is a very nice typical leathery dark brown and the feel of the leather is soft and soothing.
It fits my 15 inch mac book pro nice and snug, with about half an inch to spare on each side.
The other section holds a book or two with a few paper files without bulking up.
I would recommend it.

A very good purchase. Looks great and has a decent amount of storage room for files, laptop, mouse, pens, etc etc. Perfect for a man or a woman. Only drawback is the price being higher than most other laptop carry cases.Want Kenneth Cole Reaction 15.4" Brown Colombian Leather Computer Portfolio Discount?
Excellent quality, attractive, the perfect size, not too big, not too small. The only glitch is a minor one. The metal zipper handles will hit each other much louder than you'd imagine as you walk with it. That incessant clacking can get mildly annoying. Handles most laptops very well. Formal enough for business, casual enough for anywhere.Manhattan Portage Deluxe Computer Bag

FIVE STAR BAG! You'll love it. I got the grey one and I'm really satisfied with it. A Must Have Bag!I like it a lot, reminiscent of High School (for you NYC folks). I do have one small grip, and it's the fact that the main zippered pocket is just that... a big zippered pocket... it makes it hard to oranize all your smaller crap. I kind of knew that going into it, and it wasn't a deal breaker, but keep this in mind, just in case you're looking for a bag with lots of smaller pockets. This bag also does have a few small sleeve style pockets on the front side to hold your pens, phone, ID, but that's about it! It's a basic no frills bag!So So Happy 16 inch Puff Backpack - Purple

I currently own a Apple Macbook Pro 15' inch and had been everywhere looking for a backpack that would suit my needs. I took a risk and waited for the Amazon to get in stock ($46) compared to the 3rd party dealers ($76+). Once when it arrived, I was more than pleased. Even a friend of mine ordered one after seeing mine for the first time. What you can't make out in the pictures to clearly is:
The bottom part of it features a compartment that stores your AC Adapter perfectly (roll the cords).
There are also 2 slim pockets on the front where I keep a cloth and 2 chargers for my phone and digital camera.
What is pictured and shown well, is the outside pocket that has enough room for two hard drives (WD Passports) in cases and side by side, as well as extra peripherals and my digital camera.
The main pocket for the computer is roomy enough and maybe you could fit a book in with it (pending on the size of the laptop & how much stuff is in the other pockets.)
It also doesn't bulge at the zippers when it's fully loaded and still looks the same size.
Overall with the comfort of the straps and all the storage I need, this will come in handy when I backpack in different countries.
It also has zippers that fit small travel padlocks. Bonus!

I got this some months ago but have only used it very moderately. At the beginning I was excited about this product because of the brenthaven brand name, the looks, and the quality of the product (or at least I thought). The deal breaker was the quality of the straps. The left strap got torned for absolutely no reason, which has opened my eyes to the cheap quality of the material (at least on the straps). The reality is that the fabric is very thin on the straps which is why it got teared apart. I can now see the padding inside the strap, and I'm afraid of using the backpack anymore because it could open a bigger hole on the strap. I hate dealing with returns especially when I have to pay for the shipping and everything, but I will definitely be contacting amazon and/or brenthaven about this. Just my 2 cents.Want Brenthaven MetroLite Backpack, Black/Red (2252101) Discount?
I purchased the MetroLite from Amazon over a year ago, but didn't start to use it on a regular basis until last summer. Overall, I really liked the pack and didn't buy it to haul a ton of stuff, but simply my MacBook Pro, a magazine, and extra glasses to and from work. I thought a thin backpack would help keep me balanced and ease my back pain -and it did -but didn't want something so large that it would knock into other commuters. So the MetroLite fit the bill perfectly. After about a month of use the left nylon strap, where it connects to the padding, tore out. I was unwilling to send it back, so I had my tailor open the seam and reattach. A month later the other strap started to tear -back to the tailor. At that point I started treating the bag very delicately since I liked it so much and wanted to get a little more life out of it.
Last month, the top handle tore on one side and is starting to on the other, similar to what other buyers stated here. At this point I contacted Brenthaven and told them my full story. They were very nice and sent me a new pack the larger XF, and asked for nothing in return except for a picture of my older bag. Although the new pack is nice, with a much better handle, it is much larger (which I don't need very often), and the strap connection points are identical to the ones that already failed on the older bag.
Most likely, I'm going to get my original bag fixed, I think I might just have the whole handle replaced with a simple nylon strap. It seems they put too much into the 2252 handle, with different fabric top and bottom, foam, and a plastic plate on top of the foam. There are simply too many failure points, whether it be the seams tearing or the plate poking through the top material.
So, why did I give the pack three stars (actually two and a half would have been better) -because I like the bag. The fact that I'm willing to pay my tailor three times to fix it shows that. It is everything I was looking for - the right size, slim, good number/layout of pockets, light weight, etc. I also like the company, what they stand for, and thought their customer service was excellent.
Should you buy this bag? That depends on your needs and whether you have the patience or resources to deal with the inevitable failure. Nothing lasts forever, I typically go through a computer bag every two years, but if you find something that works you're usually willing to overlook certain deficiencies since everything else it so good.

It holds a 2.5" binder, full size laptop, and notebook perfectly. There are tons of pockets to keep all of your things organized. I love that there are two water-bottle holders you can being you water and your coffee with you. The separate pocket which is lined with super soft material for your cell phone is also very handy. Overall it's a great bag I love it!!!My daughter stuffs it with books every morning and it has held up well, seems very durable. Would buy againGreen Guru Shifter Saddle Bag
It is not looking too big, but there is room enough for a tire, keys, phone and a light jacket.
It's a pleasure that it keeps things dry.
I like the look and I like the idea of making things from used materials.
I will advice this to my friends. This bag looks nice on my bike and I like the leathery look compare to the material the other type bags. My only complaint is I wish it was a tad bit bigger.
Buy Green Guru Shifter Saddle Bag Now
I've been using mine for a few years now. I picked it up at the Philly Bike Expo when I had a chance to meet the guys from Green Guru. It has been the perfect bag for my cross and mountain bikes. It might be a little big if you are into the minimalist look on the road, but it carries everything I need. I can usually carry two tubes, tire levers, a few CO2's and inflator, a multi tool, and even has room for my ID and some money. The rubber outer keeps everything inside dry, and makes it easy to clean. The neoprene straps holds everything securely and stretches to compact it all together. On the inside, the recycled plastic bottle fabric is tough and easy to clean too. My only complaint is I didn't buy a second one so I don't have to constantly swap tubes when I move it from one bike to another. This is a durable saddlebag that has a much higher volume than I initially expected. I can fit a tube, patch kit, multi tool, bottle of chain lube, and quikstick in thereeasily! The attachment strap isn't easily removed, either. The shifter saddle bag is really roomy for an under the seat bag. I like that it didn't seem to need all the bulky foam padding to keep it's shape. There is a bit of reflective piping on the back of the bag that would help a bit with visibility when dusk begins to set in. I like the logo and really appreciate what this company is trying to do with recycled materials.Diaper Dude Diaper Bag
My biggest wish is that the main compartment were larger. It's fairly small and when we put in all the things we'd like to carry, the bag gets stuffed and becomes somewhat misshapen to the point where it lays awkward on my hip and back. I tend to carry portable wipes, 4-5 diapers, 1-2 change of clothes, a hat, a blanket, a sippy cup, a snack trap, a couple of toys, my cell phone and keys. Because I can't find a place for everything, the main inside compartment is a mishmash of unorganized items.
The cell phone holder does a fine job holding my LG flip phone. A bigger phone however wouldn't fit, but $15 for a Timbuk2 cell phone case would solve that. Also, the elasticized bottle pocket is pretty snug so getting a bottle in and out is kinda tough. On the other hand, the bottle doesn't fall out accidentally.
Additionally, the dirty diaper pocket in the large compartment should probably have a zipper to keep the smell out of the other items in the bag and avoid cross contamination. The hooks for keys and pacifiers would probably only hold keys. The pacifiers being sold these days aren't on a ring and are much too big to be hooked onto the bag. The included changing pad is padded nicely though.
Overall, it's a decent bag, especially at Amazon.com prices. Someone in our play group has complimented me twice on the bag so I may just give it away to them or keep it as a backup bag. I recently ordered a DadGear messenger diaper bag for nearly the same price and am hoping that it holds all my items better. This bag is very comfortable to wear, and the size and location of the zippered pockets in the front, the snap-closure pocket on the back, and the pockets in the larger main compartment makes it easy to keep things organized and easy to find. We've only been using the bag for a few weeks, so I can't speak to its durability, but the construction appears solid, and the zippers work easily.
The only negatives are the smallish mobile phone holder (won't hold anything much bigger than a standard flip phone), and the fact that the interior is lined in black, which makes it harder to see items in the bag. (Many baby bag manufacturers have moved to a light-colored interior lining for this reason. It makes it much easier to see what's in the bottom of your bag.) These are relatively minor issues, though, and overall the bag is very well designed and convenient to use. It's very helpful that everything is accessible without having to take the bag off or set it down (unlike a backpack-style diaper bag, for example).
This bag is definitely on the small side for a diaper bag, though. We have two kids, 1 and 4 years old, and this bag is good for a trip to the park for a couple of hours or something like that, but too small for our family to use to take the kids to grandpa's house for a whole day. If you want a bag that's small and comfortable to wear for shorter trips, though, this is a good choice.

I already had a backpack style diaper bag which I liked ok...but it got to be a pain if I needed to grab something out of it. I had looked at the diaper dude bags before but didn't want to spend the extra cash. I ended up breaking down and buying one and haven't regretted it a bit. This bag has lots of room with several outer pockets to place frequently used items. If I need to get anything out of the bag I don't have to take it off to see what I'm doing, which I had to do with my backpack style bag. Plus the looks can't be beat....a variety of patterns in a handy messenger style bag.Besides the 3 pockets up front, inside the big pocket, there is an insluated attachment for bottles and ice packs. It can even fit 2 bottles in the attachment. Behind, there is another big pocket (where we keep the changing pad that it comes with) and a small pockets for little extra whatevers. There is also a pocket on the side for my water bottle. I love the clips for my keys and pacifier, there are 2 clips! I also love the cell phone pouch. The big pocket is big enough for receiving blankets, clothes, toys, etc. It was always full when she was a newborn and now I have extra space as she gets bigger, so I could use this for 2 kids someday if needed. We have been using this bag for 10 months and I have washed it a few times, very durable! My husband loves it and doesn't mind carrying it around.I have never reviewed a product before but I have been so happy with this bag I had to share! I have twins that I have to keep up with so I needed a bag that would allow for easy access, easy carry, and easy storage. This bag has exceeded all expectations. The bag doesn't get in the way when you carry it and it is big enough to get plenty of diapers, wipes, 2 cups, snacks, small toys, and other items needed for a trip out with 2 toddlers. I love how the compartments are set up so I can easily find what I need before the next meltdown! I have carried many bags over the last year and a half and I wish this was the first bag I bought! Even though I have girls, I am happy to carry this bag instead of the cuter girly bags I had before. My husband is now not ashamed to carry the diaper bag!STM Bags Jacket Large
2) The handle is so stiff that you cannot easily pull it out to grab it. I want to grab my bag and go... struggle with it.
3) The bag should mount the straps so the bag is vertical... but no.. it is on the horizontal side... making it flop on your back at an odd angle.
4) Since i carry the bag over my right shoulder... the zipper and pockets are all upside down.
The back IS solid and seems that it will protect it well. I like a minimalist bag and this fits the bill... but the short comings are just not worth it.
I ended up spending a little more for the : ThinkTank Artificial Intelligence 15 bag. It is vertical... a zipper that opens for the side compartment with slots to hold smaller items... all while being the same size relative ti this bag.I've enjoyed using this bag so far. The Small size protects my MacBook Air 13" pretty well, and the shoulder bag hooks and bag handle are conveniently placed. Overall construction seems good the nylon feels strong, and the zipper isn't flimsy at all. The color isn't quite a match to what's pictured more of a dark charcoal gray than black, and more of a forest green then neon green.
The only half-complaint I have about the bag stems from its ultra-compact nature. I fit my MBA 13", the power adapter, a cleaning cloth, earbuds, iPhone charging cable, about a normal magazine's worth of paper, 2 or 3 pens/pencils, and not much else into this bag. It's space constrained enough that you have to actively plan on what you're bringing and in what order you're going to place items into the bag. It's a good minimalist exercise, but it can be stressful for some.
Overall, it's protective, good looking, lightweight, and well made. I would definitely recommend this to minimalist MBA 13" users.I bought the 13" bag in black/green for my 12.1" ASUS UL20A laptop. My intention was to use it as a compact bag for just my laptop if I was only going to the library or café for a few hours and didn't need to be plugged into an outlet, or to convert it into a sleeve to stash in my backpack for longer study sessions or for traveling.
I've been using a neoprene sleeve for the past few years, so this case represents an upgrade in both quality and padding. However, the removable straps are held onto the bag with plastic parts, which is a bit cheap-looking. I swung the bag with my laptop pretty hard several times, though, and didn't have a problem with the straps giving way, as another reviewer did. The inside lining is only okay, but I just finished looking at an Incase bag that had really soft faux fur, so I might be comparing the two subconsciously. I'm comfortable with the lining for my ASUS laptop, but might be a bit more paranoid with my MacBook.
There is a bit of extra space around the edges of my laptop. It doesn't bother me, as it allows me to keep my flash drives plugged in when I put my laptop away.
Depth-wise, it is a fairly tight fit. Still, I can also cram in an mp3 player, earbuds, SD card, flash drive, screen wipe, and a USB hub (or a set of mini USB cable adapters) all organized on a 7"x5" Grid-It (see uploaded photo), and the laptop adapter. Of course, it no longer looks sleek that way, but in a pinch, it will do. The Grid-It will fit in both the middle zippered pocket and the back pocket, but as it snags in the former and the latter is unsecured, I store it and the laptop adapter in the main compartment. I think the Monster MP OTG400 BK Outlets To Go 4 Outlet Travel Power Strip also fits into the main compartment, but I forget.
I currently use the smallest pocket to store Starbucks gift cards, as I don't like carrying them in my wallet, and tend to forget them when I head out to study. Although they haven't fallen out yet, I may put some Velcro at the opening for extra security. I haven't had any trouble retrieving the cards, even though the pocket is deep for them (it's meant to accommodate a smart phone).
The colors are darker in real life than on my computer screen. They don't look bad, just more muted.
Overall, I do like this sleeve / bag. However, it accommodates less than I thought it would comfortably do so, given the extra pockets. My laptop isn't the thinnest one out there, especially with the MacBook Air and Ultrabooks coming out, but I don't think it's the thickest, either, and my laptop adapter is pretty compact as well. Along with the plastic parts, I'd give this sleeve / bag 4 stars.

Powerbag Instant Messenger Laptop Bag with Battery for Charging Smartphones, Tablets and eReaders (
On the front flap is a pocket for sunglasses lined in soft material. Inside the bag are several very small pockets and pouches, possibly large enough to hold a cell phone. There is also a bottle holder inside the bag on the side.
Overall a very good storage setup that does not seem cluttered or pointless. My main concern purchasing this bag was that it would be a really good phone charger and a really poor bag. This is not the case.I bought this bag for two reasons
1 to have a bag that can store a ton of stuff
2 to have a bag that could charge my devices on the go
This bag excells at both. Its great when traveling and when I'm working outside of the office because I can charge up the devices when an outlet isnt available. The thing is built exceptionally well, its obvious a lot of thought was put into the design. Case in point, their "fly flat" design for the laptop compartment lets you keep the laptop in the bag when going through airport security. All you have to do is unzip that compartment on 3 sides and it lays flat while still attached. That shows the thought put into this bag for someonenon the go.
My only complaint is that the built in micro usb charger doesnt pump out enough amps to charge my galaxy nexus. I dont have apple products, so I did a quick and easy mod to change out the end of the ipod connector using a spare micro usb cable. It puts out 1 amp, so it should charge any newer phone with a micro usb. I had it charging my phone, kindle paperwhite and galaxy note 10.1 all at once with zero issues... lets see any other bag do that :)
I highly recommend this product for the business traveler or gadget person that needs to have some backup juice available wherever they go.In my view, this laptop case meets the requirements and expectations for its intended use case and protect a laptop during transportation and provide sufficient and convenient room for the related items someone may bring along while traveling with the laptop. In addition, of course, you have the charger. It's not a big deal and, given the choice I'd prefer a lower price and the freedom to buy my own charger but I really don't mind it. Just keep in mind that the charger will NOT charge your laptop. I will only charge your phone and a tablet for as long as they can be charged through a Mini or Micro USB port.
Briefly, this is what you get:
Padded nylon for good protection.
Soft and light.
Cushions inside the laptop compartment for extra protection.
File folder storage compartment.
Enough pockets and partitions, some padded.
Smooth zipper.
Phone/tablet charger.
Unfolds so that it can lay flat on an airport (do messengers fly?) scanner conveyor belt with the laptop separated from the other half of the case.
Overall, I will grant this product 5 stars (it's 4.5 rounded up). It's not a full 5 star because, while I liked it very much it didn't quite 'wow' me.This bag does have some good things about it: battery pack, spacious, many pockets.
HOWEVER, the so-called "laptop" pocket does NOT fit a 17" laptop!! My home laptop measures 16.5" and will not fit in the designated laptop pocket. This because the design of the bag was poorly conceived. The zipper extends to 17" but due to the "fly flat" zipper that allows the bag to open like a flap, the way the flap is sown to the rest of the bag prevents a large laptop from being inserted into the pocket! It actually connects to the rest of the bag OVER TOP of the pocket that is for laptop. Ridiculous!!!!
Do not buy if your laptop has a length greater than 15 inches and you want it to fit in the "laptop pocket". With that said my 17" laptop still fits in the bag but it is juggling loosely around the inside area with the other pockets. If you have a lot of stuff to cram in the rest of the bag this may not work well for you when you cant use the "laptop pocket".
Also, no information really comes with the bag other than the booklet on charging devices and connectors.I have had the bag for a week now and really appreciate the nice details. The front pouches hold your devices needing charging, and there are many pockets inside for pens, papers, gadgets, and lots of room for your laptop or tablet. I use a full size laptop, a Dell M4700 and its very roomy for my computer. If there was one thing I would add it would be a foam pad at the bottom of the bag to cushion the laptop.

It isn't a really big bag, but a small umbrella can be placed inside with everything else you need.

... I wanted it for the beautiful Anna Sui Floral pattern. The bag's pattern layout was so disappointing. I guess this one was cut on the pattern where it was one of those empty spaces with some blue and green, and not much pink or yellow at all. I wished that I could have been sent the bag in the picture for this product. I love the interior (great pockets), excellent lightweight fabric quality, however it just looks like a dud for the money spent.Read Best Reviews of Tumi Luggage Voyageur Capri Crossbody Bag Here

It has proven perfect for my needs. It is extremely comfortable with many adjustments and compartments yet is compact. It feels like it is part of me as I walk and does not swing around. Perfect for carrying a couple of bottles of water, lunch, an extra jacket and whatever. Probably not the pack if you are doing overnights but I'm sure there are people who would disagree with me on that but they are probably a bit younger than I am and travel lighter.Never been disappointed in Gregory packs.
