My daughter is obsessed with backpack, but when she received this for her birthday and opened it she was sorely disappointed. There aren't that many pieces to play with(not to mention boots was damaged because he was not protected by anything) the backpack has a pretty big piece of cardboard in the bottom so it looks fuller than it actually is. That would have been fine if backpack was actually a backpack. There are no straps in her back and she is tied down with those plastic ties to the cardboard through her plastic! Backpack is not durable at all after seeing there were 2 holes on each side I knew that she would be ripped in no time and i was right. After putting things in her a few times the holes in the sides got bigger and bigger. My daughter kept asking me to help her wear backpack like Dora does and I had to keep telling her no that you can't do that with this one and she was really upset. If you are looking for this set just for the few pieces of mega blocks then I guess that is good for that purpose but if you are looking to use the backpack as well don't count on it because it most likely will end up in the trash with the box.Read Best Reviews of Mega Bloks Dora's School Time Backpack Here
My two year old Grandchild took to building with these blocks right away. I thought I would have to show her how/what to do but I did not have to. These blocks are great, now I will graduate her to the lego blocks. Also, I like the backpack bag.For my Dora loving just 3 yr old granddaughter who loves to build these were perfect. They work with Duplo blocks too so are more versatie. She loved them.Manhattan Portage 13-Inch Deluxe Computer Bag
Another feature I really like is the zipper on the back that allows you to slot the bag securely onto your roller luggage. Believe me, it's so much easier to walk around the airport with this "personal item" on top of your roller luggage than having it hang off your shoulder.
The fabric is pretty waterproof and durable so far. The single buckle design makes it easy to get at the contents. While it's true that there's no zipper to seal up the main compartment, I don't have any problems with stuff falling out because I mainly put big things in there (papers, books, laptop, water bottle, power cords).
If there is one thing I would improve is to maybe add a shoulder pad to the strap. But the current strap is wide enough to be comfortable. Overall, very happy with this bag.It is exactly the right size for my laptop and I love that it is so lightweight. The color is awesome.

Fits a lot of stuff and has a good compartment for a 13" inch laptop. For e.g., it can easily hold an iPad, laptop charger, wallet, an extra medium thickness book or two. The strap is wide to make it comfortable enough while carrying heavier load. The small compartments at front are open-top. So, are not so useful because the stuffs might drop. Thinking about it, I don't use those pockets that much.Want Manhattan Portage 13-Inch Deluxe Computer Bag Discount?
Zeroshock III 15-inch Widescreen Notebook Case
One night I had to cross a creek to avoid a security guard, and to my horror the creek was waist deep. I thought my laptop was a goner, but the case kept it dry and it worked perfectly when I powered it up to check it. The Zeroshock saved my job.
Another time, I managed to take the impact in the rear. My laptop was not damaged.I like this case as it is a bit more protective than others out on the market, has a lot of foam inside so my $3500 Macbook Pro Retina seems better protected. The pocket on the outside is nice to carry around some minor wipes and thin items only.
The only issue that is kinda big is that one of the zippers pulled right off. And that is just after occasional use only use this say once every couple weeks and that zipper lasted about 6 months still. :-(

I did some research on sleeve-like cases for my new Vizio 15.6 beauty. In form my computer is very much like the Macbook Pro Retina Display, so pretty thin. I was very much surprised that there are virtually no snug yet protective options for 15.6 computers out there. This case certainly fits the billsnug, protective (with awesome feeling memory foam, not the useless-for-falls neoprene). It is also amazingly fashionable, getting a lot of complements. It's the kind of case you would expect to be aboard an F-35 fighter jet or a space shuttle even. I ordered 2one for my sister and one for me.We both have 2012 15.4 in macbook pros (I do understand that the case was designed for 15 in widescreen computers in general and not just mbp's). The computers fit alright but they aren't sung in the case. Long ways, the mbp has a little less than n inch to give, and short ways, it has a little less than a half inch to give (which means that it's fairly snug). This isn't that big of a deal, however, because the foam pushes snuggly onto the top and bottom of the computer when you zip it up, making it harder for the computer (macbook pro 15, 2012) to slide around. This doesn't mean that it doesn't slide around, but there's one more feature of the case that makes me a little more comfortable with the computer sliding around a little bit: the zipper guard.
There's a sipper guard thing right inside of the zipper that does two things: it guards the computer from getting zipper-scratched and (not sure if it was designed for this specifically but it works) it kind of catches the computer with something softer if the case were to be dropped on one of its corners. I don't know about you, but the reason that I didn't want to buy a neoprene sleeve was because it wouldn't do anything for the computer (except keep it scratch free) if you dropped it, esp. if you dropped it on one of the corners. This case, however, gives me that peace of mind of knowing that if it was dropped while in the case the chances of anything breaking are a lot smaller because the computers protected in all directions. If that makes sense ... :)

I needed a sleeve that would easily fit in a bag and protect my computer from bouncing around. I did some research online and found the Zeroshock III is one of the best sleeves around. Some of the older reviews mention Shinza is the maker. I think Elecom bought them out. I also saw the Zeroshock IV is out, but it is more like a case than a sleeve. So, I eventually settled on the Zeroshock III. It is a difficult sleeve to find. I guess it's because it's only made in Japan. I only could find it on a European site, eBay, and Amazon. Amazon had the best price.I read that the Zeroshocks are made a little big. I have a 15.6 inch computer. I took a gamble getting this sleeve because even though 15.6" is technically listed compatible with the 17" version, I did not want my computer to slide around in a sleeve that was too big. Well, I received this sleeve and my computer fits perfectly! Actually, my computer is wide, so there is still a little room left in the top. It's okay though, because the bumpy memory foam holds the laptop in place. If your computer is about 5mm larger than listed in the specifications, don't sweat it. It'll fit.
The quality is way better than neoprene. The zippered pocket on the front is pretty much useless. You may be able to put a flash drive in it and a couple cords. Remember, this is a sleeve, not a case, so I don't really care about the pockets, but I thought you might like to know.
Overall, this is an excellent computer sleeve. Buy it! Or, if you want more protection like a hard cover, you can go for the Zeroshock IV!

Pros:Very quick ship time. Received within 3 days of ordering.
Soft tan lining on the inside makes the bag seem high quality.
Easy snap buttons and good hardware (bigger zippers, sturdy clasps)
Roomy enough to hold 3-4 textbooks and a binder or two. Or a laptop (even larger ones) with a book or two.
Convenient pocket on the inside for holding pencils, cell phone, calculator, etc.
I really enjoy this bag! I had been searching for a rucksack style bag for quite some time and could not find one that met my school needs. When I found this one it was perfect! It is cute and has a unique rucksack style while still providing the functionality of a regular backpack. Essentially it IS a backpack with an extra flap and straps on top, and I really like that about it.
The hardware and snaps seem to be sturdy but time will tell if they hold up. I also like that I am able to pack quite a bit into it and it doesn't feel like it's going to rip or fall apart, and it has a cool pocket on the inside that makes it easy to access small bits and pieces. I don't wear it for a whole lot of time as I'm a part time college student, but it hasn't been uncomfortable to wear so far and has adjustable straps which is handy. I also really like that it seems to be a more saturated pink than you're lead to believe from the pictures. To me the pictures cast it as a baby pink color when in fact it's more of a light coral pink color, which is exactly what I was looking for.
Cons:
Has an odd smell from the inside lining.
So far in my use of this bag I haven't found much wrong with it. The only notable "weird" thing was an odd smell coming from the lining/inside of the bag when I first received it. If you leave the top open and let it air out it won't be a problem for more than a couple of days but it makes you wonder what that's all about.
All in all I really like this bag. It has the style, convenience, quality and functionality I was looking for. I would definitely recommend this and think it's a good price point for both high school and college students.Bought two of these for my teenage nieces and they love them...color look better in person, great feel to the material inside and out... they do smell funky when you pull them out the protective plastic wrap, but just turn them inside out overnight and your're god to go...cheers!
Overland Equipment Special Edition Donner Bag
So, why only four stars, instead of five? I've purchased several bags from Overland Equipment over the years, and I've always been very pleased with the high-quality materials and construction, not to mention the overall design and functionality of each bag. People ask me, "Where did you get that great purse/backpack ("crescent" bag)/tote?" So I'd let them know from which store or website the bag was purchased, and then proudly add that the bag was made RIGHT HERE, in the U.S.A. (my home state, in fact). That sure raised a few eyebrows. When this bag arrived, I checked it over carefully, liking what I saw, except the familiar tag was missing from inside the main pocket: "MADE IN CHICO, CA." Finally, after carefully looking in each pocket, I found a puny little tag tucked well inside the front flap's zipped mesh pocket: "MADE IN CHINA." Ugh, Overland Equipment took the outsourcing route!! Needless to say, while I expect to get many years of use from this bag, it's likely to be the last I'll purchase from Overland Equipment.I needed a bag to replace my tried and trusty Longchamp le Pliage bag (it's started fraying at the corners) for my frequent day trips in Europe. I often travel several hours by bus and/or by train, and so a travel bag that will accomodate many necessities is absolutely essential. I deem my Kindle, iPod, camera, umbrella, water bottle, tissues, and small snacks as the bare minimum for most trips, and needed a bag that could accomodate all of these items plus of course my wallet and keys. So any decent bag has to be able to accomodate all of these and still be durable enough to survive the trip. After researching various bags, I decided on the Overland Equipment Donner Bag.
Pros: I love the two side compartments that are separate from the main compartment. My 24 oz CamelBak Bottle fits on one end, and my collapsible umbrella fits on the other, and the treat is that any condensation on the water bottle or rain on the umbrella is abosrbed into the pocket without getting everything in the bag wet. Also, the interior slip pocket is the perfect size for my Kindle (which I have in the Amazon leather cover with light). The main compartment is big enough to accomodate snacks, my camera and have space left over for any small souvenirs. The front outside section has a nice assortment of slots and pockets to accomodate tissues, lip balm, pens/pencils and other odds and ends. The bag of the bag has another slip pocket that is very convenient for stashing tickets so that they don't end up lost in the main area.
Cons: I wish the strap had a cushioned pad attached because the bag can get heavy if you fill it to capacity (especially with a water bottle and such), and I've found it starts to cut into my shoulders when I'm not wearing a jacket or sweatshirt. The front flap is only secured by velcro, so I'm hesistant to store anything of value in the front section, which is a shame because there is a lined pocket that would be ideal for storing my iPod but I don't want it in a pocket that isn't secured by a zipper. The front velcro closure was the feature that kept this from being a 5 star bag for me.
Bonus: With the special edition of the Donner Bag, you get a Everyday Shopper Bag included, which is a good deal since the regular edition doesn't come with this.

I bought this bag for an upcoming trip through France. I looked for a while for something that would hold up to some abuse, had enough pockets in the right places for things like maps, water bottles, sunglasses, camera, wallet, etc. but that was also reasonably stylish. This is the perfect answer! I got the orange & brown one and it's even cuter in person. My only criticism is the main zippered opening (on top) is smaller than I expected 9.5" is ample but I somehow expected it to be wider in proportion to the bag. Overall, I love this and can't wait to put it to use. (I expect this will become my everyday bag stateside, too.)Update: (5/10/11)
I've since added the National Geographic NG A7300 Shoulder Pad to prevent the strap from digging into my shoulder when I really weight the bag down. It had the added benefit of protecting my shoulder from fabric burn when I swing the bag from front to back. Great addition and I now love this bag even more.
Update #2: (9/10/11)
This bag has become my all time favorite bag. The side pockets are so handy (water bottle, sunglasses, umbrella, etc.) and the interior is ample without making the bag too bulky. And the bonus shopping bag is cute, practical and always with me! After 6 months of hard use traveling and just on daily errands, the only thing that I am unhappy with is I caught the label (the decorative piece on the flap) on something and it ripped 1/2 way off. As soon as I can figure out how to fix it so it doesn't flap in the wind, I will as I still love this bag and I whole-heartedly recommend it.
Update #3 (7/5/13)
Still going strong. I've been on 2 more international trips with this bag including a rainforest plus I use it daily stateside. I also ran it through the wash a few times. (Cold water in a big delicates bag so the strap didn't get tangled.) It's going strong and looks great. (And I used fabric glue to glue the decorative flap down that popped up. Now you can't even tell it ripped.)

I'm a bag junkie and have been known to dream up a bag for certain uses but without any good sewing skills they remain that.. just a dream. Enter this bag. I received 3 diaper bags for gifts but found them too big and awkward for our daily running about town. Now that I have a toddler this bag is perfect and would be perfect for baby too. I wear it cross body and I can carry both of our drink cups, my wallet, keys (Love the strap to attache them to!), lipstick/balm Kindle, cell phone, gum, PLUS the large compartment in the top for my childs diapering (cloth or disposable) necessities, snacks, toys and reusable shopping bags and still have a bit of room left over. The outside side pockets will hold bottled waters easily. The front organization pockets are great for quick access to essentials like my cell phone & keys. I use this with the large Overland Equipment Wallet. If you are comparing this to the "Auburn", this purse is a little larger. I recently used the "Auburn" on a trip to Germany & France, it was good. I wish I had purchased this bag instead. This purse has a zipper top, Auburn is just a snap close. Both will fit a nice sized DSLR camera, wallet, cell etc... I really like both the Donner and Auburn bags, but I see me purchasing the Donner again, in the near future, in another color!Dakine Interval Pack

I have just one small complaint. Without a "front" pocket, it would have been nice to have some elastic bands or small slide-in pockets in the main compartment.
And though I don't skateboard, I think the skateboard straps can come in handy for other things you might want to attach.
Baggallini Messenger Bag
I don't have any clanging zippers, but did find that the adjustable strap keeps slipping through the metal holder (I like the bag at waist length, close to the body, and the strap is long), perhaps because the nylon it is made of is so smooth. I solved this by getting a cheap metal barrette and closing it around the strap right below the holder (it works!). Another interesting aspect is that the bag is a lot more comfortable to carry when slung over the right shoulder -not made for lefties! I'm a lefty, but this doesn't bother me.

I did a lot of research before deciding to purchase a Baggallini messenger bag; I wanted something roomy enough to carry books and various other items, but not as big or cumbersome as a regular messenger bag. The Baggallini fits the bill in both style and function. Like another reviewer of the same bag, I find that the shoulder strap slips, so the bag hangs lower than it should on a petite frame like mine, but this is not really a problem. The Baggallini has a LOT of room for a bag its size; multiple pockets and places to stash things, and I especially love the shoulder strap mobile phone 'pocket'. I can easily carry three medium-sized books and still have plenty of space for my wallet and other sundry items. I really like the mesh interior (a bright orange-red in the espresso bag) because it allows you to find things without having to rummage around. I also like the snap-on key ring holder; a bonus for someone who is continually losing their keys! I don't find that the zipper tabs make much noise; or if they do, I don't notice it. I am so taken with this bag that I will probably order a couple of others in different colours. I feel terribly stylish when I wear it.Read Best Reviews of Baggallini Messenger Bag Here
I bought this bag about two weeks ago in preparation for my trip to the UK at the end of December based on the great user reviews. I tested it out on a day trip to Disneyland a few days back and had a terrible time with it. My back was killing me! I realized that this bag was not made for short people at all! I adjusted the straps as tight as they could go, but the bag still hung way too low. I am 5'2" and it needs to be about 2 inches higher to fit perfectly and not cause any back pain. If you are taller this bag would be perfect. But if you are petite, I would recommend going to REI and testing out bags in person.I would have rated this two stars, but customer service was great and they are refunding my money.I bought this bag to replace the Ameribag I had purchased the year before. The Ameribag is advertised as being ergonomic, but I found that, being designed to be worn on one shoulder, it made my opposite shoulder rise to compensate for the weight of the bag. Over time, it caused me to walk crookedly, creating problems for my back. I decided to try the Baggalini Messenger Bagg so that I could sling it over one shoulder, but put the bulk of the bag in the front. My back pains have subsided, and I am walking much straighter now.
Totoro Backpack (S)
Element Men's Mohave 2.0
It seems to be well constructed, however the straps don't have much padding in them, so when the pack is full you definitely feel it because it does not have waist straps. The side pockets are prefect for carrying around little things like change, chapstick, ID cards, money, etc. The top pocket is a bit awkward to put this into and get things out of because the opening is small but the pocket is quite spacious. The small front pocket is essentially useless and not easily accessible when the backpack is full-I have small hands and have a hard time pulling things out of the front pocket so I can imagine how a man is going to be able to stick his hand in there.
Overall, I think the backpack is a pretty decent backpackI wouldn't go around raving about it, but it has done it's job so far.The purchase came on time and was just what we had expected it would be thanx. I would order it again

Very well made backpack. Pluses are that's it not huge, big enough for an overnight or daypacking, not so big it ends up half-empty and unbalanced as some of the other backpacks can be when you aren't using it for camping. Pockets are smaller, too, which is also a plus, since finding small things in long deep pockets is often more frustrating than useful. All the seams are well sewn, the straps are padded and reinforced remarkably well, zipper pulls are solid all in all its exactly what I was looking for. This backpack works so great I still use it to go to school and it holds up really good had for about 4 months and its still the same condition basically.Arc'teryx Blade 30 Backpack

EnteraLite Infinity Super-Mini Backpack for EnteraLite Feeding Pumps
Here's why I love it:
1)It securely and dependably keeps his pump, feed bag, and exess tubing in place.
2)It's easy to get everything in place properly without fuss or struggle.
3)It's sized and engineered perfectly for even very young patients...about as soon as they're stable walkers, this backback is reasonable for them. My son weighes just 20 lbs, is 1 1/2 years old, and handles the filled backpack well. He wears it both while sleeping and at play, and it hinders neither. He can rough around on the playground just as easily and unbridled as any other kid his age. It is comfortable to him (I think he'd be quite opinionated about wearing it if it wasn't!), fastens easily and very securely. No matter how busy he is, no matter what he's doing (rolling, being upside-down, laying, running, etc!), it stays in place on his back without needing adjusted or fixed.
4)Surprisingly discreet! It doesn't scream medical paraphanalia. He gets a few compliments per errand run about his 'cute little backpack,' by strangers who seem to have no idea that it's a feeding pump (they often ask if he has toys or diapers or snackies in there...I suppose snackies is thereabouts accurate, though). Yeah, the end of the tubing inevitably peeks out a little slit and disappears under clothing a few inches later, but you're be AMAZED at how many people don't notice that. Bolous feeding in a restaurant gets you shy stares. Upon seeing him being bolous fed, the public seemed to identify him as a little guy to feel a little sorry for. The backpack surprisingly makes it much more secretive, because it looks like, well...just a backpack. Eventually neighbors asked why they see him so often with his backpack "Is it, like, his escutiry object or something?". They had no idea he was walking around with entaral equiptment. Makes it easier for him to be accepted as the fun, capable, busy liitle guy that he is, and not identified by his medical needs.
The ONLY complaint I have about it is although durable, the fabric gets a lot of fluffy little scuffy wispy strings pretty quickly, which makes it look more worn that it would look with a sturdier canvas. I assume that the upside is that this fabric used is somewhat easier to wipe clean in a pinch...not entirely but a bit less absorbant than your typical canvas backpack fabric, but I still think I'd prefer a bit sturder and wear-resistant yet still washable.
Overall? Love it, love it, love it, and I think my son agrees. He certianly prefers it by far over bolousing. When I found out that my baby"s pump had a back pack I was excited. It works really well for about 6 to 8 months then it starts to rip with tiny threads and then the whole back pack falls apart. My insurance has provided 3 so far but told it only covers 1. Otherwise its a great idea just not durable.
Buy EnteraLite Infinity Super-Mini Backpack for EnteraLite Feeding Pumps Now
When we changed insurance a while back the new insurance company didn't cover our old feeding pump and switched us to the Enteralite Infinity pump and it came with the super mini backpack because our son was 4 months old (however we didn't start using the backpack right away). The backpack is perfectly sized for the pump and feeding bag. The shoulder straps are super cushioned and it does have a nice quality clip on the front to help keep the backpack on. We didn't start really using the backpack until our son started crawling and it definitely helped us out so we didn't have to push or carry his feeding pump around with him while he was cruising and he was able to start wearing it around 6 months of age and it didn't seem to really give him any issues with being able to move around. With that being said; the material of the backpack itself is fairly cheap and does stain quite easily and this backpack doesn't hold up super well in the washing machine. If you do purchase this backpack I would suggest hand washing and hanging it up to dry or use a gentle, short cycle. The zipper on ours pulled apart on the main compartment and we were not able to fix or replace it because of how small this bag is and how it is assembled (we even tried taking it to a seamstress and we were told there was no way that they could fix it). The velcro that goes around the top of the feeding bag got weak over time and stopped supporting the weight of the bag so we started having more "no flow out" and "bag empty" alarms from the bag falling out of the velcro and the tubing becoming occluded. However, we where able to circumvent this issue by using the clip that is also attached at the top of the inside of the backpack to hold the feeding bag in place.
The picture on here doesn't show it but this backpack has two slits on either side of the smaller zipper compartment which allows you to pass the extension tubing through it. While this is nice for while the child is wearing the backpack it does make it a bit harder to take the backpack off the child because you have to disconnect the feeding tube, pull the extension out of the slit and then reconnect the child to continue feeding. We ended up just leaving the zipper unzipped enough to pass the extension tubing through there that way we could just pull the whole pump and feeding bag right out of the backpack without having to disconnect anything. The only other issue we has was the "chest clip" was so low on ours (or because our son was so small it just ended up really low) was that the chest clip would get caught underneath our son's gj tube and pull or get caught (neither of which seemed too comfortable).
All in all a decent backpack and definitely worth it if your insurance will pay for it; otherwise, you may be able to just do what we've done since our backpack fell apart. If your insurance will only cover one backpack like ours then we went to Babys R Us and found a child backpack harness for around $20. The one we found is just big enough to stick the pump and feeding bag and has the added bonus of being a harness so your child can walk around while you hold the harness or the tether strap can be removed so it is just a backpack.

JanSport Driver 8 Core Series Wheeled Backpack
This bag by JanSport, however, has been really awesome so far. It has two pretty sizable wheels that have good traction, and should stuff get wrapped up in there, it doesn't affect the way this bag handles in the least.
Another handy feature is it's handle. Before, I would have to fight with my bags because I would have to physically press down the handle if I had to climb stairs and whatnot, and often times it would just get stuck. Not fun at all. With this JanSport bag, you just press the button and there's no fighting back.
Also, my laptop fits well in the inside pocket provided it (Compaq Presario V3000). Exactly what I needed.

This is a great rolling backpack. I can fit 30 pounds of books in it and still roll it easily. It has good stability and plenty of pockets for my belongings. It also holds my laptop well and has padding to protect it. The downsides: It does not have little pockets for pen/pencils or small items, they just have to float on the bottom of your bag. Also it is pretty large so it is a little difficult to get through rows of desks at school, you need to sit toward the front.Read Best Reviews of JanSport Driver 8 Core Series Wheeled Backpack Here
This is our second Driver 8. My daughter has beat up the first one for 3 years and finally has managed to rip a hole in it with some sharp object. There was no thought about going to a different manufacturer -JanSport makes the highest quality pack out there. We know from experience: most of the others we've owned never made it through the school year, the handle and/or the zippers wearing out with daily use. After 3 years, this Driver 8's handle and zippers are in great condition, and the pack probably would have gone longer had it not been subjected to that sharp, pointed thing which should probably have not gone in there....(ahem).Anyway, I/we highly recommend JanSport in general and the Driver 8 in particular.
Want JanSport Driver 8 Core Series Wheeled Backpack Discount?
Purchased this rolling backpack after spending a few hours researching which one would serve my needs best and appeared to be the most durable yet economical. I didn't want to spend $200 for a backpack but I wanted something large and dependable. Well, this backpack definitely fills the bill. I have been using it daily for over a month and I absolutely love it. I have a number of books, notebooks, etc. that I must lug around for nursing school and with this backpack it's a breeze. It has a large storage capacity, very smooth wheels, and I really appreciate the long and adjustable length of the handle. Plus, you cannot beat the price here on Amazon for the brown one (it's attractive and was a little cheaper than the black one) and the lifetime warranty from Jansport sealed the deal for me. This item is my favorite purchase since I started nursing school. It has really saved my back and shoulders and I give it 5 stars.
