Nice bag for commuting on the subway/train to work. This bag can be worn over the shoulder so it hangs to the side or over your neck and shoulder so that it can be swung around the back. This is convenient for the subway when you might want to sit down, lean against a wall, stand by a pole, etc. The bag is also the right size for me. My 13.3"-wide laptop (HP EliteBook 8460) fits PERFECTLY in the padded laptop pocket. There's room for a papers/folders and even the laptop power brick and a bottle of water, if you want. Though if you put all these in there, it ruins the squared-off, modernist aesthetic of the bag (which I really like).

Another feature I really like is the zipper on the back that allows you to slot the bag securely onto your roller luggage. Believe me, it's so much easier to walk around the airport with this "personal item" on top of your roller luggage than having it hang off your shoulder.

The fabric is pretty waterproof and durable so far. The single buckle design makes it easy to get at the contents. While it's true that there's no zipper to seal up the main compartment, I don't have any problems with stuff falling out because I mainly put big things in there (papers, books, laptop, water bottle, power cords).

If there is one thing I would improve is to maybe add a shoulder pad to the strap. But the current strap is wide enough to be comfortable. Overall, very happy with this bag.

It is exactly the right size for my laptop and I love that it is so lightweight. The color is awesome.

Fits a lot of stuff and has a good compartment for a 13" inch laptop. For e.g., it can easily hold an iPad, laptop charger, wallet, an extra medium thickness book or two. The strap is wide to make it comfortable enough while carrying heavier load. The small compartments at front are open-top. So, are not so useful because the stuffs might drop. Thinking about it, I don't use those pockets that much.
