I love this bookbag! It is so pretty and nice looking. I use it for my electroncs like ipad, kindle, 3ds, etc. it isn't too big to swallow me up and make me look weird holding it which is easy to do as i'm a very small framed girl. The laptop part fits my 15mbp. And the straps and waist straps really help with the load. Best backpack I have bought in a while. My last was the Neff Downtown pack, but it was too big on me. I carry this everywhere!
This bag was to replace another which finally fell apart after much use. This one is even better. There is a place for everything and plenty of space in the middle. It is soft and comfortable. I would recommend this bag to anyone who wants a super purse/backpack.

I bought this as a gift for my mom because she needed a new purse & she likes the backpack kind. After only a month or two, the zippers came apart along the seams. The fabric the zippers are mounted on is so thin it couldn't stand up to normal everyday wear-&-tear. It also doesn't seem like it's real leather as the description claims. I was so disappointed. Her previous purse lasted about 8 years before the zippers failed & the liner ripped. Definitely don't buy this as a daily purse.
My granddaughter is a big fan of Icarley. She was very excited by the backpack, it was also in her favorite colors. I am very impressed with the durability and spacious interior. The only thing I would change is to make it a rolling backpack.
I don't know why, maybe the pictures, but I was expecting a little heavier nylon material. This nylon is extremely thin and everything is single stitched. I wouldn't expect this pack to handle anything more than very light duty use. But when you factor in the price, it's still a great deal. Would be a great pack for someone who only did 1 or 2 short trips a year or a young person who would out grow it.
Completely waterproof. Now, I can pop this in my pannier (not waterproof) and feel confident that my computer will be safe! My 15" MacBook Pro fits perfectly!

This backpack fits me well as I am not quite 5 ft. tall. It is shore and very lightweight. It is a good choice if you don't have much to haul on a day to day basis. I ride the bus to work and have to walk some so it works great for me. I especially like the easy to adjust straps which make it easy to get on and off. My 13 inch computer fits in it perfectly.
The size and quality is all I expected, and more.

Owned many laptops and various bags over the last 20 years and this is hands down the best bag I have ever owned. I have an Asus G74S that's a beast to haul around. I run youth events, DJ, and obviously take this bag and Asus wherever I go. I'll start with the pros. Space, # of internal and external compartments, quality, padding, zippers...I love this bag. I keep my mouse, firewire converter, DV Camera, Ipad 2, and all my cables...along with pens, binder, and on the long days, drinks and snacks. On the downside...I would say none. Originally, the primary enclosure for the laptop was tight, but with use, the G74 slides in perfectly. I believe the G74 is one of the largest laptops in the market. Great for starting kindergarten in the fall. Sturdy, lots of room for lunch box, books, even a change of clothes.
I concur with the review of the delivery system. We bought these for the new design (1/4 turn lock is very nice), but we both were surprised to run dry only 2 hours into our ride. Then, we discovered there was water left, but we couldn't get to it because of the wing design. Terrible for biking, might work okay for running. I did like having the water lower on my back, just wish that the bladder emptied better.

I can't speak to the other reviewers' IQ or ability to read directions, however the octane lr comes with two handy straps located conviently by the hips. These straps as the directions states "compress the reservoir" so that flow of water is stable and continuous. I my self followed these instructions and am consistently able to get the reservoir bone dry every use. Pros: Bought the Octane LR 70 oz to keep me hydrated for some summertime training runs. I previously used some waist belts, but found them a bit obtrusive. This was my first Camelbak I've owned or even used, but it seems to do as well as advertised. Overall, this model is very lightweight and fits very comfortably. I like the even distribution of the water across the lower lumbar region. Numerous straps allow for continued on-the-fly adjustment of fit as your supply dwindles. The extra zipper pockets come in handy for gels, phone, or whatever you'd like that is of reasonably small size. But I think that packing a large poncho would push the limits of its storage. I chose this model for long bicycle rides on gravel roads and it perfomed optimally. The reservior shifts some of the weight lower on my back and nearer the hips, which reduced fatigue on my shoulders. The side pockets allow for easy access to food or other items normally stored in back jersey pockets (although I was still able to reach into the back pockets of my jersey, surprisingly). There is a small pocket on one of the chest straps which also allows for easy access to small items while on the go. I highly recommend the Octane.
If your person loves Merida this bag and matching lunchbox is a must have. It is big enough to hold everything for school or daycare.

I have owned this version of the North Face backpack for several years. I found it to be a great product for use in both a college setting and also on some pretty rigorous trips (Egypt, Palestine, Haiti, etc).
My daugther used it 3 times and the first strap came out, I sewed it. 2 weeks later the other trap broke, I sewed it. 2 1/2 weeks after that the handle loop broke. Need I say more... Really cute but definately not made very well. Ashame because my daughter loved it. :(
The quality is horrible!! It fell apart after 4 months of random use. I wasted my money on this purchase! The bag is smart and useful though.

I've had this bag for a little over a month now and this bag is great. It looks awesome (got some compliments from the gym) and seems to have solid construction and quality parts. I use it primarily for brazilian jiujitsu so it is more than adequate to fit a gi (or two) just as a backpack. There's a lined pocket on the top which is great for valuables. There are two side pockets one for miscellaneous things such as mouth-guards and toiletries and the other with an insulated lining which is great to keep drinks cold and food hot. The convertible duffle bag feature makes this bag pretty versatile if you need to store more gear for MMA or things of that nature. I can see this bag being great for travel especially for backpacking. A separated vented pocket for your damp clothes and items makes this bag different from most and promotes good hygiene. Bag has great storage space but I'm not a fan of the material it is made of. I am waiting to see how this bag holds up over time. My old bad boy bag made out of GI material lasted me 10 yrs. lets see how this bag holds up. The design is great. Just wondering about the "plasticky" material.

Bought this for my son and he is 3 years old and he always wants to carry his toys and snacks when he is out, so this is perfect for him. Mono is his favorite character and he loves this bag. Size-wise I think it is good for kids between 3-6, but the material is not that strong, it is kinda thin and not very supportive. So it you put in a water bottle, it will change the shape of the bag easily. The straps are not very comfortable. After a lot of research and comparison, I replaced a Swissgear pack with this Mobile Edge Evo. It is very well made. The only complaint is that I miss having a dedicated laptop zipper and slot for more direct access. What I do like is it is relatively short, which is good for people under 6', but is not narrow, so still has good capacity. It also tapers at the top, bottom, and sides, and fits close to the body, so I find it much less prone to knocking into people and objects when wearing it. The tapered bottom makes it harder to stand upright, but it is a good trade-off for me after my old flat bottom pack that stuck out a foot behind me.

I used this pack for a 10-day trip to Germany. I felt that my personal items were very secure. The fabric is supposed to be slash proof. I assume it is , but I can't say for sure, as no one tried to slash my bag (thankfully!) This pack has 2 compartments: the main compartment and a front pocket. Both compartments zip up to close. When closed, the zipper pulls (which are some type of metal wire) can be clipped to the bag. This would make it VERY difficult for someone to unzip your bag without you knowing. Also, when closed, the zippers are hidden (under fabric or mesh), so presumably a would-be-thief wouldn't see them right away. After you zip/close the main compartment, there are 2 straps that can be closed over the zipper on each side, so even if a thief began to unzip this bag, the straps would stop the zipper's progress. There is also a chest strap that you can close so no one can pull this pack off of your body. There are 2 outside mesh pockets on each side of the pack for water bottles, etc. This was very convenient. The shoulder straps and chest strap can be adjusted.

I have owned 2 previous day packs and I think this one is a good size and solid construction for a day trip. It has padding in the back for comfort and laptop/iPod cushioning, but no interior pockets or slots in which to slip one of these devices, nor for small electronics like an MP3 or cell phone. Instead, I used a couple of ziplock bags as interior "pockets" for small items. Side slots were sturdy and held a large water bottle, large glasses case, umbrella, etc. Exterior front zipper pocket was large enough for a couple of zipper bags, cell phone, small notepad, document case, etc. The straps unhook at the bottom to allow you to attach the pack to a luggage rack on a train. When we were forced to check the pack at museums or train stations, we put the valuables we couldn't carry in this day pack, and attached a luggage lock, in hopes no one would have the energy to bother with it. I did feel like the several security features added a bit more peace of mind than an average backpack, but no pack will discourage a determined pickpocket for long, so remain on your guard. Also, due to the cushioning on the back, you will NOT be able to fold this pack under your arm like a purse, (in order to avoid checking it at museums that require you do so). I bought this pack for a trip to Quito, Ecuador, which has a high theft & pickpocketing rate. Had no problems. Now I use it regularly as a carry-all bag at home in the US. It has held up well. It's quite comfortable but would be more so if there were a waist strap--even just a small one (especially when riding my bicycle, this pack slides around a lot). It's not very big but it is sufficient for most uses.
Such a nicely made diaper bag. It is very roomy and stylish. I only gave it four stars due to the fact that it can not be zipped on top, there is a magnet that keeps it secure, but not secure enough that if it dumps on its side things don't fall out. Worth the money that was spent on it though!
