Overall, its a nice backpack. Its not plastic & cheap material, its durable. Only complaint my 12 yr old (girl) had was there could be more zipper compartments inside the smaller zipper portion of the backpack. Other than that, the size is perfect & she loves it! Great buy.

LOVE how padded the shoulder straps are and the pockets are DEEP. Has plenty of room for my 2nd grader's things (lunch box, 1" binder, library book and a Pokemon binder). He's definitely the star of the school w/this backpack!
