i've had this umbrella for a few weeks and so far it works pretty well. it is compact enough to carry in a bag but a little bit heavy to carry around on its own. the auto open feature works great. the auto close only works sometimes (which seems to be the case with all 'auto close' umbrellas based on other reviews). i have really small hands so the ergonomic handle does not fit quite right. it would probably be fine for people with average-size hands.
My granddaughter is a big fan of Icarley. She was very excited by the backpack, it was also in her favorite colors. I am very impressed with the durability and spacious interior. The only thing I would change is to make it a rolling backpack.
I bought this backpack as part of our 72-hour emergency kit. The large capacity is perfect for storing a lot of essentials like water, food, radio, batteries, flashlights, and personal toiletries. I like the smaller pockets, as I can sort small items into them and not worry about losing them amongst the larger items in the main compartment. I haven't tried carrying it around much, though, so I can't comment on its comfort.
This is a roomy bag with a enough pockets for everything you may need on a trip. The number of pockets, slots for credit cards, pens, etc. make it a good choice for travel. The zippered areas gave you many choices to stow items. The enhanced security of the bag is the main reason I bought it. I was able to carry a water bottle, and other items easily. I can't figure out if the finish of the fabric is what makes it look sort of crinkled or the stiff underlayer. I took it everywhere on my vacation, and it did well until the tiny screws that held the plate around the clasp fell off. I did return the bag to Magellan, and I am still waiting for my replacement or repair.

It is ok for just carrying your laptop, however, there isn't any protection for it. It just simply provides you with the ability to carry it. Would I recommend this product, if all your looking for is the ability to transport, then it is ok, otherwise I would not.
I bought this bag about two years ago. It is amazing, especially for the price. I work offshore on a boat and sometimes have to do boat to boat transfers that can soak our bags. My stuff stays dry in this bag (probably not the choice for full immersion, I have true dry bags for kayak trips, etc.). I was surprised by how good the quality of the stitching, zippers, fabric, etc. was, considering it was about 1/3 or less of the price of a North Face bag, which I was really considering hard. It's a good sized bag, but if not stuffed totally full I've got it on as carry on luggage many times (flexible bags fit more places, ya'know). Anyway, I don't post reviews very often, but love this bag!!!

Big enough, good looking enough for all sort of occasions. Didn't get to use it for rainy day just yet. Wait till summer and I will be using this bag solely for the beach. Will update my review later on, That's why it's only 3 star for now.
I contacted the company before purchasing to get some info on the bag since there was only 1 picture available. I received a reply the same day and ordered the bag via Amazon. When I unpacked it it seemed good utilitarian, light, and the right size for a 2 day business trip. Once I packed the bag the stitching attaching the shoulder strap tore on one side the first time I picked it up. The tear exposed the metal backing but since I needed to leave for the airport I didn't have time to repack. The bag survived the trip but obviously it isn't a quality product.

I purchased this to match my other 3 SOC bags and love it just as much. I have stuffed it full with 5 uniforms and had no issues. It does get a bit tight folding up but once closed and strapped, it doesn't go anywhere. The backpack straps are a big bonus as well, I find myself using those more than the shoulder strap.
I have looked and looked for a comfortable backpack purse to use during my travels and this is the one. It is the perfect size to fit my IPad, camera, sunglasses, a bottle of water, and my travel documents. There are also two side pockets and several inside pockets for my smaller items. My only complaint was that the leather left brown marks on my white hiking shirt but they washed out and the purse is definitely a 5-star.

This luggage set looks good but that's where the appeal ends. I have owned this product about two months and used it twice. It's now ready for the trash as the shell has already broken from cracks and punctures due to airport handling and cold temperatures. The shell materials appears carbon fiber like but is actually a thin fiberglass material that is made brittle buy the cold of jet cargo holds where it easily shatters. I purchased the B/w Hounds tooth pattern in the JanSport messenger bag and it's OK. It's well contructed and seems durable and I got compliments about the bag, but it was a little larger than I expected and there are not enough zipped pockets to organize things. If you want things organized in a bag, this is not the bag you want. The two small pockets on the inside of the bag should have had zippers on them and the two storage pockets for pens/pencils were too narrow to put anything in. The inside of the bag should have also had a zipper across the top and the large zipped pocket at the front should have been broken up into 2 or 3 smaller zipped pockets. The largeness of the outer pocket just made it hard to find anything you put in there. I have a heck of a time looking for my mp3 player, cellphone and transit passes if I put anything else in there...which I usually do. Everything keeps spilling out of there if you're not careful. Bottom line is this bag looks nice, and is well constructed but needs to be redesigned for better organization.

As an older woman returning to college I did not really want to carry a backpack. This bag is large enough to carry my laptop when needed, three or four large paperback text books and a binder. There is a small, mesh pocket inside that holds my large graphing calculator and pencils. This is a good deal for a pretty decent quality laptop bag. I had previously bought another one double the price of this which I retuned in favor of this bag. Lots of little pockets it's great. Bought it for my teenage daughter.
This carries my Zenbook 15.6" ultrabook and ipad2 (along with cables and AC adapters) as well as papers, documents, folders, pens, etc. wonderfully. The only small problem I noticed is a small squeak when it is under a full load. Other than that, this is a tough, rugged, and professional looking bag that does what it promises.

Bag is very well organized and light. Works very well with my 15-inch laptop and ASUS tablet. Plenty of pockets for storage of pens, thumbdrives, USB mouse, etc. A must-own for people with multiple mobile computing devices.

We were a bit disappointed in the quality of the backpack. The material is rather thin and the zippers do not seem very sturdy. I purchased this bag as a companion piece to the messenger bag that I have in the same pattern. It is roomy and I can fit two wallets, two newspapers, my lunch and still have room. The one thing I do not like which is why I give this 3 stars is that the top is zippered closed and then you pull it shut with the strings. That was in the product description, but it turns out that the zipper is small, ackward, and an absolute pain to work,sometimes you can't get it together and it separates. You cannot just close it with the strings, someone could easily reach their hand inside and grab your wallet, so closing it with just the strings on a CTA bus or a Metra train is not a good idea. I searched high & low to find a backpack with wheels that I could use as a carry-on bag on small commuter planes. I need to fit some camera gear (Nikon D3S with attached 70-200mm lens, plus a couple other small lenses, speedlights, and odds-n-ends) and a 15" lapop too. It seemed every bag with wheels was gigantic except this one. The video made it look pretty small... I loved the burgundy color and the sizenot too big, but still fit what I needed for classes. However, because I was using it to carry books and for light travel, after two months the seam on the side ripped and the handle on top came off. Easy to fix, but annoying.
