The color looks just like what is pictured. I really like the texture of the case. It's thick enough that I feel like my laptop is safe, but not too thick where I can't fit it into my backpack. There's no additional pocket for your charger or any other cords, but I have just put it in there loose on top of my computer & it works fine. The case itself is strechy enough to do that.
This laptop sleeve is awesome. It's got just enough padding to actually be firm on its own (i.e. it doesn't flop all over when it's empty). It comes with a handy microfiber cloth for your screen. I bought a hard, color shell for my Macbook, and the whole thing STILL fits in this case. (And if I am careful, I can also get the cord in there, too.) The material on the case is a great texture, because it doesn't slide everywhere, but when I pull it out of a packed backpack or travel bag, it doesn't stick to everything. Overall, I am exceptionally pleased with this item. :)
Received luggage prior to a trip the UK. Thrilled with the materials and look of the bags but upon arrival in London two of the four bags developed problems with the retractible handles. They would not retract into bags. Very disappointed and would not purchase from this manufactor again.

I like this backpack overall, but I am compelled to give it only two stars because A) it has different colors from the one shown on these pictures (yes, it's woodland, but the one I received has much brighter yellow-greenish tone) and B) seller either intentionally or by mistake omitted the size & dimensions info (the backpack isn't as big as it may seem on the picture).
Bought it for my 5 year old niece and she really loves it. It is super cute and the front material is very soft and smooth which I really love it, the color is bright. It is bigger than I thought.
Cheaply made! The bottom wore out quickly and the zippers are very flimsy. My 1st grader only carried a folder and a library book in it and it wore out the bottom so thin you can see through it. You get what you pay for, I guess!
I have carried a fanny pack instead of a purse to keep my hands free since my (now 20 year old) son was a toddler. I paid over $130 for my first high-quality leather pack. I found the Piel pack at a leather shop years later when trying to replace the first, rather tattered, one. I've owned four of the Piel packs since. The three pockets (one in the back), dual metal zip and arrangement and size of the pockets are perfect for everything I carry, and they LAST. They are usually scratched, stained, and unsightly, not worn, when I replace them (2-3 years with no maintenance). The inside pockets are cloth and have never failed, zippers are plastic or nylon, but pulls are metal, they have also never failed, neither has the stitching or smooth leather. Perfect for the traveler to keep essentials handy, I've only had it counted as my "3rd" bag once while boarding the plane, and I travel a LOT. I'm buying one in each color this trip.

I bought this backpack because my son's other Batman backpack bit the dust. This backpack is bigger than I expected. The previous backpack I purchased at Walmart for about $15-$20 and it was smaller. In this backpack, I am able to fit his lunch, shoes, snow pants, and a book. It also offers outer pockets for additional items, like his hat, gloves, notes to teacher, etc. Now if this backpack lasts more than a year, which seems to be the going rate for backpacks, I'll give this five stars. My son could care less. He loves it.

I travel every week for business, so I need a suitcase that is roomy, lightweight, and that is small enough that I never have to check luggage. I replaced a 15 year old suitcase with this and am thrilled! The main for buying this carry on was to get a four-wheeled one and the correct size for American Airlines. Unfortunately, the four wheels don't roll as they should. First time in a airport, it did just fine; I was able to have it roll on my side. But after my first flight, it wouldn't roll well on the aircraft aisle. I thought it was the flooring, but the wheels kept wobbling making it impossible to roll it on my side. It looks like the wheels just can't get aligned on the right direction. The only way to roll it was to push it on front of me or drag it from the back. I could understand after many flights this happening, but not before I even got off the plane on my first flight with it! I was hesitant to buy a new bag after having a few cheap-ies die on me (usually its the wheels that go first in my experience, especially if you have to do some walking with your bag, to get cabs, and so on).
Best carry-on I have found for the price. The hardware is serious especially the wheels they look like skateboard wheels! Strongly recommend for any type of travel.
Disappointed with this backpack. The front decal, which was slightly raised to give 3-D effect, came off within a day of arriving. Poor quality has completely dampened my enthusiasm for this item.

This is my second McKlein USA bag and I am pleased once again. It's a beautiful bag and I get compliments about once a week. The quality is top-notch and not only is it attractive but also very durable. I generally carry it over my shoulder and the handle is plenty long enough to be comfortable for my 5'9 frame. The front pocket has a nice organizer. My only complaint is that it could be a little bit deeper in order to accomodate more easily my medium sized water bottle. This bag is more of a streamline breifcase so if you plan on lugging a bunch of stuff around, this is not the bag for you.
