This is a great bag!I get complements on this it is wonderful leather (5 stars there)
The real ding on the 5th star is due to the clasp on the belt part. The leather loops through but there is no way to "secure" once adjusted and it slowly slips while I am walking.
Today I accidentally closed the strap in the car door and broke the clasp (DOH) I think I can replace it if I find the right size. Maybe I can contact Piel Leather for a replacement part it is not the part that is sewn on...
But I am also back to order another as a gift these really are worth the money!

I sent a request to eBaggs to see if I could order the clasp I shut in the car door.
They apologized that they do not sell parts... But reminded me that they "unconditionally guarantee all merchandise sold by eBags for 60 days"
OK so I "could" be a slime and return it but that was really nice of them and I want to support a business that is so thoughtful so I will figure out a way to replace the broken part.
I guess I deserve the idiot tax for having closed the clasp in the car door!

another Update so I did hey are sending a replacement clasp they are charging only S&H
Meanwhile I have ordered TWO more on just like this (requested by my neighbor and one a size up it is a bigger version and has the same clasp but an additional metal buckle that you use to adjust. That solves the issue of the flapping end.
