Maybe its just me but this stuff is expensive!!! I am still giving a 5 star because they do provide you with the two large breakable pieces of foam which is a plus. The foam was easy to tear and my camera case looks wonderful because of it. I would reccomend using a razor blade to help you cut the foam though!

I just got this bag in the mail today so this is just an initial review until its been tried and tested some more. My first impression is that it is a durable backpack. It easily fits my rather large 15x10 inch laptop in a nice padded velvet pocket. In fact I really see no need to put an extra case around your laptop when you have it in this pack. Even with my laptop it still has plenty of room to spare. I can easily fit three days worth of clothes and bathroom supplies in the bag with the laptop (I'm a male by the way haha).

quality wise this is a great backpack, and i love the laptop compartment as it is its own separate compartment rather than a pocket. This keeps the laptop flush on your back and more comfy then it moving around inside. also very durable and and great in all weather conditions. very ergonomic too
fits iPad, accessories, office do-dads and 8.5 by 11 paper pad. Still some room left over. iPad gets carried in a sling system so that it will survive an accidental drop. Everything else is top Briggs Riley quality. Some wish items: 1) the bag bottom could have used a different material with a little more hard foam and rubber bottom. The front flap closure system could have been something other than clips that take two hands to open/close.
Very nice quality and more than enough pockets to provide for ample storage space. Haven't used it yet but plan to look good when I do.

The backpack is not stiff like other new backpacks and, yet, it is very sturdy. It is long and roomy but compact,so quite comfortable and no bulk.It has elastic bands that hold the folded straps so you don't have excess strap sticking out everywhere. The material is pliant and thick and it has a nice lining all throughout the inside. It is a pretty, bright red pack and quite girly with it's baby blue threads and clips. This backpack is of far better quality than the North Face Recon that I owned previously. This backpack is very small in depth so it can't fit a lot of books. If you want a bigger backpack this is not the one.
the features on the bag are great, but the overall size is a little smaller than I expected. I really like the vented shoe pouch but when you put shoes in it it takes up so much internal bag space that it doesn't leave much space for much else inside the bag. all in all I like the bag I just wish it was a little bigger like some of the Nike bags that I've seen.
Got this pack for my 17" macbook pro. It's a bit loose so I use a neoprene sleeve as well. The side pocket zip is awesome access for the laptop. The main pocket could use a little more organization, but I suppose that wouldn't make it a "rucksack" as much. The lack of padding in the straps I think is beneficial in that you don't have to worry about the padding wearing thin or become lopsided because of overuse from heavy loads, like being fully packed with the weight of a 17" computer, ipad, cables, adapters and other things. The ether grey/red combo is just as pictured, very nice looking. I was just a little surprised about the gray on the top cover--it looks like a dark grey denim print more than solid, but not a major fashion complaint. It is a bit more of a manly touch.
I love the backpack, not so much the color. It holds a lot inside of it and it makes it easy

This backpack has, so far, withstood the abuse of my high school freshman son in and out of the car a bit of dragging tossing and kicking, without even a scuff! We usually go through several backpacks a year. Don't think it will happen this year.
This backpack is perfect for school. It has enough room for books without being obnoxiously huge. The inside pockets in the large compartment for pens and small items is nice for keeping things at hand and organized. The padding at the bottom of the laptop pocket is wonderful to prevent damage. Only minor complaint is that I thought it was white and it's more of a really light grey, but it still looks nice. :)
It matches my HP laptop EXACTLY!!! The inside feels like the inside of a brand new sweatshirt and the front pouch fits my cord and mouse perfectly (And zips shut) Only thing that would be nice would be if it had a shoulder strap

it's pretty much the same as all the other "fanny" packs i have gotten. it was comfortable during my half marathon, but it got soaking wet (mostly due to the rain) and became much heavier to wear than i had expected.
I received this product on the second day. First thoughts on the 30L bag: very well made, nicely stitched, seems very sturdy, no funny chemical smells, and has a 100% water proof exterior (I soaked the bag in water to check if there was any leakage/water coming inside... No water leakage). Take in mind that you are rolling up the top and attaching the ends together with a clip/buckle and not some type of Ziploc system. If you do not make a good seal on this portion, your items inside will eventually get wet. Realistically though, I'm sure you're not taking this thing underwater diving, so for heavy rain, dropping the bag into water, or laying the bag down on some snow; your items will remain dry. For more room and less of a seal, roll the top a couple times, for less room, but more water protection, roll the top more times. 5 stars and exactly what I needed.

First, I have to say the customer service at GearOutHere is second to none. I bought this bag and got a dud. The seller was so upset I received a bad product, he offered to replace it free of charge, even though i was beyond the Amazon return window. The bag itself is great, as advertised, i just had an issue with the straps. Replacement bags were great and quality was excellent. When I need my wool shirt, down jacket or vest,suntan lotion, hunting knife, compass, and other personal gear, I know where it's at and it's dry, rain or shine.I used this to carry my books to school because it's been raining and book-bags always let water in and make my notebooks wet. So I carry about 2-3 notebooks, a laptop, my lunch, and a small pencil-case to school. The right strap just ripped off after a few days after receiving this. This bag doesn't have the same transition ease as the TYR but there is a pocket for everything and the construction is very good. Doesn't take a thousand straps to hold everything together like the TYR product. I really like the vault for your bike computer, glasses, etc... The wet suit storage is amazing. No more swinging wet suit! The only thing that is missing from the bag is a hip belt to take the weight off your shoulders. An added plus would be a cell phone pocket on either the shoulder straps or the previously mentioned missing hip belt.

there's a pocket for everything, I have all the stuff i want with me when i go ride and i know where everything is, after my ride i throw my sweaty gear in the vented pocket underneath, put my shades in the sun glass pocket and grab my recovery drink from the outside bottle pocket and I'm good to go. You can tell that they have really put some thought into this bag every detail is great, the handles that double as shoulder straps are comfy and handy, I love the vented sweaty clothes pocket, the sunglasses pocket was initially too small for the case of my Radar Switch lock glasses, but oh wait they have made it so that you can take the protective insert out of the pocket so it can fit larger glasses cases. they really have through of everything and the quality is great. the only thing that's a bit of a pain but there is no getting around is that if you stick your shoes in the shoe pocket and say, your camel bak in the opposite pocket, there really isn't a whole lot of room in the main pocket, particularly if you use the awesome helmet pocket. but really unless they found a way to defy physics there is no way around this.Read Best Reviews of OGIO Endurance 9.0 27" Duffel Here
I love this bag. Large separate vented area for wet / dirty clothes. Large main compartment for main gear. 2 side compartments, 1 big enough for 2 pairs of shoes. A hard case area for things like GPS watch, MP3, earphones etc. A cell phone hard shell area. You can carry it like a duffle bag or wear it like a back pack. The only down sides (and this is very minor) is it might actually have too many pockets. I can't find anything to use the smaller side nutrition etc pockets for. I took this through an airport and somehow black grease from the luggage belt got smeared on the white part. I couldn't scrub it off. I regret buying white.
Don't put a sack of potatoes in it, but I believe this bag's quality could take it. I really like this nice looking and well made bag. Perfect size, not too small, area at top with strong fish netting vents damp clothing or towels if you left the beach or gym. I ball it up and use it with my larger tote bag if I expect to leave the car with less stuff.
