Disney Cars I Am Speed Large Rolling Backpack

I ordered a Disney Pixar Cars 17" Rolling Backpak from this seller through Amazon on 12/13/10. I received a 12" x 10" no wheels backpack instead. I've tried to get in touch with them ever since and no one answers the phone, mailbox always full, I sent e-mail and no one has responded. You can call 100 times a day, they don't answer. I only put 1 star to be able to leave the review otherwise I'd rate it 0 stars. Don't think twice, don't order from them.

I order this item. It is a Christmas item. On the Wednesday before Christmas, I got the item from Orangeonions. It was not what I ordered. It was a very small, non-rolling school backpack. I tried calling, can't reach Orange Onions, all of their 3 options, after a long wait, have a full mailbox. You are told to call back. Why would you? You can not speak with anyone. I sent an e-mail. I contacted Amazon.com. No one can help me. My advise to you, do not buy from this seller.
