This was purchased to hold medical supplies for a youth baseball team. There is plenty of room for a large first aid kit, several boxes of ace bandages and a couple of dozen ice packs. The one con, if it matters to you, is that the small side pocket is about 6"x8", big enough for a wallet and keys but not much else. Wash carefully, gentle cycle, no bleach, etc. I recommend this item.

Just came back from traveling for a week and a half and let me tell you, having a this as a carry-on was the best decision I made. It's pretty large, around 45 linear inches but I was able to fit a lot of clothes and a suit. I got the khaki and it's pretty much the same as you see it on screen. The only negative was the small pocket in the front, pretty pointless.

The Liberty Bags Large Square Duffel is a rugged bag that comes in a variety of colors and measures 23 1/2" x 11 1/2" x 11". Handles on the sides connect at the top with a velcro strap for comfort. A removable shoulder strap is also provided.

Access to the bag is through a zipper on the top. A small zippered side pocket is useful for carrying items you want to keep handy without placing them in your pockets -for example, a small flashlight, mp3 player, ear buds, energy bar, or Advil. A small TSA-compliant padlock could be used to secure the main compartment, but is not included.

Airline restrictions vary. While it is possible the bag may be rejected for exceeding carry-on size restrictions, I have not encountered that problem. Nor have I had difficulty in squeezing the duffel under airplane seats.

As advertised. Looks nice. Strap is comfortable and stays put. I wanted something minimalist for just transporting a small laptop, a few papers/folders, and the power supply to and from work. This fits that purpose fine.

I didn't want a plain old black laptop bag, I wanted something more artsy. So, I ordered this bag but I was a bit disappointed because even though the design is very nice, the size of the bag is definitely a sleeve-fit. It's very snug. The neoprene material is nice, the handle is somewhat secure, but I also wanted to put my other hand under the bag just in case the handle breaks off. There's an outside pocket with a zipper but it is very small. You can't really fit much in it, maybe squeeze in the power cord. It's a challenge trying to squeeze in my Mac power cords, flash drives, pens and a small notebook. The bag is not lined so there's no structure; the shape holds but it's flimsy-soft. This bag will only fit the Macbook Pro 13" if that's all you want to bring. Otherwise, you have to take your power cords and other small items in a separate bag.

I ordered this exact laptop carrying case for my Sony laptop, and I love the way it looks. The carrying strap is very comfortable. My problem is it wasn't as durable as I thought it would be. Just from putting my laptop in the case, the bottom corners started to get holes in them where the fabric was worn away from the inside within the first month and a half. It's very pretty and comfortable, but I wish it would last longer.

Incipio MacBook 11-inch feather Ultralight Hard Shell Case - Matte Iridescent Teal

I got this cover 3 days ago. I did a lot of research on it, the speck satin shell, and the incase perforated. I chose against the speck because it did not have vents in the bottom and I was really concerned about a case causing my new macbook air to overheat which is apparently a common complaint. I think the incase design is a good bet, but in the end the fact it is ugly, has a lot of holes for dust, a $60 price tag, and several unprotected spots led me to choose the incipio feather.

I did this in spite of countless reviews complaining about fingerprints being a big detractor. Well, my only complaint with the incipio is, low and behold, the fingerprint problem. I didn't think it would be that bad, but it is really, really bad. In addition to fingerprints, it also collects dust which doesn't wipe away very easily.

However, in the end I'm still pretty happy with it. If you have a macbook air you pretty much have to get a hardshell case and there aren't that many good options yet. If it weren't for the overheating problem the speck would have probably been the better bet, but with a major investment like the air I'd much rather have a fingerprint issue than an overheating issue.

I am really pleased with the way this case fits the MacBook Air 11.6 (latest model). If you orient the pieces correctly when you put them on the first time they fit right on the computer with a slight snap, granted, they can be a chore to get off but it can be done if done carefully without forcing the corners. I wanted to avoid carrying the computer around without a cover because the metal case feels very slick in my large hands and I was afraid of dropping the computer. The MacBook Air has the same slick metallic feel without the cover as my iPad 1 and 2. I had to buy covers for them also but nothing as light weight as this cover.This beautifully designed form fitting, light weight case adds just the right amount of "grab" for my big paws without adding bulk and unwanted weight to the MacBook Air. I recommend it for the above reasons, just don't think you are going to take it off three times a day and not damage it. The surface is durable and can collect fingerprints, especially if your hands are greasy. The surface wipes cleanly without much effort. All in all a very well designed cover that adds very little weight to an already lightweight Apple computer. Highly recommended.

This is a very good case and great, unique color. Snaps on easy and stays on. Only gave it a 4 out of 5 because it's a fingerprint magnet and kind of hard to clean. It has a matte, sort of rubbery-ish feel which makes it very easy to hold onto without fear of slipping out of your hands. Overall, good buy. And FYI description says it comes with a micro-suede pouch, but it doesn't.

It has been very difficult to find protection for my MacBook Air ... the only cases with shoulder straps were big and bulky, and none of the sleeves had shoulder straps (come on, manufacturers, would it be so difficult to put a couple of D-rings on a sleeve so we could add a shoulder strap if we want one?). While this obviously doesn't have a shoulder strap, it is sleek enough (no added bulk) that I just drop the Air in my purse and I'm on my way. I like the slightly textured feel, and love that it is available in some fun colors.

Ogio Bandit Backpack

I ordered this pack to replace another ogio pack. The quality of the pack is not what I have an issue with. It is the design of the pack.

Cons:

internal organizer seems to be setup more for a macbook

side pockets are oddly shaped

the padded laptop sleeve is tight with my lenovo 15.6. It fits but the zipper rubs the corners.

The quick access shoulder pocket is to small to hold anything larger than an iphone.

The stitching quality is much poorer then my previous pack.

The way that the interior of the pack is layed leaves much to be desired. it kills most of the usable 1700 claimed cubic inches of cargo space.

the front padded valuable pocket is poorly designed leaving very little space to put anything. a pair of sunglasses is tight.

unable to fit more then a couple of notebooks after getting my laptop and cords stuffed in there

In the end I picked the pack up while it was on sale. I am not happy with this purchase.

I bought this pack for college use. It holds all my textbooks and my laptop. I wouldn't recommend it for 17 inch laptops, because of the way the backpack is designed. I'm sure if you measured from the bottom of the pack to the top it would be over 17 inches, but the top zipper is rounded and it sure isn't 17 inches at both edges, so I would guess that the corner of your computer would block the zipper. The bottom of the laptop compartment feels a little thin on padding, but if you have book in setting your pack down won't hurt your laptop. If you're worried about this, I'd recommend sticking some foam in the bottom of the compartment. I actually carry my laptop in my backpack inside a sleeve, so this isn't an issue.

I haven't had it for a really long to test it out, but it seems to be really well made. I've heard the the zippers are the first thing to go, and they don't seem flimsy or weak at all, so I think this pack will last a long time. However the end of the straps where they hang down had little threads hanging off from where they fold the ends up twice and sew them so they won't unravel.. i kept picking at the threads and managed to pick out the stitching, so I rolled up the excess strap and secured it with tape and will resew it when I get the chance. I didn't have to undo any knots or anything. Just tugging on the threads was enough to completely take out that sewing. However rest assured the sewing on the rest of the pack has remained strong and true and doesn't have any hanging threads. :)

Loading the pack with four textbooks + my laptop makes it super heavy, but it's designed well and if you wear it right so that the bottom of the pack hits your lower back, it's not uncomfortable and doesn't cause back strain.

The zippered pocket on the front really is handy for carrying stuff, as are all the other little pockets on the outside. The only thing I don't really like is that the two bottom pockets on each side are where you'd normally find pockets to hold a water bottle or umbrella or something like that.. They're zippered, and shaped so that if you unzipper them halfway they're great for carrying these items, but if you jiggle a lot the zippers sometimes unzipper more, making it potentially possible for your water bottle/umbrella to fall out. :o I wish these pockets were elastic or drawstring fastened rather than zippers, but that's probably my only complaint with this pack.

I found this product on Amazon as I was searching for a light and comfortable bag for A4 format textbooks. I live in an outskirt of a big city and teach at a university in the downtown area. To get to work I use three different kinds of transport (first a bus, then subway and finally a tram). It takes more that an hour and presumes standing a lot and being in a crowd. And I usually carry 2-3 textbooks and one smaller book. I used to carry a "usual" messenger bag, but it was uncomfortable and my shoulder ached.

This bag is a great solution, as it is light, compact (you don't need to take it off even in crowded areas or if you sit down) and comfortable (I hardly feel the weight of the books). Thank you!

And a few words about a drawback. I am an XL size lady and I carry the bag over my winter coat, so the strap was at its maximum length. As a result, there was sticky tape under my left arm, and after the first day I noticed that the sticker's crooks had clung to the stitching on the coat. I found a solution: I bought some black sticker of the same width as the one used on the bag and clung it to the sticker under my arm. It does not spoil the looks of the bag. A suggestion for the manufacturer: why not include a piece of sticker together with the bag?

Besides, I would love a carabiner inside the bag.

I wanted to use this product for a few months before writing a review because I didn't want to make a snap judgement.

First, I probably use this 3 to 4 times a week. I generally carry a 15 inch laptop, power cables, mobile hotspot, 7 inch tablet, and a few other items... This is a remarkable resilient bag. I've stretched it an it does a good job of going back to its original shape.

These bags are great for putting wet workout clothing in to carry home from gym. They are a good size, they are waterproof and they are washable. And dry well in the dryer. My husband has an assortment to keep in his locker and was quite pleased with the price.

First, the good--

1) The bag was quite spacious. I've seen other drawstring bags with much smaller holds, and this one definitely has more than enough space for carrying towels, gym clothes, sports equipment, or--in a pinch--books or even a packaged lunch.

2) The fabric used is somewhat resistant to water. (Most likely by design.) I'm not saying it's absolutely waterproof, though; don't go dipping it into a bathtub and expect the items inside to stay dry.

3) It comes in many, MANY colors. At the time of writing this review, there were 14 different colors, and I wisely chose not to have the blindingly noticeable colors like bright pink or yellow. Navy blue is more than sufficient for me.

4) The price was very reasonable for its purpose. I bought this bag for just under ten dollars (including shipping!) and received it in less than five days. If you have particularly high standards for a drawstring bag, then I warn you--take the time to research other options. You will mostly get what you paid for.

Now, the bad--

1) My biggest concern is that the bag was very poorly built. Although it cost less than $10, I noticed tears in the fabric from carrying even 10 lb. loads. I didn't notice those until my roommate pointed them out to me, and foolishly thought the fabric would hold a 25 lb. load later on. Buyer beware: although the item is labeled as a "backpack", do NOT think it acts in substitute of a conventional backpack. The straps are about a half-inch wide, and will leave imprints in your shoulders with heavy loads. In extreme cases, the fabric WILL tear and you will be left with a hole in the bottom as I was.

2) The fabric is very thin and flimsy. And there isn't a lot of it. While it can hold a large number of items, I'd imagine that the paper-thin fabric would be very transparent in bright areas or if the bag is a bright color. In addition, with such a thin fabric, it's VERY easy to accidentally crush something since the shape of the bag does not hold under pressure.

3) The straps are non-adjustable. I have a relatively small torso (32"), so it was very difficult dealing with a bag which had straps made for a 38-42" chest. Often times, the bag will slip and fall from your shoulders because the arm holes are just too damn large.

4) No pockets. Not a one. It makes it hard to sort smaller items from the big, bulkier ones, but as I've repeated multiple times already, you get what you paid for.

Final Verdict--

While this bag is incredibly cheap as well as cheaply made, I am buying another one to replace my old bag just because of the price. Do be warned that it is recommended that you buy a different bag for heavier loads (at least 10 lbs.), but this particular bag is flexible and thin so it works as a way to further sort your stuff inside of a larger, sturdier space such as a cargo box or backpack.

I believe the Mobex is the best backpack I've ever had.

I love the way it works, looks, and feels. The design is great. You put things in it, and when you open it back up, they are right where you left them...but at the same time, the clamshell design means everything is very easily accessible. It looks great. The colors really pop and they go well together. I also like all the spots to clip extra gear to the pack. I've got a couple of carabiners hooked to mine ready to hook up anything, and I also have a small flashlight hooked to it.

It has a spot to hold a water bottle, and it also has a spot inside it for a hydration pack. I typically use the hydration pack, but on shorter outings the water bottle pocket works well.

What I like best about the Mobex, however, is how it feels. It fits me so well that even when packed completely full, I barely even notice that it's on.

I think it's a great pack, and would highly recommend it to anyone that is interested.

I saw this bag at a Muddy Buddy event and had to have it. I've been able to use it already in the hot Florida sun and it has performed perfectly. Nothing moves around and when you open the bag everything is where you put it.

Appearance: It is quite similar to the image provided by the seller. The greyish streaks aren't as visible as on the photo but everything else is exactly the same (the zipper, the strap/handle and the metal eyelets). Unfortunately it does not come with the shoulder strap but that doesn't bother me because I usually carry it in my backpack.

Comfort: I love the feel of the material used. Its soft, padded and a bit stretchy.

Also, the short handle straps are sewn to the inside of the carrying case so if you want to use them, you won't be able the case closed completely. But despite that, its a great case!

Outdoor Products Gama Backpack

I purchased this pack about a year ago, and have used it on too many day trips to count. It wears well, and seems to have a great deal of adjustability. I 6'5" tall, and weight 250+ and the pack fits me well! I use it to do my 5 mile training loop 3 times per week, as well as longer hikes on the weekends, and pack it full, so it's heavier....and it has done very well! I would buy another one! The only ding I can give it is that the closure system on the top is 5 straps, and requires a certain order to operate properly. It seems overkill, but it keeps the top flap very tight against the pack, and gives the top of the pack a lower profile. The lid seems to be another place to keep gear, since the straps are much longer than needed for a full pack....as if you could put another jacket, or something under it, and strap it to the top of the pack. I have never used this option, but it seems likely that it was designed for this. The hip straps support the weight of the pack well, while allowing free movement!...Great pack for the money!!

I used it as my second carry on holding all the vital tools for long air travel, food, water, candy bars, lap top, a few days of clothes in case the airlines lost my luggage. no problem. This was the only day pack I found that came with a waist strap. I have a bad back and need the extra support. I bought this pack a month ago and immediately filled it with all of my gear for the great outdoors. It is comfortable and has many pockets. I like all of the D-rings available to load added gear to the outside of the pack. I bought a hydration pack from a different maker and it fits perfectly! My Katadyn water filter is an exact fit for the pocket on the side of the pack. My trekking poles fit perfectly behind/underneath the other outside pocket and are assured a tight fit due to the straps across the top of the pack. The top-flap of the pack has a zipper pocket that is large and holds sunglasses, cell phone or other gear one might need quickly. I bought a waterproof pack cover and it fits nicely inside of this top-flap pocket with a headlamp and battery-powered multi-function light stick. The best part of this pack are the thickly padded shoulder and waist straps. The waist strap is padded and has plenty of extra length for larger waists. ...Did I just admit to this?! The inside storage area is large and holds plenty of gear, even when the 2L water bladder is full. The only reason this pack only gets 4 stars is due to the fact that I would prefer (not very objective) to have larger teeth on the zippers. Picked this up at the ol' wally world, and I'm glad I did. It is a little small but that's why I bought it. I have a much larger kelty pack that I use for longer expeditions. Like other people, I agree that there is too many straps on the top, but that's the only thing that I have found wrong with it. It does have kind of an odd shape to it, kinda wide but not very tall or fat, this isn't a problem just something to notice. I've taken it on many small overnight hikes. It says its a "3 day" pack but that's going to happen. I pack similar to the nutnfancy(If you don't know who this is he packs with lots of extra items that most would find overkill for a hike and is prepared for just about anything on the trail). At the most I would say this could handle a 2 night, if you pack very light and you have access to a water. I can fit a small 2 person tent, a moderately sized sleeping bag and all food and water, as well as some other necessities (i.e. first aid, cooking things, ect). If the top of the pack was a little more simple then it would have gotten five stars but its still a very good pack. I'm excited to take it overseas later this month. I shall update if I find any problems with it, but I don't expect to.

UPDATE: I will be leaving to central america next week and I've started packing, one thing that I've also noticed is that you can tuck the hip belt into the lumbar pad at the bottom of the back. This makes it very helpful for a carry on bag and fitting it in the overhead bins on the plane.

this bag is a great size for a backpack that is needed for both hiking and cycling. it has alot of compression straps, plenty of room for stuff. however, the chest strap and waist strap both rely on small, breakable pieces of plastic. I wound up having to reinforce the chest strap myself with zipties and i had to completely replace the buckle on the waist strap. its a good backpack with great features that ultimately was sabatoged by cheap pieces of plastic (metal or something more robust could have been used instead). that all being said, i am currently using and enjoying this bag, but i had to take off two stars because of the poorly made buckle and chest piece.

Bumble Bags Madeline Messenger Backpack Pink Pucci

Just received my "pucci" madeline diaper bag today... the bag is beautiful and the pattern is exactly as pictured, in fact, even prettier than it looked on the screen.

BUT... once I looked inside I realized it was not very functional. Inside there is a large pocket on one side and a zippered pocket on the other side. Plus two elastic loops in the corner edges to hold bottles. But no mesh pockets for easy organization. I think they could have spent a little bit of money and put in more compartments and some mesh pockets so small items stay put.

On the outside there is a large pocket on the front and one in the back. Both of these are rendered almost useless because they do not close. Even a simple velcro closure would have been better than nothing, but as it stands now, if you put something in those pockets it will fall out very easily. IMHO it's only good for holding scrap paper.

One feature I do like is the hidden straps that you can bring out to attach the bag to your stroller.

Overall opinion: I wish I had paid the extra money and bought the Ju-Ju-Be "Packabe" bag instead -that product seems to be much more well thought out.

I recieved my madeline about a month ago and I really love it. When I first received it I instantly fell in love with the beautiful fabric. It has an almost suede texture which at first worried me that it might attract dirt, but just like the website says the bag came perfectly clean with a little spot cleaning. I was surprised that the bag didn't have very much organization, besides the four main pockets, but have found that using a few pouches works great and don't mind not having mesh pockets on the inside. I think that the Madeline works great for light packing and it is a bag that I always am getting compliments on everytime I use it!

Disney Girls 2-6X Cinderella Backpack

MY GRAND DAUGHTER LOVES CINDERELLA AND LOVES THIS PACK, SHE A LITTE OVER 2 YEARS AND CARRIES IT EVERYWHERE. WOULD BUY IT AGAIN.

Great pack for your preschooler or kindergartner. it is big enough to hold those papers and art projects they bring home from class without smashing or folding them. And a cute little compartment for your preschooler who is required to keep an extra outfit in their bag. I fit my daughters jeans, a shirt and personal things in that little front pocket. And what she loved most was that she had mesh pockets on the side to hold her water bottle. this only holds a small 8oz bottle but for a little one, that is enough. Very cute pack overall! I would not advise this for kids carrying heavy books, It doesn't seem sturdy enough to support their backs. but perfect for those entering the school age.

It is really cute, and my 4-year old loves it, but it did not last long. We have had it 6 months and only use it 3 days/week. There is a big hole in the top (the piece with the picture of Cinderella on it tore away from the zipper). The backpack looks practically new other than that, so it isn't like it has taken a beating, either.

DeMarini Voodoo Backpack

I paid more than I should have for this bag, buying it at full price from Sport Authority for $65. It IS worth $35.00. I've used it for about a year, I play twice a week and I also used it as a carry on a few times. 3 zippers broke, the seem from the the zipper has split in a few places and one of the interior pockets blew out. It does hold the bats well, and even if you only carry 1 it works great. I love the fence clips.

Great bag for the price! Tons of room for cleats, gloves, balls etc.. I would definitely recommend buying this bag as it is also less expensive on Amazon than any store I have seen. Love this bag!

I researched many Bat-Packs before deciding on this one.

It is a nice size with plenty of room for your gear. Holds 2 bats, 2 gloves, cleats, windbreaker, drinks and still has room for more. Several pockets and makes a cool pack for school as well.

Purchased this as a surprise for my son who now plays in the Majors (Little League) and he loves it.

May have to get a second one just for school.

Shipping from Amazon was very fast. Would recommend.

iSafe School BackPack, Black, One Size

I purchased this backpack for granddaughter in Aug.2011. She thinks it's great. School year begain in Sept. Time to change the batteries. What a Pain.(15 steps) No one should have to take it apart to replace batteries. No where on Amazons or ISafe web-sites,anything about the number of steps needed to change the batteries or the problems you will have in doing so. As nice as this bag is and the alarm is loud as indicated. If you can't change the batteries,who needs it.

I have CO/Smoke detector among other items that require batteries and taken them apart in not necessary to change the batteries. Should be a better way. Had I found the information about how to change the batteries prior to my purchase,I don't know that I would have purchased this item.

I like the concept of this bag but not the problems that goes with it. My daughter and grandson are still working on changing the batteries. I'm surprised that I have not seen any reviews on this aspect of the bag.

If there is a better way,I would love to hear about it. Good luck

Putting the batteries in is really difficult. We haven't figured it out yet. It kind of defeats the purpose if the alarm and lights don't go off since that was my reason for buying this backpack in the first place.

Laurex 17" Laptop Messenger Bag

I love this laurex bag, it looks awesome. Unlike other laurex bags this one does not have a removable laptop sleeve but rather a compartment to slide your laptop into. This inner compartment is in no way big enough to fit a 17in laptop, but would probably fit a 15.3in well. It has plenty of little nooks to put all of what you might need. I have a 17.3in laptop (that obviously doesn't fit into the designated compartment) so I put it on the other side of it and my laptop cooler where the laptop should go. It works fine and my laptop is still plenty padded. All in all I am pleased with this purchase.

The actual product is everything I had hoped it to be. Strong, beautiful, feminine,lots of storage and my 17inch HP laptop fits perfect. Very happy with the product.
