It's a cute laptop sleeve but has one major flaw that disappointed me! The hidden handle was sewn inside the bag so when you want to close the zipper you cannot have the handle out except you pull the handles out and end closing the zipper just before the handles on both sides which leaves the bag open! Not cool..
I love this pack. I've taken it on several hikes and two camping trips since I bought it a month ago. It easily carries all the gear I need for summer excursions and I haven't got anywhere near filling its 100 liter capacity. I can't wait until this winter to load it with my four-season equipment and extra clothes.

I purchased two of the Snugpak Bergen packs for use in packing trips. The packs themselves seem to be more than ample for carrying a full load, but the material around the top inner flaps is really badly sewn. In fact, one of the packs was torn in multiple places around the entire top. I have a seamstress that can repair it, but wanted to try and get a replacement first. The operative word being "TRY". I contacted the seller UNBEATABLE SALE, INC to find out what I needed to do to replace this item since it did arrive in defective condition. I got an email ONE WEEK later informing me that they would "check with the warehouse to see HOW THIS MIGHT BE DONE" like they didn't even know how to handle a simple exchange. 18 DAYS LATER I received another email telling me that they had no more of these in the warehouse and that I should go to the MANUFACTURER to see about a replacement. Of course (very predictably), the manufacturer sent me an email the following day after I sent them a note inquiring about this that I should "go to the company you purchased the item from they are the only ones who can replace it for you. If you'd like it repaired, you can ship it to us (at your cost) and the cost of repairing the item will be a stock fee of $100 plus our labor and any materials. This is NOT the real thing, it is a cheap imitation made in CHINA...... Junk like this will leave you stranded out in the middle of no-where wondering how you are now going to carry all your gear with a ripped out pack!
The leather is soft and wonderful. The purse is a teensy bit smaller than I expected. Overall I love it!
This is a review for the Incase "Backpack". I have no problems with this bag other than I didn't want a backpack I wanted a Sling Pack. So obviously it was listed as a sling and I received a backpack. The receipt and everything shows that the seller really thought that this was a sling pack. But the tag on the unit states clearly that its a back pack plus it has two straps so thats a dead give away.

This is a very well made bag with nifty compartment and exciting colors, its worth the money LOVE THIS BAG 5/5!This is the best sling I've found... I love the fit, the comfort and it's not too big. This backpack got enought compartments for you to organize your material. I use it for work so I carry with the laptop, different types of cables and adapters (several) set in one compartment with charger and bluetooth mouse. Another compartment I got with diagrams and other documentation, You may have a binder inside with no problems. One of the side pockets is for the noise canceling folding headphones when I take a plane. Another compartment for all my documentation when traveling with easy access and also a real practical hook where I latch my keys so I do not worry about the metal detector.

The back pack is very cute. I haven't given it to it's intended owner yet but I like it! I just wish the zipper opened wider. You could fit larger things in it if you could open the pack wider.

The bag is very practical and pockets are generally well laid out, allowing good organization of all everyday carry essentials. It is also good as a range bag. Zippers don't really look that "heavy dutty" buy they have been able to take some overstuffing working smoothly. Stitching seems good to. The only thing I would improve in this is the shoulder strap. It is made of a thick but too flexible nylon which makes it twist constantly making it unconfortable. The integrated shoulder pad lacks any cushion and runs free along the strap,so it is not really much help. If the strap had a cushioned pad and had a stiffer material, it would be 5 star. Still great value.
I found this backpack harness and thought it was a good idea. I didn't want anything that looked too much like a leash and the backpack compartment is roomy enough for wet wipes and 3 or 4 diapers, the smaller zipper is large enough to hold several smallish (pacifier size) containers. Not only can I be a bit more hands-free, but I also don't need to carry around a large diaper bag. My daughter really likes wearing the backpack, though she isn't too keen on the strap to keep her nearby. My only complaint is the strap's position isn't optimal. It pulls the backpack up and can wrap around my daughter. I'm hoping that with more use, she will learn not to pull away and not put any tension on the strap that creates this problem.

This has been a life saver. My son recently went on his first plane ride and this was great for the airport while waiting for our flight. My son got to walk around and stretch his legs before and after sitting on a long flight but provided the safety of keeping him close and controlled. He really didnt mind it much which was great and was perfect size for holding his snacks and sippy cup for the plane ride. I love the backpack harness i got for my son. I recently took him to San Francisco there are big crowds and my 4 year old likes to run off sometimes. The harness was great didn't have to worry about him running off i give it 5 stars.

I should have listened to the reviews. I purchased this for my five year old and it's better suited for a three year old, spending a night at the grandparents. Be aware: YOU CAN NOT FIT A STANDARD SIZE FOLDER INSIDE, which is a give in for any school age child. Because of that this backpack is highly overpriced. This bag is much sturdier than I was expecting and that makes me happy. It's fun and roomy with a few pockets big enough to hold stuff like your wallet, cellphone, sunglasses, etc. And when you put stuff in the pockets, they don't pull away from the sides. After a fair bit of research, I decided to order this bag & give it a try. Unfortunately, I won't be keeping it because of one major issue. The description says it's 9" deep. It's actually almost 11". Most of my air travel is done on smaller planes, so gate checking is frequent, and the flight attendants seem to pay more attention to bag size. I need something that really DOES comply with carry-on rules. Otherwise, it looks like a great bag! The other dimensions and weight are pretty accurate. The 22" height doesn't include the wheels, but that only adds less than an inch. Both front pockets are roomy and surprisingly deep. You could probably pack a 3-1-1 bag in either one. Due to the bulkiness of the laptop sleeve, I question the usefulness of being able to join the compartments, though. You really only gain space on the upper half or third of the bag (which is probably why that's all they show in the picture). Also, if you don't actually need a laptop sleeve, you might want to keep looking. This is a perfect bag for carrying up to five or so days of stuff without having to check your luggage. It's also sleek and has awesomely-places pockets and handles. Additionally, the wheels are as smooth as butter and the entire thing is sturdy and solid. Get this bag. I got grey and I absolutely love it. People ask me where I got it all the time.
This bag is great for bulky gear, my son and I use this to put our hunting clothes and gear in! Two large cold weather hunting coats, two large pair of hunting bibs, hats, gloves, all of it fits in this bag! Stitching it excellent, over all quality is great! The reason for 4 stars is it could use some more pockets with zippers, internal and external. Only has one on the outside with a zipper.
I paid more than I should have for this bag, buying it at full price from Sport Authority for $65. It IS worth $35.00. I've used it for about a year, I play twice a week and I also used it as a carry on a few times. 3 zippers broke, the seem from the the zipper has split in a few places and one of the interior pockets blew out. It does hold the bats well, and even if you only carry 1 it works great. I love the fence clips.

This is a high quality backpack with great features. I have used it for Turkey Hunting and Hiking. I can fit 3 collapsible decoys plus stakes, my box call, gobbler call, face mask, gloves, water bottle and snacks in it with ease. For hiking you can easily fit everything you need for day hikes or even weekend hikes.The shoulder straps and waist strap are very comfortable. When I got my pack it was missing the clasps on the side. After a quick email to Joel at Alps he sent them to me right away. Great customer service and a company who stands behind their product. This pack for the price is a phenomenal deal.
This is a darling little (and I do mean little) bag. It's very chic and classy looking, but unfortunately, very impractical. My iPhone fits comfortably in the outside zip pocket and a passport would fit in the inside pocket, but there's not much room for anything else. No room for a wallet, no way to organize credit cards, ID or money, or anything else.
Well my daughter and I liked it at first, but then she only got to use it for 5 days until the zipper teeth began to break off. Very cheaply made and not worth the money! She had to end up going back to her old backpack since you can't zip this one anymore. I wouldn't reccommend unless they begin to put better zippers in this product.

This backpack is great. Its everything you'd expect from a backpack: strong straps, easy adjustments, and many pockets to store things. However I do agree with the other reviewer that the zipper does get stuck sometimes and thats something you probably dont want to deal with especially if youre rushing out of class.
