James Cameron's AVATAR Movie Jake Sully RDA AVTR Program Backpack
This backpack is really awesome! It's a bit small but I don't have that many books I have to carry. A great accessory for any Avatar fan! :)
(Na'vi language from the movie because I'm that much of a fan lol)I purchased this backpack as a Christmas gift for a big Avatar fan. It looks as good in person as in the picture. I was a bit nervous since there weren't any reviews, but I took a chance and was very pleased with my purchase. The inside isn't extremely spacious, but it's enough for a couple books. There are 4 loops on the front to hook things onto and 2 gadget pockets on the straps (great for cell phone, ipod, etc.) There is a small pocket on the front as well.
I would definitely recommend this backpack for any Avatar fan!

Lewis N. Clark Nightlight Travel Clock
OK, it is smaller than the picture makes it seem. I thought it would be bigger. This not a bad thing, small is always good when traveling. Closed, it is the size of a cigarette pack. It has a sensor to turn the backlight on only when the room is dark, and a switch to keep the light off in your suitcase.
Lastly, it woke me up. I sleep soundly, very soundly. I'm the guy that sleeps through a flight and landing when traveling. It takes a lot to wake me up. The sound isn't that loud, but it is annoying enough and at just the right pitch to wake me up....or at least hit the snooze button. Oh yeah, it has one of those too, a snooze button.
RonSo many of the travel alarms I've tried over the past few years have been difficult to figure out how to set and use, with directions that might as well be...well, Chinese....This one's easy, even without looking at the instructions, which BTW, are also easy to understand. It's small, but the face is lit well enough to be seen in the dark, without being so bright as to keep me awake. Plus, the nightlight can be brightened for a moment with one push of a button that's easy to locate in the dark, once you know where it is. There's even a hint right on the clock (as opposed to being found only in the instruction booklet) on how to save battery power when traveling. I hope this little clock lasts forever (ha!) because it's a real gem.

From the description this clock seemed to be exactly what I was looking for something easy to use with convenience features such as a lit dial. Sorry to say I was very disappointed with the actual product. There are some good points. It uses one AA battery, so it's easy to find a replacement should the battery die when you're traveling. The auto night light works well, and provides a soft illumination for the clock face enough to see the time, but not distracting. The alarm is a gradual style, which starts soft and gets progressively louder. The case folds up so it's compact to store while traveling.
All these good points are rendered moot, however, when it comes to actually using the clock. All the buttons are very small and located on the back (except for the snooze button). The markings are black on black, so it's very tough to figure out what to turn/push even in bright light, and impossible in dim light. The alarm on/off is a very small sliding switch again, tough to deal with in daylight, and close to impossible to work with when it's dark and you've just woken up. The alarm set knob only turns in one direction and, like the clock setting knob, is tiny and hard to turn.
The biggest problem is the build quality. The battery cover is very loosely attached and is destined to fall off. I've already had to put a piece of tape on it to keep it covered. This is not a product that will stand up to the type of abuse a travel alarm tends to get.
Not worth the price no better than clocks that are half the price.

This is a great little clock! The illuminated display has 2 brightness levels, when the sensor switch is turned on, and darkness is detected, the face illuminates at a level that is comfortable for sleeping. When the light button is pressed the display brightens to a higher illumination. I would recommend this clock.Update:
After going on 2 trips with this clock, it has stopped keeping time. Amazon is rushing me out a replacement, and I am going to give this clock another shot because I really like the size and readability at night.

Great little alarm clock, and I like the feature that lets you turn the power off to save the batteries when not in use. Compact and reliable in my experience. The only little thing I wish was different, is that to get the dial to glow, you have to press a button. Wish it was glowing in the dark all the time.
Microsoft 15.6" Neoprene Laptop Sleeve
It is super lightweight and feels more sturdy than other products (thanks to the "dimples"). It even holds a book with my 15.4" laptop. The orange trim adds a stylish touch.
I highly recommend this product.I was having a hard time finding a neoprene sleeve that could fit my new Dell Inspiron 1520 15.4" laptop. I tried the Fellowes Body Glove 17" neoprene sleeve, but it wasn't tall enough. (The laptop comes with a thick, black plastic piece that protrudes from the top.) This Microsoft sleeve is a very snug yet perfect fit. It also has very good padding and helpful carrying handles. I'm glad that I finally found a sleeve that fits the laptop, protrusion and all!

I got this sleeve for occasional travel with my Toshiba laptop. I passed through security in several airports without having to remove the laptop from the sleeve (which is a real bonus). There is not a lot of padding, so you definitely need to have it in another bag for full protection. It is a snug fit for my Toshiba Satellite 15.4" laptop. Definitely no extra room for anything besides the laptop.Want Microsoft 15.6" Neoprene Laptop Sleeve Discount?
This just fits my Dell Inspiron 1545 laptop, which has a 15.6" screeen and dimensions of 14.7" x 9.6" x 1.7" (tapered to 1.0"). That's a relatively wide laptop; if it were any wider, the zipper would probably be strained. I would guess the sleeve could hold a laptop up to 14.7" x 10.4" x 1.8", but that's just an estimate as I haven't tried anything larger than mine. I can even fit my power adapter and laptop mouse in the sleeve, but just barely.Bottom line: this is a lightweight, attractive, inexpensive, functional sleeve that will reasonably protect your laptop, as long as you don't need to carry anything else significant in it.

Case Logic 10.2" Netbook Sleeve - Herringbone
This Case Logic product seems to be durable and well-made, with a single zipper that opens from the top corner and down one side, so I don't have to fumble with multiple zippers. My netbook slips out quickly, and I'm ready to work. It also doubles as a temporary lap desk, though for short periods only, since the case will block your heat vents.
The outside of the case is a soft fabric that probably won't show much wear, and inside, the case is lined with neoprene to give some added protection to the netbook. The case does stretch a bit, so some people may be able to wedge in a brick plug; otherwise, there's no provision here for accessories. First of all, this fits my 10.1" Toshiba NB205 netbook perfectly. My netbook's battery sticks out a bit so I was a little worried it might not fit, but it fits beautifully.
But how hard is it to mess up a zippered sleeve to begin with? Well here's what makes this a great sleeve:
1. The zipper's open/close placement is very ideal for easy insertion into the sleeve. Some sleeves or cases that have two zippers or zippers that zip exactly half-way around aren't ideal because the sleeve flops open and makes it cumbersome to insert your netbook, zip up and go. This Caselogic sleeve zips open and closes diagonal from the fully open and fully closed end. This means you can easily grasp the sleeve with one hand and throw your netbook in and go.
2. With the zipper placement diagonal, to zip it up, the weight of the netbook allows you to zip up your sleeve with just one hand. Think about zipping a sleeve/case that has 2 zippers with one hand. Yes, I'm an engineer and I tend to focus on obscure design details!
3. The exterior is a good neutral (herringbone) color and the entire sleeve is padded and soft/spongy neoprene. Has a contemporary/stylish look when you see this up close.

This great looking Caselogic Sleeve will only fit small Netbooks or small gadgets like the iPad or Kindle (with room for accessories). I like Caselogic products and this one easily meets my expectations in quality and design, here are my observations:+ Good Looking; the brownish herringbone fabric is very classy looking
+ Good Construction; this is well made and should be durable
+ Lightweight; good protection without the bulk
+ Brightly Colored Interior; makes finding small objects\accessories easier
My only complaint (minor) is that there is a slight chemical odor from inside the case that I am hoping will dissipate over time.
This is a really good case that I expect will last a very long time!
Highly Recommended!

I received this to use with my Asus 904HA netbook http://www.amazon.com/8-9-Inch-Netbook-Processor-Storage-Battery/dp/B001GIPSAW. Perfect fit for this 8.9 netbook.Really nice earthy color to it along with a herringbone textured pattern. Inside it is a reddish orange colored. Small Case Logic logo on the bottom right hand side that is stitched in. There is also a tag on the left side.
Zipper is nice as it opens in an L shape. So it does open the top and side.
It is a sleeve so not much protection really if it is dropped.
Really nice color!
This was an amazon vine shipment so I have to let you know how it was packaged. First off it was in a 19x13x11 huge box! Inside that box it was filled half way with those plastic air cushions. Another box sized 10x9x9 contained the sleeve. Complete waste of packaging to say the least! This could have been sent inside an padded envelope.

Got this for my iPad. Looks good and protects well enough, but it is designed more for a netbook than a tablet, so there is a fair amount of extra room with the iPad inside. I have CO/Smoke detector among other items that require batteries and taken them apart in not necessary to change the batteries. Should be a better way. Had I found the information about how to change the batteries prior to my purchase,I don't know that I would have purchased this item.
I like the concept of this bag but not the problems that goes with it. My daughter and grandson are still working on changing the batteries. I'm surprised that I have not seen any reviews on this aspect of the bag.
If there is a better way,I would love to hear about it. Good luckPutting the batteries in is really difficult. We haven't figured it out yet. It kind of defeats the purpose if the alarm and lights don't go off since that was my reason for buying this backpack in the first place.

This backpack is very useful. It looks like a regular backpack, which it is, but it also contains a hidden alarm on one of the straps. Once that alarm is pulled, it makes a very loud sound that NO ONE can miss. But this alarm is basically used for any emergency like let's say you getting stalked or anything, just pull the alarm. I would recommend this to any child.Read Best Reviews of iSafe School BackPack, Black, One Size Here

Dakine Girls Erika Back Pack
Glad I got this one. Fits a laptop and books for middle school easily. Easy to organize and looks good too.Very good quality, nice shape, fits a lot but it's not big and bulky. Girly flowery print inside in the big compartment as well as little. I got this for my 5 year old and just tightened the straps. She loves it. The laptop sleeve works very well as a place to keep a bieber folder from getting crinkled by gym shoes ;)I ordered this backpack for college, to be able to carry my laptop easily. First, the dimensions that are given have to be wrong, because there was no chance of my laptop fitting. Secondly, when I made the attempt to return the item, I had to pay MORE for it, because they don't offer return shipping. All in all this backpack has given me a nightmare. The actually backpack might have been great, but it didn't work out for my needs.

Crumpler The Enthusiast Bag EST001-B00G50
What's nicest about the bag, to me, is the division of space. Top half has a nice big compartment for anything. There's a well-padded pouch for an iPad or thin netbook, and then there's the compartment that has nice high sides so things aren't just going to fall out.
The bottom half of the bag is for cameras, and it suits me very well. Seems to be set up with a 1 DSLR/1-2 lenses/1 flash kit in mind, but I carry 2 rangefinders and two lenses, and it's perfect. Two dividers that run the width of the bag for three stacked sections, and a separator to vertically divide one section (the middle one by default). I haven't changed the default setup: top section holds a couple lenses snugly, middle section holds two rangefinders with lenses perfectly, and the bottom section, thinner than the others, acts as a really good empty padding space.
The only knock I have is no good way to carry a tripod, or attach a tripod case. The X straps on the back, maybe, I need to get a case to try and hook it to that. This was a nice looking bag, but I didn't find it very practical. It's pretty big without offering advantages. I returned it, opting for something smaller with more functionality.

I bought this item from Amazon after briefly trying to fit my iPad into it at JFK airport on my way to Europe. I didn't purchase right away because the iPad fit more "snug" if you will, and if I was unhappy I had no way to return it. Well after my month in Europe I really wish I would have bit the bullet and purchased it. For the first day or so the iPad is snug but after that the bag almost conforms to the dimensions of the iPad. I am extremely happy with this product. You can't fit a LOT of items in this bag, but it almost makes you slim down on what you take with you, and your back will thank you for it. I take my iPad everywhere I go now along with essentials like wallet, keys, and some other items. Now it's not to say that this bag won't accept more items, just that I love the sleek thin profile it creates.I definitely recommend this item (when transporting the iPad anyway). Very VERY happy.
** UPDATE **
7 Months later, and now on to the iPad2, this is the best bag I have ever owned! With this bag I take my iPad everywhere. I know it's overkill to carry your ipad with you at all times, but hey, I've needed it at times and it's there. And it's weird because you don't even realize the ipad is in there. The bag is so slim (as is the iPad). Love it, love it, love it. And I haven't seen it around recently. I hope it's not discontinued!

I've had this bag for a while now and I must say it's great. About 7 years ago I purchased a little leather manbag from France when we were on holidays. I was tired of never being able to find my keys, etc in my wife's handbag when we would go out, although I did manage to find the lost city of atlantis in her handbag once but that's another story. At the time it was great and served me well, however my old bag was only big enough to carry your phone (which at the time was a Nokia 6230i), wallet, a set of keys and sunglass case. Eventually I grew out of it and needed to upgrade to something bigger. This was due to the fact that I now carry around a bigger phone (HTC Desire HD), car and motorbike keys, a tumi alpha bravo zip coin wallet (highly recommended), sunglasses and reading glasses, floss, pen, building security tags, earbuds, usb cable for phone and other bits and pieces. I didn't want something that look like I was carrying a 17" laptop or a small rugby team but it had to be bigger than my little French number. So the Tumi got the job and I must say the material is fantastic, easy to clean and looks stylish. It's not too trashy not too posh. The zips seem solid and the flap with magnets built in are great and keeps it in place. The strap is made out of the same material as seatbelts in cars so it will last so long that when they find my teeth in an archaeological find a million years from now, they will be able to actually predict the age purely from the strap of my manbag. I carry mine on my right hand side and when I open the flap, my wallet and phone just seem to be in the right place. I have tested it with a friend's iPad and it fits perfectly, but unfortunately you won't be fitting much else in the back section. So if you are like me and carry around lots of everyday stuff then you might need to decide what is a priority and what isn't if you want to carry an iPad around. I don't have one so it doesn't matter. If you are in two minds about getting a manbag, don't be. Your mates might rib your for the first few months about it when you show up at the footy but eventually they get over it. You may even be lucky enough like I was when after losing his third iPhone and misplacing his house keys due to drunken amnesia, a friend of mine (you know who you are) asked me where he could get one. Apparently it's not that girly anymore.Want Tumi Alpha Small Flap Body Bag 22105 Discount?
this is indeed a great bag.but a bit tight if you want to carry more things (obviously) which is why i prefer and recommend Tumi's NETBOOK Messenger.......slightly bigger , no heavier, and more easily fits your things (kindle, tablet, smartphone, wallet, gum, keys etc)
Lewis N. Clark Original Neckrest Inflatable Pillow
One thing to note if you inflate it before the plane takes off, it will inflate more as the plane reaches cruising altitude due to the lower air pressure.
I've read some reviews about the valve. For me, I never wanted it 100% full that's not comfortable to me. I fill it to about 80%. So the little bit of air loss while transitioning from my mouth to closing the valve is not a concern.
Buy Lewis N. Clark Original Neckrest Inflatable Pillow Now
The Inflatable Pillow was designed by person who never used it. Practically it is not possible to inflate it and keep air inside, because the valve is to short. I and my wife tried to use it on airplane but without success. Valve should be redesigned. I will categorically NOT recommend this product.Read Best Reviews of Lewis N. I used this item on a flight to Africa and back, 15 hours each way. I don't think I would have survived without this pillow. Really comfortable and it folds up into this really neat pouch. You could slip it into your back pocket when deflated. The price is great too.Want Lewis N. Clark Original Neckrest Inflatable Pillow Discount?
The pillow is really easy to inflate, but on that same note, the air comes back out just as easily. It is difficult to put the valve stopper in before half the air you blew into the pillow comes out. There is not piece like those of beach balls or swimming floaters inside the valve that keeps the air from escaping while you try to plug it. Would not recommend the product unless you want an extremely soft pillow.Burton Boothaus Bag Medium (True Black Bobber Plaid)

Disney Wizards of Waverly Place 12" Daypack - Selina Gomez Backpack
Osprey Packs Kestrel 32 Backpack
1) it's really, really comfortable. The hipbelt has some sort of diagonal strap system that is super easy to use, but just makes this fit perfectly and transfer weight to your legs rather than shoulders. And it has spanners on the shoulder straps, to pull the weight closer to your back.
2) it's really well built. I guess if you're checking out Osprey's products that's probably one of the reasons why. But seriously, this exceeded my (already very high) expectations for quality. I've put this pack through countless rough trips (strapped to the roof rack, terrible weather, serious bushwacking, backpacking in south asia) and crammed it too full, asking too much of the zippers, and NOTHING has broken. I've had it 3 years and it scarcely looks worn in.
3) it's really nicely designed. The built in raincover fits and does its job well. There are just enough pockets and not too many. The external pouch that can accomodate a water bladder works just perfectly when you want it, but otherwise you don't even know it's there. The compression straps on the sides work perfectly to synch things down most of the time, and for that odd occasion when, say, you need to strap a tent to the outside (oh yes, I've managed backpacking trips with this pack), you can reverse the straps and they cleverly buckle across eachother to allow you to strap on big items if need be. I'm not explaining this well, but it's really helpful. Trust me.
4) it's a good size. In some ways, it's kind of a compromise size. Not quite big enough to be a true travel pack, but a little big to be a daypack. However, rather than being suboptimal for both, it somehow just works for everything. I've used this pack for countless weekend trips, lots of grocery and laundromat runs, and as a day-to-day schoolbag to lug a laptop and books and lunch around. (The compression straps let you make it appear smaller). I've used it on a couple of overnight hiking trips (caveat: I pack light, and this was a bit of a stretch but it was possible!).
So why not? Well, back to the start. It's expensive. But it's lasted me twice as long already as most cheap packs. And I enjoy using it every time. It kind of changed my shopping mentality and reminded me that quality and design are really important, and we should probably all be buying fewer things, and instead buying things to last.I bought this bag for a trip to Europe I was told by many that this would never hold two weeks of stuff, but I pack organized and light, and this bag ended up serving me well. My husband got a top loader, but I really liked the panel loader and didn't have to unpack the whole bag to get to something on the bottom.
The Osprey panel is comfy to wear we hiked in Italy and used this as a daypack, and our backs kept pretty cool throughout the day. The shoulder straps are comfortable, and all of the loops are useful and well designed. I fit 4 pairs of shoes (including heels!), 2 pairs of jeans, 3 pairs of shorts, 12 shirts, toiletries, and even my flat iron in here! I love that it is versatile for day tips or two week trips.
