I love this bag. I originally got this bag directly from the manufacture but there was a defect so I had to return it. They have a horrible policy about refunding and then I would have to re-order. So I went to Amazon for the re-order and I have to say the quality is not that good. This is the 2nd time I have ordered something high end from Amazon and it wasn't as good as quality directly from the manufacture. I would go through the manufacture and not order this through Amazon.
I get lots of compliments on this bag. It's very comfortable for a woman to carry and looks professional. A friend of mine saw that I had it and bought the exact same one. The color matches everything!
