I got this and saved a ton over the Blackhawk STOMP pack. It holds more gear that you should need and seems bombproof. VOODOO TACTICAL also makes several smaller pouches which can be attached for carrying additional gear that you will probably add sooner or later.

Pros:

Extremely durable and over-built. I believe it could be packed with lead, broken glass and dragged from the back of a train across the country without the contents falling out.

Endless amount of compartments to store things

Cons:

Quite a bit heavier than I thought it should be. The added weight is somewhere within the frame/back-pad...perhaps there's a 1/2" thick rifle plate hiding in there?

I have smaller IFAK's and Trauma kits, but this thing is awsome. I saw this on You Tube and after the tornado in Oklahoma and else where it hit me how there could be a time in my area that this same thing could happen. I spent 30 years in medicine and there is no more helpless feeling than be at a scene like that seeing all of the injured and have little to nothing to treat these people. It is an awesome bag and with the right supplies it can be a life saver.
