Gravis Battery
The Gravis Battery backpack looks nice on paper and in images, but it wasn't what I expected. I purchased the " Phantom" version of the bag. The material does feel as if it holds up to the elements, but the overall build of it doesn't feel that sturdy. the lining between the main pocket and smaller middle pocket is so thin, that you can see through it. The isolated laptop pocket is nice but is not lined with any sort of soft fabric, it is just padded nylon. i did like the side beverage holder pockets. The main compartment is roomy, but the items do end up standing in a slant since the bottom of the bag is designed to contour better with your lower back rather than sit on a flat surface. I have since returned the item back. I did not buy the item through Amazon, had I, the item would have been easier to return.

Have had this bag for a year now and love it. It protects my laptop and has nice storage for the plug, mouse, and cellphone/ipod charger. Also has a few mesh pockets and one pocket is just the perfect size for the USB I have (it cannot be any more perfect as far as size for it). The padding for the laptop is thick and the straps/handle is very very sturdy. I walk to and from 45 min each way and it holds up way better than my old one. The waterbottle holders are raised up and are capable of holding my Nalgenes in place and I don't worry about it falling. I however cannot carry my bonder in it with my laptop because it does take up room. But still the best bag I've ever had for school.

Ju-Ju-Be Packabe Diaper Bag
I really wanted to *love* this diaper bag but I think I only like it. It is a good size and easy to clean, and is not uncomfortable to wear. Things do seem to get lost in the bottom of the big part (the black hole syndrome I guess)and when carrying the back like a backpack and it is not completely full, the bag seems to fold in half. It's not a big deal but annoying to me. The front pockets are also not the easiest to get into. Overall though it's ok but not worth the price to me.
The features I most like:
The amount of pockets I will need to carry around 4 water bottles/sipee's/bottles where ever I go for my large family, and most bags won't fit that much. I like the amount it will fit for the size it is I can fit 4 containers of snacks, my 4 water bottles, my wallet, diapers and change of clothes and it still isn't bursting at the seams. For me at 5'11" its very comfortable on my back and I don't feel a need to have padded straps.I like that the main section zips in the center so you can leave it partially open and not sorry about things spilling out. I didn't go with the BFF because the zipper was more in the front instead of the top of the bag. Makes it easier to get what you want when its sitting on the floor too.
Frustrations:
It really needs a top grab handle I'm thinking of using caribiner clips to hold it in backpack form since I rarely use the messenger feature and that way I can just grab the padded top section when I need to chuck it in the car I'll see how this works.
Side bottle holders I wish they were a bit higher since I often am carrying around 2 25oz bottles on the outside and have to make sure I shove them as far down as they'll go.
Other than that, I'm pretty happy with this bag I purchased it in the brown/blue combo (which the brown is much darker than shown here on Amazon) and am pleased. The real test will be to see how long it lasts.

No padded straps. If they were padded, this product would have definitely gotten 5 stars.
A bit on the heavy side, and without the padded straps, makes it uncomfortable to wear for a long period of time.

I just started getting into Ju Ju Bes and I bought the Packabe only a few days ago. This brand is by far the most well-made diaper bag I've ever come across. The Packabe has a mommy pocket, that means no need to carry a separate purse. The organization is superb, it has just the right amount of pockets inside to keep small items from getting lost inside the bag. The Packabe does not look that big in real life but it is very spacious inside and can easily hold items for two kids or can be used for overnight outings. The Lush Paisley print is just beautiful. Ju Ju Be has the best prints, none of their prints look generic so when you are carrying a Ju Ju Be, it really stands out!I am very pleased with the craftmanship, look, style, and durability of this bag and would highly recommend it to other moms.

I bought this bag for my wife and it is the perfect size for her. It has 3 zippered pockets and one open pocket. It is light and a perfect size for carrying a few essentials while sightseeing. Having said this I have to say that I am really angry at myself for ordering it. It is very difficult to order anything these days that isn't made in China. Sometimes there is no way around it. But when I ordered this bag I did not notice that I was ordering it directly from China and that it would be shipped from China. By the time I realized this it was too late to cancel the order. It took 2 weeks for it to arrive. I will be very careful from now on and not make that mistake again.

As a Krogan who loves his guns, I found that I often had trouble carrying all of them around. I wanted a backpack to lug them about to and from Palaven to help in my fight against the reapers. Unfortunately, backpacks are made on Earth, so most are developed for humans. I contacted the Shadow Broker about a fix for my dilemma. He pointed me to the Pangolin backpack, which would comfortably fit the shape of my hump. It was a bit pricey, but worth the cost. Now I can carry my Revenant, my Graal Spike Thrower, AND my Widow easily wherever I go.

I spotted this bag on a little backstreet in Amsterdam a few years ago bought it for 199 Euros because I knew when I saw it how unique it is.As a designer item, it is incredibly visually striking simply because it is meant to mimic the protective scales of the Pangolin. The bag I got from Amsterdam extends and retracts the "scales" to reveal the relatively small inner compartment, where the pouches can hold your pens, phone, etc.
I've found the bag to be somewhat impractical for daily use because I'm a commuter and having something this bulbous on your back doesn't make it easy to squeeze onto a crowded bus or train. Plus the inner compartment is limited when it comes to things of a square or rectangular nature. If you have a tablet, a book, and a pair of shoes, you're good to go. If you have a bunch of thicker text books, you'll want something without a dome.
But if you're traveling relatively light with several smaller items, this bag is perfect. It is pretty weather resistant (not completely water proof) by design, but a couple of the panels on the dome are not smooth rubber. The base of the bag (resting against your back) is padded, as are the shoulder straps, which is a nice feature. It's not a gel padding, but a thicker foam type that feels good if you load up the bag with some heft.
I've never seen another one of these bags on the street, so I'm glad I got it when/where I did. If you pick one up, know you're paying for the time spent making it, the materials, and the unique nature of the design. It's worth it!I purchased the Cyclus Pangolin Backpack for my wife, as she had found the item a few months back and I wanted to surprise her for her birthday. She could not have been more thrilled. She absolutely loves the ingenuity of Cyclus to integrate both style and recycling used rubber that would other wise sit in a trash heap.
As for the bag itself, it really is made of good construction. The backpack holds its shape well and will protect items inside. The shoulder straps are heavily padded, which is excellent, but the size of the backpack means the bag sits more at the center of the back than at the shoulders, so much of the strap just spans the distance between your back and shoulder, rather than sitting higher on your shoulder as most backpacks do.
The size of the bag is somewhat disappointing as it does not hold a laptop, notebooks, or full-sized textbooks all that well. The back pocket in the bag is big enough to house an e-reader, but that's about it. The organizer pockets are well-designed and easily put to good use though. The space in the bag is good, and it will hold a fair amount of items, but again, smaller or folding items (jacket, lunch in a container, etc).
My wife mainly uses the bag as a work purse, containing her wallet, cell phone, e-reader, jacket, sweater for work, and her lunch, and it still has plenty of room. She is constantly getting comments and questions about how it works and where she got the bag, and how it looks like "a big armadillo," which is, of course, the point behind the design.
The bag attaches at the top with a forked clasp on the carrier's spine side of the bag. I was concerned the clasp would rub against my wife's back and be uncomfortable, but the bag naturally sits off her back at that spot, so there is no irritation.
All in all I rate this item 4/5 stars for its design and use of recycled products. I subtracted one star for its size, and how it sits at the middle of the back, rendering the padded straps mostly unused.

There is not another bag out there like it. It's slightly on the small size, but it's a cycling backpack so it should be expected. It's perfect for my tablet and composition notebooks for school. If you like comments and compliments, this bag brings them in like the plague. Half the time people don't know that it's actually a backpack. In summary: Great for meeting new people. Very Stylish. Innovative. Easy to access. Pricey, but worth it.

The Mother Lode TLS Mini 21" is a well-designed bag. I love the adjustable divider in the main compartment. The ability to access the front compartment from the outside is really helpful; I put my carry-on "liquids" in the front and it is easily accessible during the security check. There are two mesh, zip pockets in the main compartment where I put my smaller items (socks, underwear, misc) and it is easy to see and access. The over-all quality of the bag is good; easy to wheel about. The handle locations allow me (5'2") to easily stow in overhead compartment. I had no problem with tipping although I did not over-stuff the bag. I would definitely consider buying the matching larger bag because the organization/pockets were so well-thought out.

We just got this duffel bag and it is everything other reviewers say versatile, rugged, cleverly designed but it isn't the next best thing after sliced bread. My first feeling upon picking up the bag was that it was heavy. Because of the hard bottom, the weight distribution isn't even and this may be a problem for people with lesser physical strength. Also for sheer space, it isn't superior as claimed that other 21" bags. If you are a math person, you will recognize that adding compartments to a fixed volume does not add more space but may actually take away space! That said, the idea of the separation is to give one the option of organizing one's items better and allowing easier access during airport check-in. This bag is built for a frequent air traveler and its utility in that respect is undeniable.One thing I will note here is how the price for this bag changes almost on a daily basis. During T'giving this bag was sold at $98 (yes that is true) and I also saw it advertised for about 50% of the time at $119. But I have also seen it being sold at $150+ at many other times. So if you are not in a hurry, I suggest you wait till after Christmas, it may save you about 50-60 bucks. Funny that the prices for this bag move up and down in real-time like airline tickets!
This isn't my dream bag (which may not exist!), but it is a great bag nevertheless.

This fit all my warm weather clothes for a 10 day overseas trip. I fit skirts, 1 pair of jeans, tops, sandals, etc. I packed light and hand washed a few items with bar soap. A pair of boots and my bulky cosmetic case i put in a separate bag. I like the compartment flap to keep laundry separated from clean clothes. I dragged this bag over Rome's cobblestone streets and it held up well so far. Fits easily in airplane overhead compartment. I heard the green color bag shows dirt easily, so I opted for the blue which is nice subdued color yet stands out from the sea of black luggage on baggage claim. I am very impressed with this bag. As a business traveler I take this with me every week for 5 days at a time and am able to fit everything I need without any issue. It is replacing an old Samsonite roll-aboard that lasted me 5 years of hard travel. This ebag amazes me every week with the amount of stuff I can fit into it without ever using the extra expansion. It's light weight, rolls very smooth and has multiple handles to lift into bins. It fits very easily into every overhead bin I have encountered. I also like that it is different than every other black bag out there.

Extremely durable and over-built. I believe it could be packed with lead, broken glass and dragged from the back of a train across the country without the contents falling out.

Quite a bit heavier than I thought it should be. The added weight is somewhere within the frame/back-pad...perhaps there's a 1/2" thick rifle plate hiding in there?I have smaller IFAK's and Trauma kits, but this thing is awsome. I saw this on You Tube and after the tornado in Oklahoma and else where it hit me how there could be a time in my area that this same thing could happen. I spent 30 years in medicine and there is no more helpless feeling than be at a scene like that seeing all of the injured and have little to nothing to treat these people. It is an awesome bag and with the right supplies it can be a life saver.

This is a small 14" backpack. Perfect for a Kindergarten that only goes half days. When you have a student that goes full days and plays out in the snow this would not be practicable because you would not be able to fit snow boots and Snow pants into it. My niece is going to Kindergarten for only half days in the morning so packing boots and pants in the winter will not be a problem so this backpack is perfect for her.

BLACKHAWK! Sling Backpack
I wanted a black sling backpack that had a tactical look. After searching high and low through the interwebs I discovered this bag. In fact, I couldn't find anything else that was 1. still available, and 2. made by a reputable company. The backpack lived up to my expectation and is exactly what I wanted. This is not a big backpack by any stretch of the imagination, so if you are looking to pack a lot of stuff this may not be what you need. The built-in pockets are nice for organization, and one of them fits a Kindle perfectly. My only gripe is that the waist buckle/belt thing is not fully removable. Not an issue worthy of taking a star off the review.
The only issue I have is that it's a little awkward wearing it it's a bit uncomfortable. The great thing about this pack though is that you can adjust the way the slings are arranged so I may just have to play around with it I may also have to wear it until it loosens up a bit, like I mentioned before it's made with high quality materials so it's really stiff out of the box.
Looking past that and the steep price I would recommend this product.

I own a ton of sling packs and regular packs, it's an odd obsession. Was looking for something super simple to take with me on airplanes and quick overnight trips and this pack almost fits the bill.Plenty of room for a change of clothes and a few toiletries. 2 zippered mesh pockets on the inside, and a water bottle holder as well. No sleeve to slip a laptop in, but I just got a sleeve and it fits my 15.6" laptop just fine. The entire front panel is a pocket as well and it fits my 10" tablet just fine as well.
The only cons I personally have are that (1) the water bottle holder inside is kinda useless, much prefer one on the outside. If (2) you're not using the cross strap no place to put it away. Also (3) a padded laptop sleeve inside would've been nice. And (4) kinda pricey.
Overall good pack though, strap is comfy when totally full. Plenty of places to add extra pouches on the strap and front panel.
