My husband and I ordered this as our day care bag. Turns out that we like it so much that we wished we'd ordered it first. We love the insulated section for bottles, and the interior is well-organized, making it easy to find everything. It's a perfect size, and the material is lightweight, easy to keep clean and well-suited to both genders. Our only quibbles are that the changing pad is small, and it would be nice to have a dual-sided zipper on the outside of the bottle compartment for easier access. But overall, you can't go wrong with Kelty.Read Best Reviews of Kelty KIDS Tote Diaper Bag Here
I LOVE this diaper bag! I bought it in blue. It is pretty, functional, and extremely well made. I also bought the KF Baby Diaper Bag Insert Organizer 9.6 x 5.6 x 7.2 inch, Olive to add more divided storage pockets. The insert is actually a mustard yellow, not olive in color and it fits perfectly inside this diaper bag. The insert keeps contents well organized, easy to find, and I am still able to utilize the side pockets and water bottle holder inside the diaper bag as well. The only negative for me is that the padded sling strap is useless as it makes the bag fall off my shoulder, so I removed it.UPDATE: I've been using this diaper bag for 6 months now (as of May 9, 2013) and I'm very pleased with it. It's still in great shape and no defects or problems. A GREAT purchase!

I love Kelty products and was excited to see they had a diaper bag that was reasonably priced. There are 2 large mesh pockets and three smaller pockets (if you count the layered pocket) on the inside, a large mesh pocket and a "sort of" pocket on the outside...it has a Velcro bottom to slip your bag over the handle of a carry on. It also has an insulated beverage pocket that you can access from inside or out of the bag. It seems large enough at first...but we are finding that our baby requires a lot of stuff when we leave the house! We use the changing mat a lot (which also has some pockets...I find them awkward to use, so I usually don't use them), but sometimes I wonder if I could get away with using a changing blanket and leaving the pad at home so that I can fit other stuff in the bag.My only complaint is that we need to WD40 the hinges, as people will comment that there must be a bird nearby...nope, it's just us walking with our melodious diaper bag!
Microsoft Impact Messenger Bag for 17.3" Laptops (Orange Trim)
I highly recommend this product. It is also very sturdy. This was purchased as a gift (this item specifically requested)for my son who has had numerous cases and who takes his laptop a lot of places. He was very pleased with it. I was a little surprised by its light orange interior ( my case's is black ) but he said he especially liked it because it made it much easier to see things in the bag when lighting wasn't optimal. He was right. Roomy and well padded.

I love all the pockets on this bag. I have yet to use them all. It is durable and cool. It's not the standard looking Targus bag I got from work with my work laptop. If I didn't have such a bulky day time planner, my laptop and everything would fit perfectly. Too bad it didn't have an expandable bottom or else I would have given it 5 stars.Other than that it fits my 15" and my 17" laptops without a problem. I even put both in the bag at once.

Wow I love this case. I wasn't going to buy it because I didn't know if I would get much use out of it now that I'm retired but when I saw it even if I use it once it was worth it. It has a pocket for anything and everything. The color is somewhat different/darker than the picture. The picture to me looks light grey on Amazon but the bag is accually a very dark grey or black. I don't care about that particularly because the orange details are what catches your eye. The construction is unbelievable for the money. Many zippers and you can tell by operating them they will last. Nice compartment for the laptop itself with a nice amount of padding. I have a 17.3" so the selection is a bit limited. This bag is big enough but not too big to be balky. I think it is difficult to judge this type of thing on the internet but this one is all I would ever want it to be. Now I can't wait to go somewhere!!Want Microsoft Impact Messenger Bag for 17.3" Laptops (Orange Trim) Discount?
I was looking for a laptop bag that was understated and compact. This bag is perfect. It has enough room for my adapter, external hard drive, mouse, etc. I am in and out of offices and the car all day. This bag is easy to carry, light, and well made.Timbuk2 Freestyle Plus Messenger Bag

This bag fits the bare essentials well. I fit the following things in it and it will still close easily: MacBook Air 11", 1 Spiral notebook, pens, charger, kindle fire (small version), computer lock, small bottle of Advil, a few feminine products, ecig kit the size of a small pencil case, 3 flash drives, and ear buds. It is a very small bag, but holds what I need and nothing more (which keeps it light). The laptop sleeve will not accommodate a MacBook that has a hard plastic shell cover (like mine that has a Maclocks case screwed into the bottom), but I can slide the laptop behind the sleeve and then put a spiral behind it for added protection (which I guess the hard case would also provide to an extent) and use the sleeve for my kindle. (this inability to put my Air in the sleeve was why it got 3 stars instead of 5) The strap is well designed and wide enough to distribute the weight but not so wide that is impossible to use as a courier bag for me (and I am on the busty side). Also the Velcro is incredibly strong, so if you're lazy like me an don't always use the clips close the bag, the Velcro will offer moderate protection from things falling out. The bag fell of the passenger seat of my car and landed upside-down in the floorboards and the Velcro held--nothing fell out of the bag, even from the sides. I would like to see a few more internal pockets, but that would also mean making the bag larger, and the whole point of this bag is for it to be small. The styling is excellent, and I use it as a work bag as well, so it dresses up or down well.To sum up: if you want a very small courier bag that is well designed and the biggest thing you need to transport is an 11" Macbook Air sans plastic shell, or an iPad, then this bag is an excellent choice. If you need to put anything bigger than that (even a clip board or Air in a plastic shell) then you should size up in your messenger bag selection.

Navy Ipod Mp3 School Sling Backpack
- Pack is uniquely shaped
- A zip pocked in front
- An audio pocket inside and headphone outlet on top
- A detachable phone pocket on the strap
- A mesh pocket on one side
and that was my main reason to buy this, so I'm happy, this is a good product.

Amazing price considering the competition and features offered
Sufficiently protective
Fits my MacBook 13" with a hard shell case perfectly
Exactly what I was looking for with top handles, accessory pocket, and still slim and protective.
I have zero complaints about this laptop case.I wanted something small, with handles and a pocket for my cord. This matches the bill perfectly. It does have a strong neoprene smell but it doesn't bother me and I'm sure with time it will fade. It fits my 13" macbook pro, power cord and digital camera perfectly.Great bag! It does smell a bit like neoprene, but I'm okay with that. It is lessening over time.
nice pocket on front!Nice, minimal with handles to carry around MBA anywhere.
If I'm using my backpack, I still put the MBA in it and then in the backpack for extra padding.
Put the MBA hinge end first for best protection.

This laptop bag is perfect! It looks great and it fits my larger laptop with room to spare. There is a hard shell under the fabric which is great. I can also fit my power cord and paperwork in each of the side pockets. This bag is also much lighter in weight than my previous one. I'd give his bag five stars on appearance, quality and functionality. This is a beautiful, well constructed laptop bag but I found it to be too small for my 15 inch laptop. Maybe it was my mistake, but the measurements stated in the description are 17x12x2.5 inches so I thought that my 15 inch laptop would have plenty of room. Well, those measurements are outside dimensions not inside which are actually 16 x 11...one inch smaller in both directions. I can barely get the bag zipped and there is absolutely no room for any accessories such as a charger or mouse. As much as I love the bag, it will be going back.I chose this for a roughly 17" wide laptop mainly because I have Vera Bradley items already and this print is very cute. However, the case is not thick enough for my big battery on my laptop so in order for it to fit I must put the big end at the top but it won't zip all the way shut. it works though so i would recommend it if you don't have a battery that protrudes a lot.Sumdex Impulse X-Sac Flame Backpack
The quality is good. No hanging threads. Zippers work well. It has a good fit when I carry it over one shoulder. The straps are very comfortable. There is plenty of room for the laptop (my laptop is 15.75 long, and the backpack has room for at least 2 more inches). There is also plenty of room for several folders, mouse, power pack, phone, phone charger, and my IPAD too.

This is a great laptop backpack. It fully accommodates my 16'' screen sized laptop along with its cooling pad, and charger. There could be a bit more padding for the laptop holding area but, for the price, I really can't complain. The one feature I absolutely love about this laptop backpack is its "speedair" function that allows some space between the back of the backpack and your back. This allows a nice breeze to flow between this area so you don't end up with a wet trail of sweat on your back from carrying a backpack for long periods of time. The second compartment down from the laptop carrying one is downright cavernous and can swallow a spare shirt and food in tupperware when I am on the go. There are all kinds of small pockets within the other compartments that are really useful. I honestly bought this strictly for my laptop but it is just so versatile that I now use it to transport other things I want to bring along with my laptop. I have been using this backpack for about four months so far and it is not showing any signs of wear.
The backpack is also water resistant and has kept the contents I've had inside of it high and dry during light rain showers. However, I wouldn't recommend exposing it to torrential down pours. If I really had to nit-pick, the two gripes I have with this backpack is that sometimes the straps can slide a bit after use. This doesn't happen often but it can be a bit annoying when it does because it means that I'll have to readjust them to my liking. In addition to this, the straps are each sewn on to a thick nylon triangular piece that can poke you in the back sometimes if you have a semi-wide back like I have. BUT! Like I mentioned before, these are but just minor annoyances to an overall great laptop carrying backpack. This is a nice laptop backpack. Plenty of room for my 17.3", plus its accessories. great for transporting things when I take my motorcycle to work.
Ju-Ju-Be Packabe Diaper Bag
The features I most like:
The amount of pockets I will need to carry around 4 water bottles/sipee's/bottles where ever I go for my large family, and most bags won't fit that much. I like the amount it will fit for the size it is I can fit 4 containers of snacks, my 4 water bottles, my wallet, diapers and change of clothes and it still isn't bursting at the seams. For me at 5'11" its very comfortable on my back and I don't feel a need to have padded straps.I like that the main section zips in the center so you can leave it partially open and not sorry about things spilling out. I didn't go with the BFF because the zipper was more in the front instead of the top of the bag. Makes it easier to get what you want when its sitting on the floor too.
Frustrations:
It really needs a top grab handle I'm thinking of using caribiner clips to hold it in backpack form since I rarely use the messenger feature and that way I can just grab the padded top section when I need to chuck it in the car I'll see how this works.
Side bottle holders I wish they were a bit higher since I often am carrying around 2 25oz bottles on the outside and have to make sure I shove them as far down as they'll go.
Other than that, I'm pretty happy with this bag I purchased it in the brown/blue combo (which the brown is much darker than shown here on Amazon) and am pleased. The real test will be to see how long it lasts.

I thought this diaper bag would be the "perfect" one for me.DISLIKES:
No padded straps. If they were padded, this product would have definitely gotten 5 stars.
A bit on the heavy side, and without the padded straps, makes it uncomfortable to wear for a long period of time.
LIKES:
-Able to fit a good amount of items: 5 diapers, costco wipes, emergency tees, blankies, diaper cream, hand sanitizer, a couple toys, burp cloths, paci
--inside the outside pockets: water bottle, car keys/house keys, wallet, lotions

I just started getting into Ju Ju Bes and I bought the Packabe only a few days ago. This brand is by far the most well-made diaper bag I've ever come across. The Packabe has a mommy pocket, that means no need to carry a separate purse. The organization is superb, it has just the right amount of pockets inside to keep small items from getting lost inside the bag. The Packabe does not look that big in real life but it is very spacious inside and can easily hold items for two kids or can be used for overnight outings. The Lush Paisley print is just beautiful. Ju Ju Be has the best prints, none of their prints look generic so when you are carrying a Ju Ju Be, it really stands out!I am very pleased with the craftmanship, look, style, and durability of this bag and would highly recommend it to other moms. The irritating part of having a shoulder strap diaper bag is that when you have a winter jacket on it slides and you have a bag and a baby hanging from your arms. So I thought this would change it. Nope! Still slides!!!
Jeep Battalion 24" Hardside Spinner
Upon arrival during my third trip with this suitcase, I found that one of the wheel mounts was cracked. Granted, I know that baggage handlers are not gentle with your luggage but I did expect my bag to hold up better. I had to buy duct tape and fix my Jeep Suitcase. Talk about a let down. I wouldn't recommend this bag to a friend.

Bought this one for my wife over 3 yrs. ago. Apart from looking quite nice and standing out well on a conveyor belt (you don't get the 12 accidental attempts to snatch someone else's black Samsonite), it has seen some moderate use and withstood it quite well.As a side note, our local airport cargo crews tend to act in a demolition squad fashion, so if it survived it here, it should be fine in your airport as well.
The plastic itself is thinner and lighter than that of the mentioned rival's, but seems to take the stress well enough. Thinner plastic yields much lower weight certainly appreciated by my wife. None of the small attached parts like handles, zippers, wheels, etc, has shown any damage, or became loose, or whatsoever. The lining is also proper and well-constructed.
All in all, quite a satisfactory purchase for me. The only reason it's not 5/5 is that we don't travel too much so not sure if it'd still be in as good shape as it is now if we were traveling, say, monthly.

I've found this bag to be tremendously useful. It has lots of pockets for all those necessities like diapers, wipes, and bottles. It's also pretty rugged. When my kid finally gets big enough to not need this any more, I'm probably going to use it as my laptop bag.
My only complaint is the changing pad. I don't think it's big enough, but it'll do in a crunch.
Kata KT D-3N1-22 3 In 1 Sling /Backpack with Laptop Slot
But I've wanted a backpack camera bag. Shopping around, I kept coming back to the Kata 3N1 for its versatility: regular backpack, left or right sling with quick access on either side, and criss-cross to go from backpack to sling in seconds.
But which one? The 20 or the 30? I didn't need the netbook / laptop compartment, since I don't plan to tote one. The 30 sounded a bit large.
I ordered the 20, then changed my mind and chose the 22 -WITH the netbook compartment. Because I realized I would use it for manuals and bounce cards. And maybe a netbook, if I like . . .
The Kata 3N1 22 arrived in four days and it's been everything I hoped. Beautifully designed and constructed; high quality; amazing in operation.
Right away, out of curiosity, I wanted to see how I could configure it and load it up. Here it is, packed, at 14 pounds. (3 of those are the bag, so that's 11 pounds of gear in a deceptively compact and comfortable backpack.)
UPPER COMPARTMENT
580 EX II Speedlite (in its case, with stand)
430 EX II Speedlite (in its case, with stand)
8 spare AA batteries for Speedlites
Cables
Microfibre cloths
Lens caps
RIGHT EXTERIOR POUCH
Second Canon camera battery
Canon battery wall charger
LEFT EXTERIOR POUCH
Polarizing and other filters
MAIN COMPARTMENT
Canon 40D
Tamron 70-300mm and reversed hood (on camera)
Canon 50mm 1.8 prime (hood separate)
Canon 28-135mm (hood reversed)
Tamron 17-35mm (hood separate)
Tamron 28-200mm (hood reversed)
2-pc Vivitar wireless remote (in mesh pouch, not included)
3pc Cowboy wireless Speedlite triggers (in mesh pouch, not included)
Rain cover in pouch
Media kit -with extra compact flash cards
NETBOOK COMPARTMENT
"A Better Bounce Card" Bounce Cards
Manuals
And there's still room for a card reader, binoculars, LED flashlight, small miscellaneous items.
Will I walk around every day with it loaded like that? Probably not. Then again, why not? Leaving out a couple or three lenses and one Speedlite doesn't reduce the weight by THAT much. (Though it's an amazingly comfortable everyday run-around backpack / sling if I leave a few items at home.)
All I have to do is sling my tripod (in its case) and light stand / umbrella (in their case) over my shoulder, or hand carry them, and go. An easily portable highly versatile studio for locations.
Does the 3N1 system really work? And how!
I have had none of the problems a few others have mentioned. I'm 6', 200 lbs, 42" waist. The adjustable waistband fits me fine, with inches to spare.
Yes, wearing it as a regular backpack is the most comfortable over time, as everybody mentions.
But the criss-cross position is almost equally comfortable, with the advantage of instantly converting to a sling. I don't feel "choked" by the straps at my neck, as a few have mentioned. Yes, I adjust them more often because of the configuration. But I don't mind, having the option to instantly go to a sling.
The adjustable padding on the straps is comfortable and effective. The quick-release buckles are strong yet easy to fasten or open. Yes, you really CAN pull the side flap open with one hand and grab your camera from the bag on the fly. The zippers are heavy-duty but smooth.
Sling position (I'm right-handed) works as advertised, with rapid access to my camera without opening the main bag, plus the stabilizing factor of resting my elbows on the bag, now slung around and lying across my front, while shooting.
Sturdy, solid protection for all that gear, plus a rain cover if needed. And yes, I'm glad to have the netbook compartment. I knew I'd use it and it's worth the extra $20.
Now that I've seen how MUCH gear I can pack, it's a daily exercise to decide what I really WON'T need when I go out, and enjoy this versatile backpack / sling at its lightest and for all it's worth. Because it's so brilliantly sized and configured that, backpack or sling, it doesn't feel clumsy or oversized at all, as you use it.
Of course, you're carrying as much as 14 pounds of gear or more in this seemingly compact case -so it's not like toting an iPhone in your pocket. You feel it. The trick is HOW and how much you might be strained by the extra weight.
The Kata 3N1 22 distributes the weight perfectly and is hands down and fully loaded the most comfortable backpack I've ever worn. You can even use it as an ordinary backpack if you like. The padded partition separating the upper from the main compartment unzips to create one large interior space (by removing the remaining velcro-strapped padded dividers).
I'm impressed. This is an organically designed ergonomic camera equipment transport-protection system that can literally change from day to day, or hour to hour, according to your personal / professional needs and schedule. Priced as well as it is designed and constructed.
Great job, Kata.I gave this pack a five star rating because it is well made, well designed, roomy, and works the way it is intended. But even with all that being said, I have returned the bag. It's simply too big for me. That's why I'm reviewing it I want to give some fair warning to potential purchasers.
I'm a photo enthusiast and I take my camera nearly everywhere. If you're like me, you're obsessing over this bag purchase, looking at all of them and trying to choose the one that works best for you. I bought this bag thinking it would be nice to have plenty of space to hold all my gear. And it does just that. I have a Canon 40D, two telephoto lenses and a short prime lense. Add to that all the usual stuff you need to own battery pack, cleaning supplies, a few filters, and spare SD cards. It all fits in the bag with room to spare for my passport, sunglasses, wallet items, even a snack and a bottle of water. It's comfortable, secure, has a waste strap for support, and the quick side opening works well. I got the one with the laptop compartment and my netbook fits in it just fine.
But the thing is just too darned big! I feel like I'm shouting TOURIST!! It sticks way up on my back and looks silly. If I use it in the criss-cross configuration, it crosses over my breasts and makes them look like Zena the Princess Warrior. I can get the side opening to work using the backpack configuration, but it's not as stable. And it's so bulky that it feels a bit unwieldy.
Finally, carrying all that stuff around made me realize that doing so is not really necessary. Do I really need to carry all three of my lenses and all my cards, filters, and gear on an outing? It makes for a heavy pack, and unless you're a pro, or a very serious ameteur, I just don't see it being necessary to take it all with me. I traded down for a lowepro fastpack 100, and I'll post a review when I've had a chance to go over it. But it looks like I'll be able to carry my camera, one spare lense and all the other accessories I need just fine. The pack is smaller, more streamlined looking, and weighs less.
I gave this item a great rating because it is a beautiful product. Quality materials, light color inside so you can see what's inside well, and lots of thought put into what a camera user needs. And I LOVE the fast access side set-up. I didn't think it would be fair to rate it down because it didn't suit my needs. But non-pros should know that it's big enough to carry a fair amount -if not allof what you own, and if you want to do that, then this bag will suit your needs. But if you want to carry your camera, maybe a spare lense, battery and SD card with plenty of room left for a sack lunch, this is overkill.

I researched for several months to find a sling bag that would be large enough to carry my D700, 3 lenses (1 of which is a larger ultrawide zoom), and various other peripherals when I travel, that would *magically* shrink to a manageable size for day hikes and around-town shooting. With exception to the Kata, I was able to examine the usual suspects in person at a local electronics superstore. The bags were either too small or too big, and none offered the flexible sling / back pack option, so I decided to take a leap of faith and order a Kata. I was leaning towards the 10, however, based on other reviews, I decided the medium size would be required to accomodate my kit. I ordered the Kata KT D-3N1-22 3 In 1 Sling /Backpack with Laptop Slot so I could tote my iPad2 as well.I received the bag quickly and was immediately concerned about the size. I decided to give it a try anyway. With room to spare, I was able to load it up with the kit mentioned above as well as my iPad, wallet, various cleaning gadgets and a few more odds and ends one would expect to carry on a day trip. I struggled with the size of the bag on my frame all day. The back pack configuration worked a little better, but the bag itself is so long. it would not sit comfortably on my tiny frame in any configuration. It also stuck out way farther than I liked. Even on my husband, who is 5'9", the profile was freakishly large.
I give this bag four stars because the quality is top-notch, and the over-all functionality is great. I just wish it had a drnk holder, as mentioned by most others. Despite the size, i was easily able to access my equipment and swap lenses without the need for placing the bag on the ground. I am going to exchange this bag for the Kata KT D-3N1-10 Sling/Backpack (Black) in hopes that it is more suited to my needs. I will update my review upon receipt of that bag.
8/17/2011 UPDATE: Received the Kata KT D-3N1-10 Sling/Backpack (Black) and love it. It's more suited to someone small like me, and with exception to my iPad, fits everything the Kata KT D-3N1-22 3 In 1 Sling /Backpack with Laptop Slot held. I am very pleased with my exchange.

This bag is fantastic. It is good looking, flexible, well organized, and sturdy. I travel worldwide, year round. I am a road warrior. I needed a bag for carry on purposes that I could also use while doing day hikes, take to the office, etc. I carry:a Nikon D7000 with 2 extra lenses
a macbook air 11 inch
a sony coolpix
two mobile phones
a wifi hotspot
two pouches with cables and wires and chargers
passport and money pouch
rain sleeve
ultralight windbreaker
-Spare batteries
-small spiral paper notebook and pen
I used to have to carry a much larger bag to accommodate these items. But the 3N-22 works perfectly. Its a snug fit, but with all of the pockets and points of access, I can get to everything quickly. It is also sturdy.
The flexible straps work really well. I recently tested these on a mountain biking excursion in China. Used both straps while biking and pulled one to quickly slide the bag towards my chest for easy access to my DSLR. Worked quickly and easily.
My only suggestion for improvement would be for Kata to re-inforce the bottom of the bag with a water proof fabric. I set mine down all of the time, and not always in the driest of places. Otherwise, I would say this is the best bag I have ever owned... And I have tried many.
Badlands Pursuit Daypack (MOBU, 18 x 11 x 8-Inch)
Very Pleased!I had the smaller Badlands pack for a few years and it served me well, I needed more space so I bought this, I'm very happy with it, the only issues is there is a pocket that is hard to get to the zipper, and it fights you all the way, but otherwise it has a very good layout and is very useful!!

I have owned a lot of daypacks over the years, and use one every day during hunting season. The thing I have learned is that there are some packs which are intelligently designed (the right number, placement and size of pockets; the ability to extend or limit capacity; quiet and tough material) and which feel intuitive and therefore easy in use. I have several other Badlands packs, and I use them for different situations. A larger one (Diablo) to carry more stuff for longer hunts; smaller ones (HyperHydro, Reactor) for shorter hunts. They are all overbuilt and well-designed. However, if I had to have just one, this would be it. I think I could carry nearly as much as I can with the Diablo, or cinch it down to smaller size (it has compression straps) for smaller carries. I agree that one of the zippers is hard to get at, but that's a minor detail. This is one great little pack, and the price is great too, considering the usual cost of a Badlands pack-they have not skimped on quality to reach this price point. My only question is--why no hip belt?Read Best Reviews of Badlands Pursuit Daypack (MOBU, 18 x 11 x 8-Inch) Here
I haven't had a chance to take this pack hunting, but it is a really great pack for dayhikes. I've strapped various items to it including water bottles, blankets and camping pads. I also use the small outer pouch to carry my conceal pistol and spare magazine. I transferred a standard CamelBak hydration resorvoire to it and it can take that, my pistol, binoculars and much more without issue. The open webbing pouches on either side are not designed to carry water bottles securely, so don't try. Lastly, none of the zippers provide a full open capability, which I prefer, but if you like to unzip and splay open your packs exposing everything internally, buy a different pack.Want Badlands Pursuit Daypack (MOBU, 18 x 11 x 8-Inch) Discount?

You almost wouldn't know it's not made of real leather. It does the job but it is a little big. Just remember, the seams are around the sides so you have to add some extra length + width to the total size to accomodate the seam.It smells like human blood or dead fish VERY STRONG. I had to prop it open on my balcony in the winter for 3 months before the smell was bearable.

Items of note: The handles of the case are padded and very comfortable to carry. The zippers feel solid and there are two of them on EVERY external closure, which is a nice detail. The lining is a contrasting color, the wheels are stable. The front external zipper is hidden, which makes the outside of the case look clean but does make it slightly more difficult to access what's in the pocket.
Why a four-star review, you ask? Well, I chose the mustard color. I love it -it's really more of a harvest gold -but it is the devil to keep clean. On the trip to Italy, I carried on, and there were a couple of dark marks on it after being dragged through three airports and the Milan tram system. Normal, no real problem. But after checking it on the way back, my bright new bag looked like it'd been kicking around for approximately 10 years and was covered with grease marks. Even the zippers and Lipault front label looked grimy. After a wipedown with mild soap and water that lasted for an entire episode of "Homeland," only faint traces of the darkest stains were left, but it was disappointing that the luggage picked up so much dirt and held onto it so tenaciously. Just for the record, I am not a perfectionist or a neat freak and my previous aqua Samsonite suitcase was never cleaned in 7 years of ownership.
So, just a warning to those who are debating their color choice: If you plan to check your bag, be prepared to spend a lot of cleaning time or choose another color. I do plan to Scotch Guard this and will update my review if it makes a significant difference on future trips.
Overall, though, this is a beautiful suitcase that feels built to last.

this suitcase is amazingly light and if you get the cary-on that slips over the top you can pack for 5-7 days and not deal with checking luggage, and it rolls sideways to get down the narrow isles of planes.
