Overall i like the bag, it fits the Macbook pro 13' perfectly. The handles are nice, but to get them to work you have leave the zipper open the width of the handles. The only problem is that one side of the zipper doesn't work properly it sticks as long as i don't pull to hard its ok. If i didn't need it i would likely have returned or replaced it until i got one with a working zipper.
The delivery was prompt and the product is great. This case has enough space to hold all accessories for the notebook and it has lots of pockets for other stuff and, as stated in the product overview, it has a velcro attachment that can be adjusted to the size of your notebook. My notebook is 12.1 inches and it fits perfectly. If I had a 17inch notebook I could easily adjust the space to fit.

I love all the pockets on this bag. I have yet to use them all. It is durable and cool. It's not the standard looking Targus bag I got from work with my work laptop. If I didn't have such a bulky day time planner, my laptop and everything would fit perfectly. Wow I love this case. I wasn't going to buy it because I didn't know if I would get much use out of it now that I'm retired but when I saw it even if I use it once it was worth it. It has a pocket for anything and everything. The color is somewhat different/darker than the picture. The picture to me looks light grey on Amazon but the bag is accually a very dark grey or black. I don't care about that particularly because the orange details are what catches your eye. The construction is unbelievable for the money. Many zippers and you can tell by operating them they will last. Nice compartment for the laptop itself with a nice amount of padding. I have a 17.3" so the selection is a bit limited. This bag is big enough but not too big to be balky. I think it is difficult to judge this type of thing on the internet but this one is all I would ever want it to be. This is a nice backpack, and seems to be well made. There is a little padded pocket inside the main compartment for a cellphone or small camera. The only thing about it is that it's heavy canvas. Even when empty it seems heavy. I didn't realize this when I bought it. We keep it around the house for random use, but for my kids for school I got lightweight ripstop nylon backpacks.
My bag was stolen so this was a replacement. Delayed in shipping, and then multplie issues with the delivery. Had quick responses from their customer service to resolve all of the multiple issues and they eventually refunded me my shipping. Very happy I finally recieved the bag! Bag is great quality and extremelly happy with it!

I love the way this bag looks and feels, it's size and it's pocket options, but I've had this bag since September last year (about 7 months) and the zippers recently started coming apart. To be fair it started to happen when I tried to get a lot of stuff in there, but once the zippers went wonky, I would fix them, and then they'd come apart until this weekend, they both just broke where I had been bending them into place. They were the zippers on the main pocket. It's also starting to fall apart in other places, the cloth behind one of the arm straps is fraying, and there's a hole in one of the side pockets. Again, to be fair, I use it every day, but overall, it's a cool bag, but not built to last.
OMG the backpack was cute which its a perfect size for a toddler of 2yrs old. The package came fast as well.

I really want to like this tote. It is absolutely perfect EXCEPT for the fact that it doesn't actually fit a 15" laptop. I have the newest macbook pro and with the way the tote is structured to taper at the bottom, there isn't a way to get it into the sleeve horizontally. If you put the computer in vertically, about 4 inches stick out above the padding, making it pretty unusable protection-wise.

I really like this bag. I bought it to use for work and it comfortably fits my laptop, notebook, folder, water bottle, and other miscellaneous small items like pens, keys, sunglasses, etc. I have already received lots of compliments on it from colleagues! However, I would note that the polka dot lining inside the bag is also visible on the underside of the straps. Additionally, I haven't found a good use for the little side flap pockets. Pretty good book pack, smaller size fits our 4th grader well with just the right amount of room. Live right down the street from LL Bean and have always been happy with their product but looking for a more hip less kiddie look and this was it.
I bought the gray bag to use on my commute to clinical rotations at a hospital. I take the train so I needed something secure, lightweight and not too large. This bag fits the bill perfectly. The back has a padded, zippered compartment for a laptop, but I use that area for my 1.5" storage clipboard and 2 folders with study materials. The front pouch compartment holds my makeup bag, wallet, kindle, phone and snacks and still has quite a bit of room left over. The strap is very long (a good thing) and the strap pad is removable, which is nice when you are adjusting the strap. I predict that this bag will get more use than just commuting -I may buy the pink just to give myself options!
I have the 14.1" sony vaio, and i bought the blue color sleeve. Is pretty good fit, extra room for me to store cable. Front zipper allow me to put USB Drive. Sometimes I even put key in there. Overall it keep my notebook safe from scratch. Very good purchase. For the price it is worth the purchase.

Really stylish, and really practical backpack for the college student. There's not a huge amount of pockets, but I don't really need them seeing as I'm only ever carrying around books, and iPad, and pencils. My only complaint is that there is no place for a water bottle, and I carry one around myself, but it's not a huge deal, and those kind of pockets would compromise the style of the backpack. Getting it here is so much cheaper than getting it at Urban Outfitters.
My son is really, really into Doctor Who. He was thrilled to be able to get an 11th Doctor backpack for school this year. Unfortunately, this backpack is very small. My son is in first grade; he has only a notebook-size school agenda and a lunch box. If he has a lunch that includes a thermos or large bowl, I have to squish the lunchbag into the backpack. This is too small for an older child. However, it would be perfect for a preschooler or even as a toy-tote for non-school use. We are not dissatisfied overall, I just wish the product detail on the selling page had given a clearer indication of size (even listing the dimensions would work). Of course, the standard Doctor Who response is: It's bigger on the inside! This backpack is not :-(

I paid $13 dollars for this item and I wanted to buy two but I figured to buy one and see how it was first. It arrived way faster than expected and I love it. And so does my four year old daughter. Now we are fighting over who gets to keep it. I would order a second one but the price jumped to $40 since I ordered it three weeks ago. I don't know why but I am so disappointed. It is definitely not worth more than what I paid for it. It is small and cute and perfect for what I need it for but for $40, I would never buy it. Perfect for what I needed it for. I can never keep a purse for long they always tear of a strap breaks or something happens to them because they can't hold up with all of my use. As stated, this backpack is on the small side, but will work nicely for kindergarten. I'm not sure it will fit a standard size folder, but is perfect for a composition (marble) notebook and other supplies. The backpack arrived well ahead of the scheduled date which is wonderful. Our son is very excited to have a Doctor Who backpack, and can't wait to use it.
Well packed. Most products look bright in picture and dull out in actual piece. Actual piece recieved as what it appears on picture. Good size to get most of the necessities in. Comfortable size for age of 5 toodlers. Padding on slings kind of thin though. Padding a bit stiff as well. Perhaps require some time to get season.
