We received our purchase on the earliest day listed to arrive and I was pleased to find that this backpack was of quality "backpack" construction. I was leery buying a backpack over the internet because I worried that the product would be plastic-y or inferior. This backpack looks, feels and smells just like anyone would expect. It fits on my 3 year old son perfectly and the straps adjust to give it a better fit. He has already put his train tracks and trains in the big pouch. Both zippers are well-placed and of good construction. The Thomas emblem on the front of the bag puffs out as a surprise added bonus. I purchased this bag specifically for my son's use and not as a diaper bag or something to help hold the misc. baby things mothers usually carry around. For my intended use, this bag is perfect....for a parent looking for a handy "not a diaper bag" diaper bag keep looking.

Ordered about a year ago. Now too small for my son's knick knacks but it definitely served it's purpose well. I also ordered the matching lunch bag which I was amused to find put on top of each other we're the same size! Oh well....
