The bag is well made. Big enough for legal size notebooks. Good for college books and can hold 3 to 4 large books and maybe more. Carries good like a briefcase, and moderately comfortable carring over the shoulder for short distances. Many pockets for multiple items. The clips need to be fastened to carry bag. Love the bag, planned on using it as a thin light briefcase when wasn't carrying laptop. The smell of neoprene is overpowering. Aired it out for a week and the smell was as bad as the day I took it out of the packaging. If strong chemical smells don't bother you, you will love this bag. Not only does it have side zippers to put mouse or charger but also a Velcro opening below the handle to access the pouch that way as well.

I have zero complaints about this laptop case.I wanted something small, with handles and a pocket for my cord. This matches the bill perfectly. It does have a strong neoprene smell but it doesn't bother me and I'm sure with time it will fade. It fits my 13" macbook pro, power cord and digital camera perfectly.Great bag! It does smell a bit like neoprene, but I'm okay with that. It is lessening over time.

I purchased this bag. It is a great size and has a great design for storage. It started to tear at a seam within a month of purchase. I contacted the manufacturer through their website to do a warranty return. I needed to send it back at my expense via UPS or Fedex. I did get an answer within a day of their receipt of the item and they informed me that I would receive a credit towards a replacement from their website...no offer of a refund...just pick another bag. I did select the same bag, BUT they made me pay the return shipping also!So I paid about $20 (2 separate shipping costs) to replace a one-month old defective bag!

I will say that if you carry a lot of books and want your laptop and iPad then this Timbuk2 case will be very heavy and it won't work well, but if you, like me, are mostly digital then the few folders that I carry and my electronics fit perfectly.
The front pockets are big and can fit snacks or cords/cables, etc.
I have found the perfect bag for me to carry the "essentials" with me to work and not carry around a dorky looking briefcase or generic laptop bag.

⁃ Shoulder strap is soft (comfy!), but tends to slide off the shoulder when wearing a jacket. Make it grip cloth better. Minus 1 point.⁃ The messenger-flap buckles are useless at best and a teeth-grinding hassle at worst. If they were reversed so the straps were on the flap gravity would assist their function. If they were eliminated they would be better still. Minus 2 points.
⁃ External compartments are too much of a hassle to use (because of the flap and straps). The 'command' bag is better here because of it's 'Napolean' pockets and water bottle holder (think: wet umbrella). I was tempted to get command but it's flap blocks the main compartment and would drive me bonkers. I have a fragile grip on sanity as it is. Minus another point.
⁃ The bag fits great on my roll-aboard's collapsable handle. (+1) However the slot through which the handles pass has velcro on the bottom (why?) and this means attaching is a two-hand operation. Every time. Over and over. Minus 3 points.
⁃ The laptop storage section is soft and really nice! (plus 10) And unlike other bags (including 'command') the compartment zips from the top, creating extra storage, great! But this leads to two problems: 1) if you utilize this extra space you'll find out at the worst possible time, the TSA's Xray belt, and 2) if you unzip early to prepare for the belt, and are still attached to your roll-aboard, the bag may yawn open and you'll have a "yard sale" right there in the security line. (Minus 5 points, but some of that was my fault too).
⁃ The grey color looks beige / tan under some lighting. Now I look like a slacker, and I've worked hard over the years to get my socks to match. Not what I was expecting. 1.
Still, I'm pretty happy with the purchase. It's light, not too big, not too small, good compartments and pockets, great laptop compartment (fits MacBook pro nicely), and breezes you through security. I'd recommend buying one if my quibbles don't affect your situation.I have been using this bag for a week now and love it. Very comfortable to wear, stores a good deal of items. This is slightly larger than a regular 16" backpack, this is not a medium sized (14"). I bought it for my tiny 4 yr old that goes to Pre-K but needs a big enough backpack to put her full sized school folders in. It's hard to find "medium" sized backpacks but they do exist! I compared this one to my older daughter's 16" backpack and this one was bigger... so disappointing. On the plus side, it has plenty of room and is pictured exact... nice bright colors.

Cute backpack but we learned after a year of full day kindergarten that the straps and back aren't very comfortable because these types of backpacks lack padding and extra support where it's needed. They are constantly complaining their backs hurt and I can't blame them.. My daughter was into the princess thing and loved this backpack but it barely made it to the end of the year.The bottom developed tears and holes. I recommend the backpacks from pottery barn.this year we got the ones with the wheels.

biaggi Contempo Foldable 26" Spinner Duffle
I liked the idea of a space saving suitcase so I tried the biaggi duffle, and I'm so happy that I did. First of all the aqua colour is gorgeous. The "Contempo" line of luggage is a little more expensive than their other line, but the outer material is soft and seems water proof. The fact that it has 4 wheels and it's a spinner really sealed the deal for me. I don't have a lot of storage space at my place so this fits perfectly under the bed, and the protector bag, which is included, will keep your luggage dust free when not in use. Also included is a combination TSA approved lock. I'm very happy with my purchase and want to get more!

THE BAD
It's probably fair to start with the bad part because if the the shoulder strap being always in the way whenever trying to get things in or out of the bag is a problem then there's not need to waste time reading about specs or the other good features.
The problem is that the wide, non-removable shoulder strap does not use D-rings or any kind of ring to connect itself to the bag's body. It always stands up on top of the bag's opening and that makes it very difficult to get it out of the way when trying to get things in and out. You must constantly move it out of the way and it keeps coming back annoying. Amazon's photos should give you a pretty good ideas of what to expect.
THE GOODS
The well-protected and generously padded inner compartment can easily host a 14-15" laptop. The main compartment has 2 large partitions, one for the laptop and the second with several zippered mesh pockets, detachable little purses, pen holders and so on. Two large side pockets off which one is zippered allow for even more versatility. And, when a little more room is needed, the zippered extension option allows for the bag to expand an extra 1.5" thicker, accordion-style.

I recognize the bag's versatility many pockets and the ability to expand it. I also liked the quality of materials and the generously wide shoulder strap. And the bag does look pretty.
MY RATING
In spite of all the good things I mentioned above, I hesitate between a one star (I hate it) and a two stars (I don't like it) rating because the shoulder strap interference with just about everything you do with the bag is THAT annoying. Sadly, the opposite of what seems to be the Case Logic motto: "Life, Simplified." applies in this case. The Pavonis is likely to complicate your life but it will probably make you look good. Which saves it the 'one star' rating.

I have only used this as a grocery tote, so I don't know how it works as a backpack.The biggest plus, for me is that because the bottom can be packed flat, there is not the everything-sinks-to-the bottom lower back fatigue/ache of a backpack. And when you need to place items in it, it stands up, it doesn't lose it's shape and become limp and unmanageable.
I've been using this every single day since I bought it several months ago.
I put it to a brutal test; heavy books back and forth from the library; too many groceries.
Shows no signs of wear at all.
I will buy another when I finally whip it to death.

This bag is really well made. I can't speak to it's longevity as I've only had it for a few days.The straps are very versatile! You can use as a tote and a backpack. This feature along with the mesh back, make it a GREAT swim bag! I used it for me and my 3 daughters...towels, suits, AND snacks, and it fit everything!!! The only notes I have to make it better would be to add a top zipper closer for the times you'd like better security, and maybe a few additional zipper compartments for separating items. Very lightweight reusable bag. Has zippered section for wallet etc. Shoulder straps are adjustable so that the bag sits comfortably. As long as I don't need too many groceries, it is perfect for a grocery shopping by bike.
Dadgear Backpack Diaper Bag
For our first baby (now age 3), we used a Baby Kaed backpack diaper bag, and it worked out great, but after we had another baby (now 10 months), we found the Baby Kaed too small to carry all the necessary supplies for both kids. It was time to upgrade!After conducting extensive diaper bag research, I found a bag that either parent could carry (a definite plus, as some diaper bags are "girly"), with organization to spare, plenty of room, plus an ergonomic backpack design that makes it easy to manage the kids while out and about: the Dad Gear Backpack Diaper Bag.
Can't say enough good things about this bag! First, the wipes are easily accessible without even opening the pack, via a flip-down compartment on the outside. Genius! Second, there is a pocket for diapers that's on the very top of the bag, so you never have to dig around for them. Next, there are two deep side pockets (one on each side), and I routinely fit four cans of premade formula on one side, and a bottle on the other side with a zip-lock bag of extra drop-in bottle liners. Then there are two mesh pockets on the outside of the bag, perfectly sized for a sippy cup or spare bottle (or even my own water bottle)
There are two organizational pockets in the front, one of which I use to store diaper supplies (lotions/creams, changing pad, extra wipes, hand sanitizer and the like), and the other I use for crayons, books, and a zip-lock bag with a bib and baby spoon.
Finally, there's a huge middle pocket, which I use to store a spare outfit for each child (right down to the socks, in case of catastrophe), snacks for the toddler, baby food for the baby, toys, coloring books, board books and a few other odds and ends that make life easier.
This bag is comfortable to carry, as well. We live close to Disney, and have used it on our frequent, all-day park excursions. The straps and the design of the bag make it easy to manage, and I highly recommend it to parents with more than one child!

My son recently hit 2 and we have another on the way so I set off in hopes of finding a diaper bag that would accommodate 2 kids. We decided to look for a backpack style diaper bag so our hands would free to wrangle the 2 year old. I'm surprised by the lack of selection of diaper backpacks. In my research it came down to this one, an Okatots bag that folds open like a cabinet and a Ju ju be backpack. I could never get my hands on any of them in advance and just had to go off of pictures online. I didn't think my husband would ever agree to carry the Okatots or Ju Ju be bags so we went with this one.Other reviewers have called into question the durability of the bag materials. I'l agree with them to an extent. This bag does not have the quality fabric or zippers that you'd find on a Jansport, North Face or Kelty backpack. I'd say it's made of the same materials as you'd find on a $40 backpack. I don't expect the bag to last 10 years, but it should easily last a few years as long as you're not hauling around 30 lbs of stuff in it constantly.
The back and straps are lightly padded and comfortable. The mesh pockets on the side easily hold a water bottle or sippy cup, but the size zip bottle pockets slide down behind the mesh side pockets. If you had a bottle loaded in that side pocket it would push out toward the mesh pocket and make the side pocket hard to use. The diaper wipes dispenser on the front is really convenient to get in and out of. The bag has 3 main pockets and then the diaper canopy on top. We use the front pocket for Mom & Dad's stuff. It has 2 tall mesh pockets in it. The second pocket again has the 2 tall mesh pockets, but then it has an additional inch of space in that pocket so you can fit lots in there. We pack in plenty of snacks of the day and just slide the juice boxes into the size zip pockets. The main compartment is plenty spacious, the size zipper pockets do take up space on the side if they're filled and the diaper canopy comes down into this main compartment. That said, there is still plenty of room. We keep a packing cube with a full spare outfit for my son, his hoodie, his favorite stuffed animal, and can still stuff his winter coat (3T), hat and mittens in here. The diaper canopy on top is a nice touch for keeping diapers close at hand, we just throw our diaper cream right in there along with the diapers to keep it accessible.
Overall, I'm happy with the bag and I think it's the best of the limited selection of diaper backpacks available.
**Update 2/19/13 After 1 month's use**
This bag has gone almost everywhere with us over the last month and I LOVE IT!! It's comfortable to wear, holds a ton of stuff and is very easy to get in and out of. I wish I'd bought it 2 years ago. It feels light even when it's loaded down with a day's worth of supplies. The front dispensing wipes are so convenient to grab for a quick clean up of dirty hands or a runny nose. I'm not as concerned about the quality of the bag as I was a month ago, it's holding up very well and I can't find any weak spots.
My only complaint on the bag is the lack of a separate pocket for the diaper changing pad. You can either put the pad in the 2nd pocket from the front which has a good extra inch of space in front of the mesh pockets, but that's where we store snacks so I'm not sticking it in there. We keep ours in the main compartment with the spare clothes and bigger items.
All in all, I'm incredibly happy with this bag and I'm moving it from 4 stars to 5 stars.

This bag is designed great. It holds everything you need and then some. However the construction is really poor. We purchased the bag in June 2010 and it already falling apart. Both my wife and I use the bag. We are not rough with the bag. The inside linner is shredding in several of the pocket areas. The stiching is seperating on the the outsided pockets.For the price the bag should last longer. I can understand the outside getting beat up. But, the inside should not be falling apart.

I purchased this product to travel to Spain with my 1 year old. The interior contraction is inferior and cheap. The diaper changing "pad" is a piece of nylon. I had to use the changing pad from my JJ Cole bag.The main compartment was not big enough to fit my ergo when all the other pockets were occupied.
I did like the separate compartments for drinks, but quickly learned it was not water proof.
The diaper wipe compartment on the outside was handy, but rarely will you find a diaper changing area that supports your child & this big bulky bag ( if it is full), so you still have to remove wipes prior to a change.
The biggest problem with the bag is that the snack compartment tore on the second day of use.
THANK GOODNESS TO for allowing me to return the product after the 60 days. (we purchased early to make sure we were set for trip)
They said they would only exchange product if they found manufacturing defect.
So, a big thumbs down for a really expensive bag.

Got this for my 17.3" laptop, and it works great. The laptop itself is a little snug, but the straps and padding holds the laptop firmly in place, with decent padding all around. The extra pockets are nice, and it fits everything I need no problem.The best part of this bag is the different carry options. The backpack mode is quite comfortable. It is very easy to switch between backpack and messenger bag, and it looks great in either mode.
Overall this is a great bag. I've got some other Condor gear, and this lives up to the rugged standard I've come to expect from this company.

I ordered these because when my husband and I went on our last cruise, they could not identify his luggage because the ship's ID tag had fell off. He did not have an external luggage tag and they did not look in the outside ID pocket. The same also happened to my brother in-law. After my sister and I accidently discovered their luggage, I resolved to have large, distinctive tags for his luggage for this upcoming cruise. Thus, the bear luggage tags. My husband adores the Chicago Bears and was ecstatic when he received these. However, we each took one tag, could not separate the paper from under the plastic and inadvertently each of us broke our respective tag's back square. We however managed to get the ID slip inside the case. Needless to say, we are not happy with the broken tags. However my husband still likes the design, weight and size of the tags. They just have to be redesigned so people can put the ID slips in between the plastic.

I did not find this product until 1 week before my wedding and rushed it here and contacted the seller to ensure it would arrive in time for me to give to my son (my ring bearer) at the rehearsal. It arrived within 2 days of ordering and was in excellent condition. This bag is perfect. Sturdy. Good quality and the perfect size bag for my 3 year old to take with him when he goes places.
But wish it was wider to fit a Coloring Book in. As I purchased one before hand and it curls inside. So i am not going to have to go out and purchase different Color Books for their Survival kit.
