The bag is the right size. Any larger would tempt me to overload it and make it a constant source of neck strain! The construction appears to be sturdy. My only complaint is that the magnetic snap is too small and difficult to close at times. A hidden traditional snap would have been better or a large Neodynium magnet with some real holding power. The gray suede will attract dirt and stains easily... I will probably treat it with fabric protector ASAP.

First off, I'd really love to give this bag more stars. The construction is great. It's pretty heavy gauge leather and feels solid. I like the color and the sueded appearance. It's well organized with pockets and compartments for just about everything you might need to carry. That is, unless you want to carry a laptop. For a bag advertised as a "laptop messenger bag", it won't hold anything but a 10" netbook. I have a Dell 14" laptop (Inspiron 1420) that won't fit into the bag...and my 15.5" Lenovo G560 is wider than the whole bag. I purchased the bag because I liked the way it looked and I needed something for returning to college, something I could carry a laptop and maybe a textbook in. This thing just won't do. And if you want to upgrade to a slightly larger bag that *might* be able to handle a standard 15" laptop, you're looking at almost twice the price. So, just be aware of what the bag is useful for. If you honestly need something for carrying a laptop, you probably want to look elsewhere. Oh, and the main magnetic snap for the large flap is pretty much just for decoration...so be careful picking it up or your netbook might just fall out.

I ordered this bag a couple months ago and have enjoyed it a lot so far. It's sturdy and well-made. I like the suede look (I got the chocolate color, it's a dark brown with just a little warmth in the color).

I particularly like that the bag is not huge. I checked the dimensions carefully and it's just the right size for my papers and iPad for travel and work.

I could use a pocket on the side for a water bottle, which would've gotten it a fifth star.Really good product.

This bag fits my 13in Sony Vaio ultrabook just fine along with a wallet, my phone, and other little knick knacks I might carry. I like that there are extra pockets outside the bag including a large outer pocket that's great for my kindle or one or two small books. It's a perfect laptop bag except that I wish the main compartment zipped completely shut under the large flap that covers the whole bag. It would be a bit safer from pic-pocketing risks that way. Overall, this is a great bag and I'm glad I bought it.
