I have had this same backpack for at least 6 years now. The only problem I have had with it is that the padding in one of the straps is twisted. Besides that, love it. Thinking of buying another if I can find it for when it finally does wear out.
Received one of these Dell backpacks as a gift (new with tags) and it fell apart in 3 weeks. I called Dell and they won't honor a warranty unless you can prove you bought it directly from Dell. Worst customer service I've experienced, it took seven calls to them to get information and the Dell customer service representatives didn't know an answer twice and they just hung up on me. I don't think I'll ever buy another Dell product.
