This suitcase is exactly what i needed, I'm a heavy traveller and was looking for something just as large and lighter than my tumi bag. This suitcase fits the bill, it's light, it's big, and most importantly I stay under major airline weight limits.

DO NOT expect this bag not to scratch, it will and it will be visable. But your stuff inside will be completely safe. The most important thing with 4 wheel bags like this is that the wheels do not break off because once they do, it's worthless. Well the Ricardo has survived 25 plane flights so far this year and the wheels are still in great shape. They are incredibly durable compared to some of the bags my friends have. Highly recommend this bag.

Bought this piece of luggage for my husband for a trip to Russia. During the trip the luggage was stomped, thrown, smashed but survived VERY WELL. This is my second purchase of Ricardo luggage and I have recomended this brand to my friends who travel extensively. All pieces of luggage have held up well. Would purchase again for durablity, ease of handling, great space on the interior and good outer construction. I gave it 5 stars. have had many other brands over the years but none has held up as well as this brand.

Works good, but probably during transit, one of the internal straps broke as it was held in tension... Don't really need that strap, but quality should have been better..
