the quality of the bagpack is over the top. I like the whole fabric is coated that I can wipe out dirts with wet clothes.the lining is great and colors too. it really looks good on my son. he loves it.
inside there is cute pocket. I can connect lunch bag to main bagpack with snap button.
the customer service from headquarters and Amazons reseller was good too.
they were quick to answer to my problem and followed up well.
I want to buy more bags from soyoung.
