This hydration pack was a great purchase! I've been taking it on hikes, runs, and bike rides up to two hours long and I haven't had a single problem with soreness or chafing. 100oz is a lot of water... with this pack it feels like nothing. The hip belt really helps to distribute the weight. It also has pockets that are great for carrying snacks. I can easily reach back and grab something while I'm in motion. The zippered pouch on the outside doesn't seem very deep (especially when the bladder is full), but it holds an amazing amount of extra supplies... socks, chamois cream, sunscreen, medications... and the bungee cord is perfect for a lightweight jacket. The little elasticized pocket on the left shoulder strap holds my phone securely. Some of the reviews I read complained that the straps tend to wiggle loose, but I haven't noticed any problems. (They just barely fit around my 47" hips). My only wish is that the mouthpiece could pinch open a little wider. Otherwise, this pack is PERFECT. The materials and the construction are nice and solid, so I hope to enjoy it for a long time.
