I have had my Tamrac 757 for the past 12 years (the bag has existed since long before it became available on Amazon.com). I regularly use it to carry my SLR with lens attached (Canon 20D and Canon 17-55mm lens) and a usually a couple of other lenses, or three in a pinch, plus various other items (remote release, filters, CF cards, etc). And that's before I've put anything in the top compartment, which is great for food, an extra clothing layer, my panorama kit, or even another lens. I'm constantly amazed (and so are my friends with larger bags) at how much gear I fit in this backpack.
Recently, after 12 years of constant use, the main zip failed. Tamrac replaced it free of charge even though the bag was long out of the warranty period. The bag is now as good as new.
I like the flexible internal padding system of this bag. I also like the fact that when I put it down, the part that that touches the ground is not the part that touches my back when I carry it. I live in the desert and there are some very sharp plants around!
