My backpack arrived quickly and I am very happy with the quality as well as how good it looks. I just returned from Mexico and it saved me a lot of frustration from lugging two carry on bags. I could hardly tell I had it on my back! My husband wanted to switch bags with with me because I had my hands free to carry my drink or passport. I packed all of our electronics and snacks (plus I had plenty of room for souvenirs!)and it fit under the airplane seat. I will consider buying another one for my husband. It does have a funny smell when it arrives...but it does fade away in a few days.
