I bought this backpack last year for my daughter. She is in love with a few of the characters on the show. We always go out and buy her a new backpack for the school year because as you well know, they are completely demolished at the end of the school year. We could not find one that she liked prior to starting school and she had nothing to use except a summer bag that she has. I wanted to buy her something that she would love and I found this on amazon. This backpack was a hit and let me tell you, there are no holes in it. It has done it's job well. The only thing that is wrong with it now, mind you the school year is done, is the zipper won't close all the way. I love this backpack and I'm sure my daughter will still continue to use it for other things.
The backpack we received had a defective zipper, but the customer service was great. The back arrived quickly and when I inquired about returning the defective product the company was more than will to take it back. On the down side, I had to pay to ship it back.
