This bag is a best buy very affordable, fits the 12" laptop excellently, and has a sweet design. It comes with handles, shoulder strap, and most importantly it has a zippered compartment for the accessories. Excellent product.
I bought these for my three girls notebook, perfect if your kids are in home school. Also it protects the notebook and will probably save the compter lots.

These neoprene bags are terrific for carrying and storing computers. This is my third bag similar to this one. Others were for a 10" netbook and a 17" laptop. They hold all the items I need to carry with me when needed, and keep everything stored together. This was a little larger than I needed for my 11.6" netbook, but works just fine.

I just received this bag. Super fast shipping. The bag fits my new 13.3" Sony laptop like a glove. Side pocket has zipper, which is a nice surprise since I couldn't make that out in the pictures. Product seems sturdly built, but haven't used it yet to be able to say for sure. Overall, very happy with it.
