It's surprising the amount of stuff you can put into this daypack: I can fit a Canon 5D with 24-70 attached, with lens hood + Blackrapid R5 strap all in the lower half camera compartment; and in the upper compartment one or two guidebooks + snacks. Plus a 70oz Camelpak in the back vertical laptop compartment so I don't have to keep buying expensive bottled waters.

I also like the versatility of the daypack that I can take out the lower camera compartment and turn it into one large compartment if needed.

4/5 stars for a well-designed, well-made product that I personally feel is a little pricey.

This Pacsafe will serve as my airplane travel camera bag it fits my laptop, tripod, and Nikon D-7000 comfortably along with miscellaneous camera accessories. The challenge comes in arranging my 3 Nikkor lenses (18-105mm, 105mm, 70-300mm) so they fit comfortably; but, it's do-able.

This is an excellent daypack/carry-on camera bag.

Recently took it as a carry-on and daypack on a two week international trip. No problems or complaints. The camera compartment held a Canon 60D with a 17-50mm f/2.8 attached lens, cleaning supplies, filters, two extra batteries, charger, extra memory cards, and camera strap. The laptop/hydration compartment held a 13" macbook air and an iPad. Upper compartment held sunglasses, headphones, guide book, travel wallet, and external battery/charger, with room left over for small souvenirs. The tripod holder also worked well for holding water bottles.

My only problem with this bag is the price. You are paying a significant premium for the security features. Despite this, I bought the bag for the extra security and peace of mind it would provide and I am happy with the purchase.
