Piel Leather Traditional Backpack - Saddle

I shopped a lot for a leather backpack, and I am very happy with this one. It has one large pocket and two smaller pockets--one with the pen, credit card holder. It also has a side zipper for another access to the large pocket. The shoulder straps are comfortable and the bag does not feel heavy when full. It's a little hard to adjust the straps because they are leather, but not a big deal. The saddle color is darker than is appears in the image. I really like the bag.

I don't like purses so this was the perfect backpack for me: Thick but soft leather with all the features I am used to from my previous Jansport etc. backpacks. I have had it for over a year now. I use it every day and it's still in good shape. Zippers are holding up, roomy enough for small shopping trips (skip the plastic bags) and enough little pockets for keys, lip balm, pens and such. Great alternative if you don't like purses.

This was just as pictured and described. Have not used it yet; however, workmanship looks good and maker seems to have listened to previous reviews and made improvements ie in the straps and by adding a handle on top of bag. I ordered through ebags and amazon.com and got some of the best service ever and living in Hawaii that says a lot. Happy Camper!

The bag is attractive though smaller volume than expected. The leather straps keep loosening as I wear it and pretty quickly. As the other reviewer said they are also not easy to readjust. I am completely frustrated with this problem.
