The bag's huge, which is great, exactly as pictured. Also they sent it quickly. However, within one week of use the straps were almost completely torn off (and I don't carry a lot of books), and now both of the plastic adjusters for the straps have broken and I had to tie the straps together. Also a small hole is tearing in the bottom fabric. It's awful quality, and if I didn't love Totoro so much I'd for sure return it.
