I didn't buy the backpack through Amazon, got it in Marshalls for 50 dollars. Anyways, the backpack is great! It's got three little compartments to place items in. The first one is a big empty space, so I just slide in my 17" Alienware laptop in there. The 2nd zipper has a lot of room, I could probably fit 3 textbooks in there; it also has little pouches in the inside to put whatever you want. The last pouch/zipper is your usual zipper you see at the end of backpacks, put pencils or whatever you want.
I bought this backpack so I could pack all my electronics with me on a trip. The bag was able to hold my Nikon Camera, GoPro Camera and accessories, and Alienware Laptop and accessories (charger, external harddrive, etc). After including all those items I still had some room for more, but the backpack was pretty heavy. Although it was pretty heavy, the backpack didn't look like it would break/rip easily. Definitely one of the best backpacks I've purchased so far.
The only complaint I can probably make about the backpack is that the zippers are hard to unzip. They're stiff when you try to pull them, so you have to give it a good pull. This can also be a good thing because you wouldn't want your items to fall out easily for whatever reason.
Anyways great backpack; worth the purchase!Quiksilver continues to astound lots of multifunctioning pockets and straps its almost like a fashion army pack lol...
the bag is way nice but a little ridgid i suppose it just needs to be broken in. the only thing i would say thats missin is board straps
