The woodland camouflage Alice pack i purchased is in mint condition. The waist straps are desert color with the older style buckle which i will replace later with OD green or something. But over all i didn't buy it for its waist straps :) not a big deal. Over all better than i expected.

It arrived on time as promised and i would shop with this seller again.

Ordered good condition bag w/frame; got rough condition bag w/ no frame.

*Pros:

affordability

pockets aplenty

*Cons:

DID NOT COME WITH FRAME

bag has many hard scuffs

a few tears

multiple hand-sewn repairs

and a small hole or two

drawstrings are old, dirty, and stiff

pocket snaps are rusty

left shoulder quick-release sewn about an inch too high making it release w/ heavy loads

Conclusion:

Very affordable, but will likely come with hassles. I was able to have a frame sent but when received found it in very rough condition, rivets had been replaced with screws and covered in chipping white paint. If you really need an Alice bag on a budget, go for it, but be ready to do some dancing.

Not too big not too small. Just right. Have added a few attachments for extra gear without disturbing balance of system. Well made and awesome for movement over multiple types of terrain.

Don't expect this to arrive matched up like one of the frame/pack orders you can purchase brand new. Straps, kidney pads, frame, where all different shades of O.D. even the upper and lower straps didn't match each other. Only the Med ALICE pack was woodland camo. All items showed field use but there where no name stencils on any of the parts. All the parts appeared to be GI but they may not have been issued as one unit. Still works as intended.

After reading product description, and other reviews, I thought I would take a chance on this "used" pack. After I received, I realized it was used, and abused. My intentions were to have it as a spare "bob" bag. Instead I threw it straight in the trash, where it belonged.
